This is by far the best grooming establishment I’ve ever taken my dog to. Jane’s expertise is unmatched. Not only is Jane knowledgeable, but also so caring and passionate. She listens to all of your concerns and ensures that the client is 100% satisfied. I usually get really anxious leaving my dog anywhere, but I never feel that way when I drop my baby off because I know she will be in great hands. Jane will have a customer for life as long as this establishment is open. Do yourself a favor and look nowhere else because this is the best grooming spot in town. Will continue to recommend. Jane - thank you for caring for Zuly. Couldn’t be happier.

Melissa is literally the best groomer ever (Jane too)! We have gone to several groomers throughout the years and will never go anywhere else now that we have Melissa. She does such a good job and is always so thoughtful and caring with our dogs. Could not recommend them more! They are simply the best!

My dad, 94 with alz was given a 7 lb Maltese When he passed I went to VA to get the 3 year old who was a knotted mess. Wags did a miracle with him . I have found his forever groomer. Thank you Wags.

Excellent service! I have a Husky and the only way to keep up with his shedding is by taking him to the groomer periodically. The ladies are friendly and know my pet. His coat gets brushed out so well, my home is easier to keep clean for months. Since I take him once every two months (sometimes sooner for parties) I've noticed his coat is healthy and shiny. I'm really happy with their service.

Bought my dog from Wags to Riches a year ago I come to visit everytime I come to this plaza. Very cute dogs, and very well taking care off The pet store smells good. Very clean and customer care is exellent. Will highly recommend to all my friends!

Jane has been wonderful! She Grooms Jacklynn & Lucee every 6 weeks and we’ve never had any issues. Lucee was very fearful when I adopted her because she could not see or hear. But she always felt great in Jane’s care... she can see & hear now but I’ve always appreciated how well she’s taken care of them both. My pups are like kids to me so it was a big deal finding the best. :)

Just took my dog there for the first time. My dog is a rescue and skittish at anything new, but the team there was patient with him and incredibly courteous to me. Ultimately, they also did great work. This is my new groomers. Would highly recommend.

my 18 year daughter took her 4.5 month old PUPPY labradoodle in for cut and requested "puppy cut" the said they had to shave him due to some matting, which we believe was not too severe, she brushes him every day, she wanted the lab puppy look. but they should had told her or showed a picture in advance how he would look upon completion - we can't even recognize our dog. we are COMPLETELY disappointed and will never go back. it's ridiculous how close they cut his hair down to his skin...it was so aggressive and unnecessary.

Walk away now... this rescue is shady, nit picky, will use you for what they can get out of you, toy with your (& your family’s) emotions and then essentially slam the door in your face... the reason given you ask? Simply, a controversial vaccination (view). No “this is what we require” or “would you consider... ‘xyz’?” Just a response with a “screw you, you aren’t even being considered for one of our dogs” tone to it, despite your otherwise pristine application/home life.

Shopping center a little run down and they were priced a bit high for nothing but a wash. The wash was good but not lasting.
