The associates are always very helpful and knowledgeable about the items in their store. They have a huge selection of all kinds of things, from lawnmowers to boots, farm equipment, cat food, dog food, and clothes. It's a really nice store. You should check them out if you haven't already.

We went in to get propane, and as usual, took our dog, Charlie, he loves tractor supplies, considering the way the cashier treated him. I know why he got treats and lots of love. This store should get a 10 star that comes from Charlie the dog. I need to add that we went back today and Charlie wants a new way to rate them Nat raised the bar as you can see.

The store has nice things the only problem is they normally only have one cashier and the lines are so long so I stopped going it just took too long to get what you need.

I’ve had a few issues recently with out of date or inventory/feed that was mildewed. Management stepped up and rectified my issues. Store was recently remodeled and as always plenty of interesting and seasonal swag as well as feed , tools , and many obscure supplies such as marine. Well stocked staff are the greatest. Good choice for inexpensive and available tools, feed and supplies. The staff is what makes this store special, great people doing their best to make a great purchasing experience!!!! Highly recommended even with the supply chain issues and old feed issue!

very busy over 12 people in line.only one cashier working.I'm 65 y.o. female and I needed help to load two 50lb bags of feed. I couldn't find anyone to help with the loading. As usual.this is getting to be their norm. and that's not good.

I visit TSC several times a week. They always have what I need, the store is always neat and clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. On multiple occasions, the manager, Sonya, has helped me and it's always her priority that I'm 100% satisfied.

Very helpful and easy to make returns if you join their club. The cashier was amazing today. She was helping me get a credit card while ringing up other customers. She was awesome!

I go to tractor supply almost every 2 or 3 weeks, I never had a problem. Everything was fine until they decide to steal me my money. I asked KINDLY if I could get my money because I returned something that wasn’t working but the lady was very rude. The lady claimed that she gave me my money but they never gave me my money back.

I bought a 5x8 trailer from live oak branch yesterday 8-18-2022. I bolted up a wheel chock for my harley, put tag on and registered it . Next morning I checked the vin number just to make sure everything was good and it was the wrong trailer for the paperwork I had. I called and they said bring it back and we will swap the trailer to match my paperwork that I had registered, ok fine. Well they could not find the trailer for the paperwork so I had to go back to DMV and re-register it! ! live 30 miles from there, so 60 miles, then to DMV, Pulled the chock off and now back on, half my day shot and all they did was reimburse me for the tag! You would think they would give me a gift certificate for my time and gas but no, they acted like I should be grateful I got the tag money! Terrible customer service!

I frequently visit the Live Oak area and Tractor Supply. I’m always greeted by friendly, helpful staff. I’ve been in other locations and not experienced the same welcome. This speaks to the management as happy employees create happy customers. Great experience! 👍😊

After searching four different stores in town I was unable to locate what I needed. Then I went to TSC and met James he's a delivery man and bless his loving heart he literally found something and made it work. Thank you James for going way above. I could not wait to get home and put it together to see how it fit it was perfect.

I visited the TSC a couple days ago and I must say the customer service was awesome! They are all so helpful and employee Mike knew exactly what I was needing. I will be back for sure! The store was very clean and well supplied with items! My dogs have all they need now! Thank you!

Great customer service, good prices and very helpful employees. I am a caregiver to my Step-Dad and he goes here instead of some other places close by. The people here will actually help the elderly disabled people put stuff in their vehicle. They are professional and don't act like they are put out doing their job. They have great sales. They do community events. Awesome place.

Stopped in to get 50 gallons of propane for my 40 foot motorcoach while traveling the country. Tank was easy to get to and the staff was great. Price was very reasonable. Tank accessibility is not always good at Tractor Supplies...but it is perfect here.

This is a good place to shop and has the best propane prices in 3 counties. My only beef is they never seem to have enough staff. The staff they have are working their rears off and will help, but there are just not enough of them

Always out of what you need. Takes forever and many requests to get them to reorder. If this store was owned by private company they would go out of business. The lake city store is much better! The people at Live oak need to get with it and reorder merchandise when it’s out not a month after they have been out.

This store is always short on staff!! P becauseeople are Christmas shopping and the store only had one cashier. The line streched way down the aisle toward the back of the store. I went somewhere else to buy my propane because it takes such a long time on a normal day and I didn't have time today because there was very limited staff working on the floor. Everyone is always very nice and that helps.

Terribly customer service! I ordered 2 items online which are available in the store. My order was cancelled immediately without a reason. Then I drove to store and find items myself.

Terrible I went to pick up one item it was in a locked cabinet so I had to get an associates to get it for me I asked someone with in 1 minute of going into the store and was told he would help me but he instead he waited on the gentleman behind me I waited for a few minutes then went and looked for him but couldn't find him so I went to the registers to ask for assistance so they paged someone, still no one after about 15 minutes I went back to ask them to page for help again 20 minutes still no one and then another customer went to the register area and requested help for me finally after asking for help 4 times and 25 minutes I got help. Won't be shopping there anymore.

I dont know why I bother shopping here it takes them forever for someone to help you. Constantly have to go look for someone even after they have paged for assistance. Ordering through the mail would be faster. They need to get their act together I know at times they're busy but man when the person who is suppose to help you ignores you that's annoying. I'm gonna start buying from someone else.

Not very good. I went for metal garbage cans. Not one had a lid and the crew seemed very disorganized. They lost a $74 sale because no one could figure out where the lids were, why they weren't with the cans. I even had one employee tell me they didn't come with lids. Who ever heard of buying a trash can with no lid!!?All I bought was dog food. I'm on my way to Lowe's to buy trash cans.

Always a reliable source for almost everything I need. My most recent stop was while I was traveling on business. I underpacked and did not have warm enough clothes. Tractor Supply had just what I was looking for and at a great price to boot.

Very disappointed, I went there looking for a chainsaw. They were all used. Not the first person asked me if they could help me. I couldn't find anything, the people working there were goofing off so I left and went to Lowes.
