We traveled 6hrs to use luv n care to do laser ear cropping on our American Bully. We were very nervous having this done because it can go wrong quickly and your stuck with the results. The doctors and staff were extremely patient and friendly with us and our baby Konan. Top notch work with the ear cropping and care of our pup. Definitely worth the trip.

Love this doctors office more than words can describe. All of the doctors here are passionate and helpful, and have the best interest of the animals at heart. The receptionist and vet tech staff are all so kind and welcoming, often bending over backwards to help clients and pet parents. I recommend this facility to everyone who has pets, especially those with complicated illnesses or injuries.

Brought Lilah in for her yearly checkup. Always easy to make an appointment and friendly staff makes it pleasant to bring her in. Vets are kind and gentle and you can tell they care about the animals. Definitely recommend!

I switched to this vet about 5 months ago when my golden became pregnant. She normally has a ton of anxiety at the vet and my last veterinarian continuously pushed me to spay her, even after I explained I was hoping to breed. The staff at Luv-N-Care is amazing! They actually take the time to get to know their patients and Nala is much happier at this vet than any other I’ve been to! I took all 6 puppies here for their first vaccinations and loved hearing all the squeals and loving words pouring out of every staff member when we came in. I decided to keep a puppy, Poppy, and she LOVES going to the vet so much. I’ve seen several negative reviews about the staff and that is absolutely mind boggling to me! They have all been incredibly kind when I’ve called or come in, Jordan is especially sweet. They love on both my dogs and are always happy to help schedule an appointment. They veterinarians have all been knowledgeable and listen to my concerns without belittling my thoughts. Both my girls are healthy and happy thanks to Luv-N-Care!

They take such good care of my three babies. I've known Dr. Singh since he started his practice. I had always been impressed with the quality of work. You know it's a good place to go to when the vet practice has employees who always have a smile on their face and are welcoming and know your babies and your babies know them. My oldest Irma Lee has to have her Salivary Gland operated on and to show you the care they take, they tried medication and draining several times before surgery was even suggested. They're very fair. My babies love coming here so much, that they can't get in the door fast enough. Everyone who works there is an absolute delight. From three vets to the support staff. Everyone is awesome and their care of my babies is above reproach. If you have a little one and are looking for a vet, this is the place to take them. I can't say enough good things about them. Absolutely wonderful and very caring.

They wanted almost $1,900 to drain some fluid from my dog’s ear. My dog essentially had wrestlers ear. Imagine demanding almost $2,000 an hour to do something that children regularly do to eachother after wrestling practice and then still pretending like you care about animals…Update: I drained my dogs ear myself, all for about $30 worth of supplies from Walgreens and ended up saving myself over $1,800.I’m thinking about opening up my own veterinary practice.

Luv-N-Care has an amazing staff! We have been here twice with 2 different pets. They were able to see our bunny, and gave him clean bill of health. Most recently we brought our beloved dog in to be euthanized because of his old age and multiple health problems. They were all very compassionate towards us, and made that dreadful moment more comfortable for us. We will continue bringing our other pets here and recommend to every and anyone that asks me about a vet hospital. Thank you all and God Bless you! 🙏🙏

I originally came here for an emergency and my puppy was treated so well I came back a week later for her post op and transferred both of my fur babies records here. The staff and doctors are so caring and supportive that not only did I feel at ease but so did my puppy. I will not go anywhere else. I have been there since a few times and couldn’t be happier.

Great hospital with awesome staff! I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else. The receptionists are very friendly and multi task to get everyone's needs met. The technicians are super friendly and great with all of my animals, and they are very thorough on what services are needed and prices, and they do not shove everything at your face. Overall, this vet office gets a 10/10 from me.

Updating from 4 to 5: First, I’m definitely happy with the location, hours and staff. Their facility and kennel area are kept clean, air conditioned and monitored- thank you for the tour! However the overnight boarding pricing gets a little tricky so is best you ask potential price changes so you don’t get surprises. The plus side is their day care service, good price and yard play! Which allows you to get through zoom meetings or errands. I’m not convinced on the baths yet but do what’s best for your puppy. Last but not least, I did ear crop here, excellent job!!!! very expensive but in the end it was worth it. Overall yes I recommend this vet!!!

We brought my bunny here to get her hair untangled and they SHAVE her private area. I brought her back home and she couldn’t even walk, she was laying flat on the floor. We spent all night next to her and she passed the next morning. We came back and spoke to the vet and the people in charge and they got mad because I was translating everything in Spanish to my mom. This was the worst experience ever and I feel we couldn’t do anything about it. If you have a bunny don’t bring it here and be aware of this experience in general with any of your pets so it doesn’t happen to you.

I had a medical emergency with my rabbit, and Leticia was patient and worked with me to be able to get her seen the same day, all the staff are very nice, and the doctor and techs are very knowledgeable and know what they're doing.The doctor and tech were very kind and gentle with my elderly rabbit, and they answered all my questions patiently, I will definitely be coming back to this clinic in the future.

It's hard to find a close by Ear Crop friendly veterinarian near by. My pup's ears were cropped previously in another location far but needed to be posted. I went to a separate facility in P.Hills and the service was not great plus I immediately took off the post the very next day. I found this location and they were friendly and knowledgeable. They handled my big boy pup like it was there own. The post job was clean and I haven't had any issues since. We are in the bandage phase right now, but I'm pretty confident we will have a successful post op. I traveled about an hour and half to see them and I would recommend anyone else to visit them also. Thanks for taking care of my pup.

I came here originally for an emergency during one of the hurricanes in 2022. Emergency visits are usually pretty high in price but for what they offered it was affordable. I was so happy with them that I made them my regular vet for my pitty :) my dog is reactive to other dogs and becomes nervous easily. They handled it well! The receptionist is always nice on the phone and in person, the techs are educated and overall it seems like everyone enjoys working here!

They took excellent care of my kitten and dog! Still have one more cat to switch over to them from my old vets. Prices are less than old vets, and open on Sundays is wonderful! Seems like issues come up on Sundays when no one else is open.

I took my cat in my vet technician was amazing 🤩. She took a look at her and clearly explained exactly what course of of treatment she needed to do. She took her time with our little princess pumpum! I hope she knows how comforting it was to know our baby was in her care!! She was super attentive and listened closely. I would recommend this place to everyone I know because of Crystal Fassi. Our family member has made a full recovery thanks to her. Your lucky to have her!!! That’s her man dean laying with while she recovered.
