I only had 6 items the 1 person at the counter with a lot of customers in line the other day was horrible. I thought 2 cashiers would run the store. The manager came up when another co-worker didn't ask for no help People kept lining up to check out. What kinda store runs like that.

Great items, but I DO NOT feel secure in the parking lot 😞 NEEDS MORE lighting! One night there was a " well-dressed" man whom asked for a ride which startled me!

I've been looking for paper towels that I use all the time and all the Dollar Generals in town we're out of them, well I checked this Dollar General and they had them This store was neat and nice and the cashiers were really nice I was in and out. Third time was charm

Overcharged at this store. Could not get the idiots that where working understand simple math. MT Dew was on sale for 3 for $ 12. Was charging me $6.50 each. Said they would take fifty cents off each one to make it 3 for 12.oo, that is $18.00 for the the 3. Could not get the idiots to realize this no matter what I said. They are always overcharging customers. When items are on sale they do not give it to you. Dollar General is a rip off and needs to be shut down. Would give 0 stars if it would let me. Rip off every time so will not be back to any dollar rip off stores.

This store needs better management and better employees. It is always a mess and the employees aren't friendly. I stopped to get cat food on my way home and the shelves were almost empty. They have stuff all over the place and nothing is where it should be.

This is one of the better dollar stores we have the shelves were stocked there was no packages in the isles. However the cashier was so unfriendly, not sure if he was just having a bad day or what his problem is but this young man refused to smile, greet customers,and acted like we was just a bother to him for shopping there. The store itself is a 5/5 it nice and clean just don't know about that cashier

Never keep their shelves stocked you see so many crates around the store that have not been unpacked you can barely move around the place an you can never find anything absolutely no organization there at all

It's a mess : total confusion inside the store. Shelves are empty, and you can't find what you're looking for 35 percent of the time. Many visits you get what will do , and not what you went into the store to purchase.

One of the employees is not friendly at all & is not willing to help you !! Dont ever send money Western Union cause if the money cannot be picked up by person you are sending it to you will not be able to get your own money back !! I called Western Union while their in the store, they gave me a tracking number to give to cashier to get my money, she would not even attempt to try to, she called boss had her on phone, she was just as rude. I was upset bc it was over 100 dollars told me they would band me from store, I told them to go ahead & do it but they didnt have to worry cause I would not be back. This is the part, went to Publix didnt have a bit of trouble getting my money !!! That's saying alot.

There were 6 people in line and one register open. The 2nd employee walked up front seen the line and walked right by without offering to help. By the time I got to the counter there were 12 people in line and still this same employee would not respond to the cashier calling her. After I checked out I found the 2nd employee and told her the cashier needed her help, only then did she go help. This 2nd employee made a comment to me that the cashier was just slow, but that was not the truth and I explained to her why the line was so long.

Sonya was the cashier after I had to yell hello poor customer service she acted as she was bothered by us the customers not going back to that store I will spend my money else where I didn't even get to put my number into the machine for my coupons ....not friendly poor customer service 😢 sad

It's a Dollar General. What else can I say?Addendum: Thankfully they now provide self pay because cashiers are always on the endangered species list here. I'm almost tempted to snap a picture when I finally spot one.

Wasnt good. Store was dirty, unstocked, over priced & casheir was rude. 2nd time staff made me feel like assisting me was asking too much of them. I wont go back

We humbly refer to this as the ghetto Dollar General.. Female crack head talking to cashier on occasion (friends) Got cat called as a dude.. That was new.. no Carts because the people in neighborhood take them home/homeless..

This one is on HWY90 and it's always dirty and stuff in the Isles were you can't go down. Plus there is always a long line to cashier. Always. It's just sad that the store is going down hill . I go to the other store on other side of the town. That 1 is very clean and there isn't a long line at ck out.
