Really great family owned business for decades in the Tampa area. I've been going to them since they were at Bearss and Nebraska. I love buying my wild bird feed there. Always very friendly. Support your local businesses!

Great place and great people! They do need a pricing gun to put prices on certain products (it would help with sales too!), but they are friendly and will help. Love this place

Awesome shop! My husband and I visited this shop for the first time the other day and were so happy we did! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of product choices with good prices, super clean and cool AC inside. We will be coming back for more bird feed! Love this place.

Love this store. If they don't have it (which they probably DO) they will order it for you. They have a wide variety of items, they are reasonably priced, and they are always a pleasure to deal with. They always offer to lift or carry things from the shelves and to your car, before you have a chance to lift or carry them! Super nice folks.

Awesome local feed store! The sisters (owners) and staff are always very friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of food and supplies for your animals (horses, dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, chickens, goats etc) with reasonable prices. They also sell bait. If they don't carry the feed you are looking for, they will do their best to order it for you. I like to purchase from small local businesses when possible.

It's so nice to find a local business that can fulfill your needs. They're not quite a general store, but they have a wide variety of things for you. Yes, feed for your livestock, but also for your pets, and pet toys as well. Anything for your farm, but also hiking equipment and clothing. The staff is friendly and helpful. If they don't have what you want, they'll let you know where to go.

The people here are very friendly and helpful. I like to purchase my animal and livestock supplies here because the people are so nice that you *want* to buy things here. Their store is open air and they have a good selection of items - and whatever you can't find immediately they can order for you. Also, they are one of the better priced livestock and feed supply stores in the Tampa area. For this reason alone, I 'll often drive the extra 15 minutes tio go buy things from them rather than Shell which is closer.

I shop here all the time. I love how sweet and helpful everyone is to me especially when I am carting around a baby on my hip. Contrary to another review, I have chickens and everyone at the Feed Depot has always offered me sound advice. I am big on customer service. That is one reason why I DO shop here. There are feed stores closer to my home but I like this store the very best. They also sell my favorite local honey which often saves me an extra trip to pick that up elsewhere. Thank you Feed Depot. :-)

Went and they were so sweet! They have everything we need for our rabbits and at amazing prices. No more running here for this or running there for that. We can get our hay, pine pellets, food and other nice things all in one place. Saw that they had chickens and they looked well cared for unlike some other places where I felt sorry for the poor babies. The other animals there also looked healthy and cages looked clean. That's a big thing in my book.

First time I've stopped, very pleasantly surprised. Greeted at door, and an employee by name of Logan assisted me, took me the area for what I needed and answered my questions about couple of products of interest. And told me about the dog park next door. I will go back!

Always helpful and they have decent prices. I used to go to other pet stores for crickets and superworms, but this place has best prices I've come across. They also don't take 20 min to get the stuff, like I've had to wait at pet market. Heard they might build a walmart near here, so I hope people continue to support a small business for their pet/ livestock needs.

I want to be fair. I really do. However, I've visited this store about once a month for nearly 3 years. The older women who work there are elitest jerks and really don't know their facts. Working with animals for the last 5 years have shown me that these people are just in it for the money. They know nothing of the livestock (chicks) they carry outside of what you learn on google. It's more of like a pet store, with their overpriced birds live in cages for years. They are humane with their animals, except I've noticed a few chicks with pasty butt (Simple but deadly issue that happens with chicks, blocks up the vent and causes septicemia and then death)The store is always maintained and they have the regular feed store supplies, but do not carry vaccines for chickens, even though they sell everything else. I bought an incubator from their once, and it worked fine for 2 days and then I lost about 100$ worth of fertilized eggs and they would not refund my money.Their hours claim they close at 6pm, but I've been there at 5 to see them closing shop. I'm not saying to not go here, but for me it's never been pleasant.

I'm sorry that I won't be doing business here anymore as the door closed in my face early. Been shopping here for 9 yrs & service was always great, however driving way outta my way for nothing is disapointing. I guess I'll be using the store down on Nebraska from now on.

We have been shopping here for almost a year after boycotting Shell's feed (due to their mistreatment of bunnies) and really like this store. I bought baby heirloom tomato plants 4/$2, and they have many other plant choices at that price. They sell rescue birds and rabbits, as well as chicks. There is a whole room of birds for sale. Everytime I go in, I see that all their animals are well cared for and kept in clean, comfortable cages.

They carry Oxbow products which are the pets for pocket pets. My rabbits are very happy. I also buy Diamond dog food for my 4 pit bulls here. I also like that I found an antibacterial/anti-fungal shampoo for my dogs so I don't have to go to the vet and buy it anymore. NO trash products sold here!

Twice now Ive come with friends and you sell them the wrong thing.Ive also heard another cpl examples pf clients Ive sent your way, because I used to frequent the old nebraska ave location... And your whole staff is rude to outsiders.I hate to do it... But time to send people (my clients and strangers), to Tractor Supply.Enjoy your moldy stacks of rotten palleted feed out front.I dare anyone to open the semi trailer like I did, that sits on the south side of the building.

this is a good feed store,however they are very unfair to their employees.my 17 year old son was working there for about a month he had worked on a Tuesday he had come home that night he became very ill he awoke the next morning still feeling very ill and called in sick the owner told him to take the rest of the week off . he then tried to get his hours for the following week and was told that he would be called. A week went by he went to the store to ask why he had not been called and was told that he had been Fired for not coming in on a feed delivery day .he really liked the job and I think this is very unfair and unprofessional on there part

A rockin' experience deserves a rockin' review, which is what they get from me. Prices are good. Animals are clean. There's always something going on. We were buying peanuts & chicken food. A lovely, lively old gentleman came in & entertained us all with his tobacco auctioneering skills. You never know who you'll meet when you're there but it is always fun.
