Excellent, professional and caring service. Best Vet in Florida. Doctor was kind and amazing. She gave us some free goodies for our lovely Smokey. He was in an animal shelter in Madison FL for 8 long years don't know why because he is an adorable, smart, beautiful and loving doggy. Please adopt more.Thanks Dr. and her crew.Blessings

Brought cat in for spay and they found she had a respiratory infection and treated her for it. I am very thankful for their help.Brought another cat in months later and the staff was very friendly and loved my cat. They did a great job in his treatment and were very helpful giving care instructions.

My (Christmas Angel) she showed up on Christmas eve after a dog attack my cat they were waiting on us and took my cat and fixed her up then when it was time to go she just told us that someone would get ahold of us later. The money wasn't the priority just fixing my cat. My Christmas Angel thank you

Always caring and very friendly, and affordable with way the life is these day the other vet in lake city wanted 1,400 for two cats to get spayed with a rabies shot. Ridiculous, paws did it for 200$ and came with other things ,rabies shot, heart control med,and flea med. I ALWAYS use them for the past 15 years never lost a pet or any issues

We had the most pleasant experience with Suwannee PAWS that you could possibly ask for!! Their kind, reassuring and professional service started Before we even had our First conversation!! It was time to have our 7 month old kitten Arwen spayed and since I used to work in the ER I tend to have about a Billion questions of "What if...?". These questions started being answered via text quite shortly after I made my initial call and left my info on their voicemail. When they're tending to patients they can't always leave to answer the phone, which I think is Great!! Patients should come before the phone!! Anyway, they will text you back. Which is what Stacey did and she is AWESOME!! God Bless this Woman!! She Very patiently answered ALL of my questions either via text or on the phone and of course when we took her in. I was So Ridiculously nervous that you would've thought that I actually gave birth to my fur baby!! ALL of that worrying was for nothing because everything went GREAT!! Dr. Tracie A. Daniels is the vet who did her surgery on Dec 23rd and she did a AWESOME job!! My kitty had NO complications. In fact, on Christmas morning I had to text them and Margie replied quickly. The concern I had? Arwen was jumping and running around playing like a wild girl!! You certainly couldn't tell she'd just had surgery!! Of course, me being me, I was worried that she was going to rip her stitches and bleed out internally but Margie was AWESOME, even though I'd bothered her on Christmas, and assured me that Everything was OK!! Obviously our conversation was longer but I've already written more than anyone probably wanted to read!! I just REALLY want people to know just how GREAT the staff are!! I'm sure there are people's names I haven't mentioned and I'm sorry if I didn't, I'm just terrible at remembering names!!They did a Post-Op follow up as well. I'll Definitely be returning there for any Dr. visits she needs in the future because they TRULY care about animals. 😻💖

Dr Tracy D. and ALL the staff at Suwanee Paws are by far the BEST clinic in town. even if you have to travel a bit...your pet will get the best care...they show so much compassion. As if your pet was their own...it is family here. I will never go anywhere else for pet care...as they give the BEST!!! If my pets could type a review this would be their own words. This entity is not a traditional veterinary office, but instead one that specializes in spay and neuter for dogs and cats. They also offer the normal range of shots, but this is not the place to expect to bring your injured pet for emergency service. They use this specialization to offer spay/neuter or exceptionally low prices. They work very efficiently, and that commands a little extra cooperation from the customer to help make it work. Here is my advice (after our first two visits...so I am no expert). First, most services work best if you drop your pet, and pick them up late the same day. Their usual system is drop off between 9-930a and pickup between 430 and 500p. Surgery days are "T's and F's" (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). This makes for a very hectic office at arrival time and departure time. Everyone has a different agenda, and the staff works VERY hard to make it work smoothly. Here are some things you can do to help make it smoother: 1). Call during a time OTHER than those arrival/departure times to get answers to your questions; 2) . Come prepared to control your pet. There were multiple folks with large dogs (all 'good boys', but it's the dang vet). They were obviously over their head controlling these guys. Again, the professional staff would recognize the issue, and grab extra help from the back to get things back under control. My suggestion is that they offer a "pre-registration" which would be pretty easy with today's technology, OR stop by and have your paperwork done in advance. Then it can be a fairly simple handoff. 3). Be patient - These folks are really good at getting everyone taken care of, but they don't spend a lot of time thinking "Who was here first?". They instead figure out the quickest way to get EVERYONE thru the process. Much applause to the staff. As an event producer, I saw a lot to like in how you get things done (AND our cat had excellent care!).

Very caring facility. I’ve brought a stray here that had kittens, to be fixed and they called me immediately, saying she was having a bad reaction to the anesthesia and they re-scheduled her, so they’d have anesthesia her body wouldn’t reject. Staff is kind and friendly, EVEN if they’re overwhelmed. Which, most places use that as a reason to be rude. They also don’t interrogate you about the cat being a stray. Thank you, because I’m constantly finding strays and getting them fixed. They’re feral, but at least they’re vaccinated and can’t reproduce!

The staff is great 👍🏽 Usually pets are scared of the vet..my dog waltzed in the place likeshe was being dropped off for a play date😊The only reason I don’t issue a complete 5 ⭐️ rating is only the fact that 2 previous times she had been dropped off for her appts. she’s NEVER been given back with her leash. And those 2x’s they were actually brand new leashes. My Dad mentioned it when dropping her off the last time but I blew it off as just a one time mixup, prolly wouldn’t happen again. Soo got her new leash on her and got her on her way. picked her up later that day-my new leash was issued to another client I’m assuming cuz she they didn’t have the one I had just bought 2 days earlier. Other than that - the place is good!

Had my kitty spayed here. They did a ABSOLUTE fantastic job. She had zero recovery time. She was ready to go play as soon as she got home. Their prices for getting your furbaby fixed is awesome. There probably isn't any other vet I'd recommend for this procedure w/ the price and surgery recovery. 10☆s lol
