I purchased carpet. I was told they couldn't give me an exact date but, it wouldn't take long to have it installed. Long story short.. it will be almost ( within days) a full month before it gets done. If I had known I would have paid a little more elsewhere.

Associates had the patience to show me how to maneuver through the steps of automated pickup at the lockers, not and easy task when you're 70+ years. As always very helpful when I needed to find an item and checkout is an absolute pleasure especially when my favorite associate, Princess, is working at the register.

For many years I go to this Lowe's I'm disabled but I also trained exotic service animals from skunks to raccoons monkeys crazy cats nothing fazes them super friendly employees who even carry treats for certain animals in their pocket talk about a place that still has excellent customer service bravo I love the employees here

The worst Lowe's I've ever been in... I've been in Lowe's all across this country and I have never seen a more unprofessional business in my lifetime. The managers don't have a clue how to respect their customers and the employees they have are disrespectful and act like they're doing you a favor by letting you shop there. I will drive 60 miles away to home Depot where at least you are welcomed to shop there. My aunt which is 70 yrs old tried to buy a refrigerator around 8 o'clock tonight and they told her that she would have to take it right then! What the hell is she supposed to do put it on her back? They have lost a lot of customers in Suwanee county for these reasons. I'm going to reach out to the general manager and see if he or she can give me an explanation for the lack of respect for Lowe's customers.

I bought some wood to have it delivered to my house to have a deck belt. the wood was delivered but 2 pieces of it were warped and cracked. when I try to call back to Lowe's. I got into a run around on the phone system and on 3 separate attempts could never get an answer. From a person when I went down to the store. I mentioned it and explained to them about the wood problem. The associates set it up where the wood would be exchanged and the newer pieces would be brought out. I also explained to him about the phone Friday morning. I waited for the gentleman to show up. I did not hear anything. And I did have the 2 pieces of wood out to the side when I went outside the 2 pieces of wood. I wanted replaced were back on my stack with no message or anything. I do understand that there is a signal problem out where I live. But he could have stayed beeping on his horn or walked up to my door or something. Or at least gave me a day's advanced notice or something. Though I'm not sure when he even came. so I tried to call back down to the store and got stuck in some type of main menu loop that only let you talk about being employee and not employee or an outside vendor. . I tried to call the HR number 1 800 HR Lowe's. I believe and it put you back to that same loop. So I drove down to the store and met with one of your people who gave me a different number to try for my complaint and upon Donny that number they got to hear a person. Come on, trying to sell medical insurance to me. And we use the exact number that you all had represented so right there. I tried also to use the hr number and again. It went to the medical people trying to sell you. Medical devices or insurance or something. I had called back to your back line manager about my wood. I forgot about this, and got hung up on the first time and the second time and there was no answer the third time.The individual who dropped off my wood on previous loads. A short little African American always had something snaughty to say or was rude. I am curious if that's who done it again today. I am headed back to the store.

Tim who works at Lowe's in live Oak Florida today helped us check out to see if there was a grill that was on the floor that they had another one in stock already assembled and made arrangements to have it ship to our house! Tim helped us in a very prompt way very professional way, walked us up to the checkout counter as well

I called Lowes for an estimate on my roof and no one showed up the first time and I called the phone number that was left telling me about my appointment and they told me my I was denied service because someone noted my home was mobile. Which my home is not mobile it has a crawl space. So ever company I try they say the same thing now.

On September 30, I went to Lowe’s to purchase a dishwasher that I saw on the app. One floor staff person said the couldn’t complete the transaction and had to call someone else, which they did and another floor staff person came and completed transcription after stating I need to buy extra clips for my countertops and new hose(other wise it would void the warranty) so I purchased both, it coming up an extra 120$. The second floor staff person had to call a third person Jessica or Jennifer assistant manager. That said it would be two weeks before the clips and dishwasher would be in. I reminded him that the dishwasher was already there and in stock. And the said ya but we have to wait for the clips. Then installer will pick both items up and come to install. So two weeks came and I hadn’t heard from anyone so I called Lowe’s . The gentleman that answered that said my clips and dishwasher were not here and he would have to ask someone and call me right back. Two days later I had to call and follow up that phone call and spoke with another person who said we are still waiting on clips and when asked about if my dishwasher had been sold he said no it’s here. Then a couple days later I get a phone from a third party company said they needed to schedule just delivery of the dishwasher. And didn’t know about any extra clips or tubing. I called same day to Lowe’s and Josh assistant manager asked about this and they said that was standard and clips and hoses would be in package. And that installer should be calling in next couple days to install date. So come 10/26 dishwasher gets installed by third party company who says that the clips and hosing were not included and nothing got sent with dishwasher. So they called their company to call Lowe’s for me to get a refund. I got a call from Jennifer or Jessica who said they should have used the clips and hose I bought. And I explained to her it was never sent installer was kind enough to use his own. But I wanted refund. We went around in circles a few times and she finally said she could only refund to gift card and would put it in mail. It never came. I called again 11/13 to say I haven’t received a refund, then that he would check on it and call me back, josh left me a voicemail stating it got put in the wrong pile and it would go out tomorrow on 11/14. I have yet to receive it, so I called today 11/30 and asked for Josh and had to left my name and number. With a return call. leave a message. This is about my refund but also about costumer service. The staff was either unaware of processes, don’t care or both. Lowes Live Oak has been awful working with on a couple different home projects.12/5 UPDATE! I got a $20 gift card! Good job Lowes 😒

I have been to this store numerous times and their inventory is always way off from shopping on the Lowe’s website. Plus they are not very helpful to look for the item when they know it’s in UP stock. Shop many of other Lowe’s stores that are impeccable, friendly and organized

We visited this Lowes today looking for shelving options and found exactly what we were looking for. We went to Home Depot the night before, and their selection wasn't that great. This Lowes had lots of shelving selections, and they were very well displayed. We were very pleased without our purchase. We, of course, will be back since it is one of our go-to places for home improvement projects. Plus, I have to mention how wonderful our cashier was here. And she is amazing every time we go. Princess, thank you for such a wonderful service. You are such a joy.

