September 2019The cashier I think is the same as last. Sour face, no greeting won't bag stuff properly. Last time here was okay the good cashier was there. She bags glass properly AND she bags shampoo, body wash, liquid stuff properly.This cashier doesn't wrap the glass AND she put the shampoo/body wash bottles in with cards. I had 3 glasses in separate bags by themselves & 2 bags with everything else. One glass fell over at the register & almost broke when the cashier was bagging other stuff. Then I get to the car & the shampoo was leaking. SO I had to take everything out & put it into one bag.July 2019Normally the staff here are efficient & friendly. On this one day I went it seemed no more than usual. They did seem to be out of carts though. There was none on the side of the building I had parked at where they had a return corral.As I was checking out, a lady came in. She said at least 5 times, excuse me ma'am are there any more carts here. This was an elderly lady and she had already struggled through the door. So, the cashier FINALLY looks at her as the lady was asking again. Instead of answering her she ignored her and rang up my FOUR items.Now, right where they put your bag(s) after ringing it up was someone else's stuff with a receipt and money sitting right there.I asked her if there was an issue because it was obviously someone's purchased merchandise and their money. She also NEVER answered my question. I was like "Wow, you can't even bother to answer me either".The lady behind me said "Don't you think it is rude not to even acknowledge anyone".So, Dollar Tree thank Ellen for the lower rating. She was pretty much rude to everyone that had been in that line checking out and customers coming in.We all have hardships, bad days, ect. As an employee check the attitude when you are at work or try something else. It isn't right for ANYONE be it an employee or customer to be rude. It happens but still not right. I don't care if customers before me, the lady that came in weere nasty. We were not and you were unprofessional and rude.Date 2 Years Prior to 2019The people are always friendly and this store is almost always busy. They keep the store organized and clean as they can with the amount of shoppers they get. I just wish they had doors that disabled people can get through more easily. Store employees and customers try and help them through the doors.

Only 1 person working and the line is all the way down several isles. No one came out for at least 20 minutes while there were several people in the office. The store isn’t stocked enough and no one wants to come and help this poor cashier. It’s a shame that management doesn’t want to work.

This was the best and cleanest Dollar Tree I have ever been in. The isles were clear of obstacles and garbage. Well stocked and organized shelves. The company should demand the Quincy Florida store be run this way. The only complaint is as usual the check machine did not work. It seems they all have out dated processing check readers.

If possible no stars Lines are always long and the employee Jeff made sure to make it a point his register was close when I stepped in line until 10 other ppl got in line and he couldn’t find a manager for him to get off the register

Pretty decent store... need to get shelves restocked as there was too much still on carts and in boxes... seems to me, the more items on the shelf would mean more $$ to hire more people.... just my thought. Wasn't the worst store we've seen in our travels but pretty close.

Love this Dollar Tree! The best little store with amazing prices. From crafts to decor and food items, you'll find your basket full by checkout. Wonderful staff and great family store.

Still my fav store... This was the cleanest most organized i have ever seen our dollar tree! Lots of new things too. Employees are always nice and the manager is so sweet. Still waiting on that VIP parking spot though. 😉😊

It was too small and had many missing items. The attendant was pleasant and helpful and the store seemed cleaner than most others but just not enough items.

The store is nice and clean, but some of the employees need to learn a little bit of etiquette. I witnessed one being a bit nasty. You don't stick your head out the door and ask "What are you doing?" And when you get the answer waiting for you to open inform us that it's GOING TO BE 45 MINUTES. Why thank you I know how to tell time. I also can add and subtract 🙄

This Dollar Tree was okay. Not as stocked as some others and really messy. Things were thrown about in a haphazard way and you have to maneuver carefully. Long lines due to understaffing.

I love this site so very much you cash but Lil fun things down to frozen food good frozen food and they take food stamps and no tax on food there so you can get everything from ice cream to chicken fish frozen dinners bread chips and often they have band brand body wash its well worth it to stop in and take a look I bet you won't leave without spending some money 🤑

Really like this location. I realize they are a busy. But this location is always a cluster...messy & disorganized. You have to rummage thru & past unstocked merchandise. Shelves blown out & not restocked daily. Not sure if its lack of management or help.

It really seems as if Dollar Tree has gone downhill since the move to the new store. The variety and quality of items is not as good, there are never enough shopping carts, boxes are always blocking the aisles. I'm not sure what happened but there needs to be some changes made.

11/8/18 1537hrs 14 people in line waiting to check out. I buy several products here. With the tarriffs increasing on imports many good deals are now gone. No more bread pans made from steel. Fewer glass ware items. It.would be nice if there were more cashier's and there were more.shopping carts. I left the store. Today I did not buy anything because they had all of the carts filled with stock that was not put up . I'm handicapped and have to use a cart to stabilize my walking.

Lots of products, good deals but always a mess and never, ever enough personnel at checkout or for stocking. The workers there are good but they are shorthanded. Needs better organization and more personnel

Honestly my kids lose their socks or the washer / dryer eats them. So about two years ago I started buying Dollar Tree socks at 3 for $1. Can't beat the price. Now if only Dollar Tree could keep them in stock.

The store is a mess and they never stock their stuff. The truck comes in on Monday and a few days after that it’s still there. The customer service is good though.

Stock was still in cartons in aisles, couldn't find items wanted for they blocked the shelves. Shelves messy and empty. Saw 2 employees , cashiers. Definite need for stockers and/or more help.

The Dollar Tree is always a nice store to find all your household needs. they have food and snacks, craft supplies, toys, cards or anything that you might need for an emergency party or gathering

Couldn't get down isles. All stock was still in boxes blocking, empty shelves. I use to love this dollar tree. Now? I won't be back!
