Of course, the Publix grocery store is a 5/5♡. No matter where you are in the States, if you go to a Publix, the service, atmosphere, and quality of products are always to notch. The store is always clean, staff is always available to help you, and the staff is consistently professional and quick to gelp with a smile on their face. I absolutely love shopping at Publix.

Great store! Well stocked shelves. Plenty of variety to pick from. Good prices and even better deals. Fast service with a low weight time. The store is very clean and well organized. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Everyone had a smile on their face and were willing to answer any questions. They were on top of their game and made you feel very welcomed in the store. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop. Bonus they offer kids a free cookie and a free fruit.

Always very clean and organized and well stocked. Friendly staff. I drive from another town because my local Publix is not as well stocked and has less selection though Live Oak's is a newer and bigger store.

This Publix is so nice and clean.I wish we had one in Madison.The deli and hot bar food always look so good.My daughter especially liked the sushi bar.I highly recommend this store.☆☆☆Word of warning☆☆☆Do not go in here hungry!

This Publix is clean and have items that are hard to find. In a small town like Live Oak, this is very important for cooks like me. They could stand to work on deli sandwiches' order turn arounds. Most times I pick up lunch here, it takes longer than the time confirmed in the app. Other than that, love this store!

My complaint is with the deli at the Live Oak location. The last two times I was there, the lettuce was completely dried out, the onions were limp and the banana peppers were nasty. This time the peppers were brown and slimy.

Good Publix for those of us who hate city living which yankees are forcing on most of Florida. Both this location & the one in Jonesville are about a hour drive from my hideaway far from civilization, which I won’t disclose because then it’ll get developed.

The bakery did an outstanding job on my cake for my baby shower. I've also had them make a cake for my daughter's birthday once. Never disappointed and always amazed by both design and flavor. 🖤

The new publix in town is great! I moved away for 8 years and came back to a gorgeous new publix with a self checkout. It's fantastic. Sadly the self checkouts don't take cash like back home down south but that's fine. :) Lovely service, lots of familiar faces from the old publix by burger King.

This is my favorite Publix location. The drive is a bit further than Lake City's location, but the staff is the best and everything, including the restroom, is always clean. The people who work here make this location exceptional.

I been in the bakery Saturday 30 around 12pm trying to get a cake and they put so many problems everything I ask for some cake to put a happy birthday , they making fun coments , horrible experience today

I bought ice cream its freezer burnt AND PAST THE SELL BY DATE. This is not the first time they have sold something bad or out of date. You cannot charge this much and the quality be poor

Well first experience, I made it through!!! Found some fresh fruit, sushi, and some wine. Was in and out In ten minutes. Found some interesting sushi. Good stuff!!!

This is my favorite place to go to get fresh sushi I love the tuna sushi with the caviar it is my all-time favorite and I also love the platter with the three different kinds of sushi on it that one is amazing as well they're tuna is so fresh on their sushi it has no fishiness to it it almost tastes like a rare piece of steak. I love it and I'll probably always go here to get it. And I love the options on the seafood that's fresh that they have and we can support Cedar Key for supplying the scallops and the muscles and everything else they Supply. there fresh and delicious stuff they have lots of options on their flavored salmon like honey glazed and other kinds.They also have crab cakes that are pretty good size and they're cheap but to me they taste more like salmon than crab but they're still tasty. I haven't tried all the sushi yet but give me time I will be trying more I love it so much there.

I am appalled by the treatment that is being given by management of this location. My service dog clearly marked with her photo ID as well was clearly visible upon entering the store. Dirty looks began as soon as we walked in. We quickly got what was needed. I was approached by a patron who asked me to leave the store didn’t care if I had ID or vest. We turned to leave and check out. He comes around the next aisle and is speaking to the store manager. I explained that I thought he was rude and I would gladly give my information to management. He proceeded to say he was management! Wow! This is how Publix is going to be treating people with a disability. Not all disabilities can be seen. He definitely saw the disability after the interaction.

Shopping is always a pleasure and always a bit higher priced. But it's worth shopping here for the things you can not find elsewhere. Always a good inventory of idems missing at other stores.Also Cuban Sandwiches are good. Actually the only and best north of Centrsl Florida.

Why is it with so many staff behind the deli counter 7 to be exact ,you have to wait over 10 minutes to be able to walk up and order a sub with no-one in line in front of you. You guys need help. I've seen maple syrup move faster. Than your deli staff. Your system of preparing online orders first while you let your customers in the store wait aimlessly isn't working! Your deli staff might seriously benefit from some food cross contamination training. Debris from cooked chicken mixing with cold roast beef and don't even bother to clean the board your working on let alone change your gloves. Sorry Publix you are going down hill steadily. It really looks like you don't care. Long gone is Publix is where shopping is a pleasure. Maybe now more of a pain.

Special ordered a birthday cake from the bakery. Unfortunately they were out of the mermaid theme decorations I wanted. But the Bakery manager spoke with me and custom created a wonderful substitute which was awesome! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service! The mermaid tail cupcake pull apart was a huge hit!