I bought a shed from them and they have advertising in every shed outside in the parking lot about Lowe’s installing the product.When I went to customer service for information first the lady told me I have to order the shed on line because they don’t sell them in the store.When I told her that I just saw the box with the shed in the garden area , she didn’t believe me until she call the person at garden department. The. When I ask about the installation she told me that Lowe’s doesn’t have installation service for this product. I have to go outside and take pictures of the signs… a supervisor came and told me exactly the same thing we don’t do installation on shed . At the end looks like they have signs for something the don’t offer. I guess the company needs to update the store about the service they offer or the changes on the services.

Went to store to pickup items for DIY plumbing. I was able to get exactly what I needed with the help of BECKIE. She went above and beyond with helping me by cutting a pipe to ensure it fit properly. This wasn't the first time she's helped me with item to repair plumbing issues. She's a constant professional. Lowes should be proud to have an associate like her.👏👏

I’m not sure why the lady who dose the self check out is so wildly unhelpful but someone needs to show her how to call for help. I asked for help finding an item and she told me to go find someone in plumbing. I get you’re busy just standing there but can’t you use a radio? Thankfully the person who was supposed to be in electrical was able to help me after I tracked her down. Simple ask was all I was asking for. She just didn’t seem to want to be bothered but thankfully ace hardware is open next time I’ll try there. Mabey they can help me find the part I need because the part I got doesn’t fit would have been nice to find someone who could help find the correct flap for my toilet.

My husband & I were needing some patio chairs & we were in a hurry. The chairs were outside & locked up, so we couldn't try them out without assistance. There was an employee close by to us who said he'd get the person in charge of that section to come help us. Brittany came out in less than a minute. She quickly gave us the prices of the items we were considering & after we made our decision, she scanned the items, and directed us to go to a specific check out lane, gave us the name of the cashier, and we were able to find it very easily from her instructions. Troy, our cashier, had our order, was very friendly, and we were able to check out in minutes of entering the store. When we walked out to get our chairs Brittney had cleaned them for us, had them stacked & ready to go. My husband pulled up our SUV & she loaded them in for us. This was by far the best, fastest, friendliest shopping experience I've had at a Lowe's. We're moving to the area & will be needing to make purchases Lowe's typically sells, so it's nice to know we can look forward to positive shopping experiences. The store was clean, appeared to have adequate staff on hand, and they were all very helpful & friendly. It was extremely refreshing & it started our weekend on the right track.

I've had a few issues over the last 8 years. Live Oak Lowes doesn't honor sale or clearance items for store pick-up if they're marked down to low. Ordered lumber on clearance only to get a call later that day to tell me They don't have that lumber at that price but they have the same dimension lumber in stock at a higher price. Order #788955025

No assistance in getting items. Snarky sales people. Left the store after about an hour; still without the items. The sales person said it would be another 40 minutes or so. I asked if they would deliver it to me and he said sure for $79.00. Called in the morning to speak with a manager to no avail.

The employees were super. They were doing more to help shoppers than I expected. The shoppers however were creating a madhouse. I understand the aftermath due to hurricanes. I've seen several. I've learned that patience goes a long way. I purchased 2 generators and was on my way home in 30 minutes.

My Fiancé and I have been to a lot of Lowe’s through out Florida and Georgia and this one by far has THE best customer service we have ever experienced. Matthew and Cheryl are the nicest and most caring Lowe’s employees we have ever met as well as all the other staff we encountered in this store. They made our experience at Lowe’s 1,000 times more enjoyable. We were needing help with some doors and a few other items and Matthew the sales floor supervisor helped us find exactly what we needed and genuinely cared about taking the time to help us. Cheryl helped us with all of our questions about a lawn mower we were curious about. She found as much information as she could about the lawn mower to help us figure out what would be the best fit for us. They were both so helpful and kind and we are definitely making this our go-to store for any hardware needs.

Wanted to let everyone know I had a great customer experience with Matt Wood who works in appliances. He assisted me with the purchase and return of a washer for my mother. The washer was computerized, unfortunately mother who is 89 did not understand how to operate it, so I needed to return it and get another less completed one for her. Unfortunately I list the receipt. When I advised Matt of this he said,"no problem, we can pull it up on the computer". I was shocked. I was expecting a hassle. He was so helpful in making the return and purchase an easy and strees free experience.Thank you Matt for being professional, knowledgeable and a wonderful representative for LOWE'S. Never get any assistance in this store and when you do they can’t help you and disappear. Went in for a air conditioner there was a person working the aisle but when I went to ask for help loading it they were gone nobody in site as usual so we loaded it ourselves paid and put it in the vehicle ourselves with an employee standing there and one person is on crutches and we have a handicapped sticker in the window so no excuse for this

I purchased projects with the bulk discount program. I failed to pick up my items (3 years, I know!). Even with all my documentation. Lowes tells me they will not do anything as they have no records that far back. They have told me to kick rocks and don’t care that they have my $1,600 I paid then and the material I never picked up.
