It was right after the power outage and we had to wait in line for a while because the power was out. The employees were great and were very helpful while we waited. I'm sure they were extremely busy with everyone leaving their carts but they didn't get upset or frustrated. They are definitely not paid enough for that haha I appreciated how well our cashier helped us and kept her line informed-Dana was a gem. Someone give her a raise.

Glad they still have self checkout. Many stores are doing away with them because of theft. On large orders I still prefer a human checker, but for small orders, I just want to get on out of there.

Y’all ever going to stock pants for regular height people? Maybe 34”+ length…or are all the short dudes buying up long pants the second they hit the shelves? Half the fishing rods/reels are missing hardware or broke often. Pharmacy staff is always nice. Order pick-up guys/gals are very friendly and attentive.

Our vehicle’s battery died in the parking lot of this Walmart. A couple of us went inside the car care center, where Thomas went above and beyond to help! He walked out to the parking lot and brought a battery to jump start us, then managed to fit our car in for a battery replacement. Even with all of that he had us finished and out in about an hour. Being a long way from home, it was a little nerve wracking, but he did a great job and put us all at ease. Thank you again, Thomas!!

Live Oak is great. Fewer substitutions or unavailable items than the Lake City store for pick up service. Staff and quick and friendly. No delays on picking up your grocery order at the slotted time slot either. Yes, I drive an extra 20 miles each way, past the Lake City store, just to get good service.

Need more sales people using cash registers. You should give us a discount because we are doing their job and baging our own groceries. Put the employees back on their jobs. You also need people handy to help OLDER PEOPLE and HANDICAP PEOPLE REACH THINGS ONTOP SHELVES!!!!!!

This store gets a F grade for it's die cast section in the toys since the recent mod reset because Walmart doesn't seem to know it's customer base very well , they got rid of some of the stuff that collectors come in to buy and made it smaller than before when it should be made bigger and should be carrying more stuff like greenlight die cast matchbox moving parts ECT .poor decisions by the ones in charge of planograms

I would of like to of given this WalMart in Live Oak 5 stars, unfortunately I have 2 issues with this particular store. Every single time I go here, use the self checkout, AND the scan n go feature on my phone, it gets flagged, so a cashier has to come over, check my items, scan 3 of my items. Sometimes it erases everything I've scanned, making me start all over again. The whole idea of self checkout, AND scan n go feature is to get in & out of store quickly, right? It's aggravating to have to rescan everything AGAIN, or to be treated as if was trying to steal something. If a person is going to get flagged Everytime using these features, get rid of them, cause it takes me longer, and could of went regular route to begin with. I've found that a lot of employees there are rude as well, concerning these issues, walking up to you, staring as if you've tried to scam them.

A lot of homeless people hang around this store. It's a challenge to get in and out without someone approaching you. But the store is well stocked. They need more real live checkers. Unless you have been trained to check yourself out, it is quite a wait for a human to check you out.

For a smaller Walmart; it's not bad, Stocked decently, Cleaner for a Walmart, Prices are pretty much the same based on the area; which is how they all work. Nothing to really write home about honestly. I will admit that I miss having real checkout clerks but that is just a personal preference and a nit-pick that most of us have I believe.

Great selection, pricing is going up (who isn't?). Would be five, but they are no longer 24/7, and the self-checkout+receipt checking is ridiculous

Okay so carts are never inside, you took out half of the cash registers just for self checkouts..however those lanes are always closed. And omg do yall not order stuff or stock? Like yore not even open 24hrs anymore so what's the issue.

Automotive center did the job right, quickly and affordable..I was worried because they were so casual about the appointment to replace tires.. they have a convenient text notification so we found the Dixie Grill diner near by and by the time we finished breakfast the tires were set and done.

I went to this store yesterday, it was very clean and the employees were very friendly, the only complaint I have is about the bathrooms.I went into the bathroom at the front of the store and noted the wheelchair accessible sign, to be perfectly honest after my visit I don't think it is wheelchair accessible. I am a tall, hefty woman and I could barely fit in the regular stalls so I opted for the handicap stall for people in wheelchairs and with walking problems. I had to pee really bad otherwise I would have held it, when I sat down my right leg was pressed up against the toilet paper dispenser and I was only half on the seat! I had to stand up to retrieve toilet paper from the dispenser because it was so low and close to the toilet, and then I thought about the poor people who are in wheelchairs, especially the ones who are hefty like me, they can't stand up like I can.I think that Walmart needs to either move the toilet over some or move the dispenser higher so it's not directly next to the toilet seat.

About a week ago, I bought four Good Year Reliant tires from Walmart. I spent $505 for all of them. I then went to a dealership to put those tires on my vehicle because I did not trust Walmart to get the job done. Not surprised that it still didn’t work out.. Three of them fit and one of the tires that I bought was previously damaged. I went back to Walmart and told them that one out of the four tires were damaged and wouldn’t seal onto the rim. I paid $100 for a defective tire. The man then accused me of taking a hammer to the tire and refused to give me a refund or even store credit even though I had a receipt and the tag was still on the tire. Why would I damage one of the tires but not the other three? I asked “Well what am I supposed to do with it?” And he replied “You could throw it out for all I care”. Wow. This is the service that I received after spending $505 at an establishment. I am treated poorly and refused help. They took my receipt and I paid with cash so I wasn’t even able to go to a different location to try and at least get my money back. Thanks Walmart !

Refrigerated beef shelves had meat juice on the bottom and it stinks of fish, meaning the shelves have not been washed for a while or packed meat is spoiled and packages are leaking. Gross! Walmart in live oak , FL

I collect Hot Wheels, and I drive from Lake City to this Live Oak location at least twice a week waiting for new cars to hit the shelf.So I make the trip there this morning, and there's an open case of hot wheels on the stocking cart from the back. I ask the associate if I can look through the case since there's room on the shelf, and he told me no and taped it off. He told me its for someone in the back. I guess I have to work at Walmart if I'm looking for rare collectables because it seems they are gone before they hit the shelf. Walmart is paying these people to sort through cars and picking the valuable ones for themselves...

If I could give 10 stars, that still wouldn't be enough. The way that this store has stepped up for their community during the aftermath of hurricane Idalia, truly priceless!!!The showers, laundry facility, and free food for the community, all I can say is WOW.And the store itself is incredibly clean and every employee we have encountered has been amazingly helpful and friendly.Kudos to whomever is responsible for this store!!! You guys are amazing. You and all your staff deserve a huge THANK YOU and a pat on the back!!!

Great place to shop. I got up to self checkout and stressed out. I couldn't get a melon to ring up so the attendant came over and got it right. Then low And behold I was short 6.70 with about 10 people waiting. The attendant watched my stuff while I ran out and got the money. I was fast. But before I got back this kind lady bailed me out. Thank you my friend. You ask for a comment! 😁

I always see negative reviews here so I wanted to take a minute and say I got excellent service tonight. Dalton was on the register and helped me make a quick job out of what usually takes much longer. I had a very large order two baskets because I shop monthly as my income is fixed. I also wanted to give a thanks to the automotive quick serve and Brittany who took care of my vehicle as if it was her own. Made me feel someone who cared was taking care of my vehicle highly recommend!

Windshield washer stations are poorly kept. No fluid, smells terrible.
