Nice and clean CVS, staff is friendly and professional. Pharmacy staff was very quick to get my RX filled. I left a message on their answer service line, and I received a call back that they were working on my RX and would be ready in 2 hours. So pleased with my service.

I gave up. I came to the store 6 diff times and CVS couldn't fill my prescription. Chistina had all kinds of excuses all the 6 times I was there. The delivery truck was late, the temp pharmacist forgot to call in your prescription, some how your med didn't make on to the truck, etc etc. this is horrible service and it shows how incompetent they all are.

They have great prices on vitamins, half off, buy one get one free. Plenty of other products I use daily as well. Love shopping CVS.

The pharmacy is really awesome about helping you. They're friendly and kind. Sometimes there's a line, but they are trying their best to get people moving.I can let my older kids go shop while I wait for scripts.

We appreciate your company employees so very much. Thomas is consistently thorough. I have many issues including an amputated foot Thomas has ALWAYS went above and beyond to see that I understand all medications my doctor prescribes. Thank you CVS for hiring such a compassionate stellar pharmacist.

I NEVER have problems with this store except for ONE girl that works the window in the pharmacy.I am so upset with cvs, to the point I was in tears.I literally have no voice, been sick the last couple days and feel like garbage and waited my turn in the line for a Covid and flu test and it was well over five minutes, and there's three cars behind me and this girl has done this in the past and said for me to go around because there's cars waiting for prescriptions (with an attitude like it was an inconvenience), so I got upset and left and went inside and the other girl said that they don’t do them inside and just looked dumbfounded and didn't say a word to me.I never complain about store. Ever. So I just spent 20 minutes complaining to corporate and now I have to go somewhere else to get tested because of the unprofessionalism of her. I love every one of the retail workers and all of the other pharmacy.

I like going here as they always have specials going on an also a reward system an every time you buy something on the reward program you get 20% off, with rising prices these days it's nice to be able to buy what you need an get money off an gain points for your next visit. You can cancel your rewards program anytime you want by calling there phone number or go up online. They also have a pharmacy there for your prescription needs.

I have been using this pharmacy for years and I can't say enough good things about it. The pharmacy staff is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. They never make me feel like I'm just a number...they remember my name and always greet me with a smile, to which I am very grateful. Their store and their employees are also wonderful and friendly. They always keep the store very clean and well stocked. Everyone here is awesome and I can't recommend this pharmacy and store enough. A well deserved 5 stars!

I've gotten my Covid-19 Test done here twice and everything went great. Only had one problem so far and that was that the alcohol paper in the bag was dried out which is not a big deal. The clerk gave me another one and that was that. Thank you CVS for being a force in the fight against Covid-19 during this pandemic.

Best pharmacy I have used for years. Quick RX fills..great communication. No issues..the CVS in New Hampshire I used previously had frequent out of stocks and constant issues with Drs and insurance that they had me waiting and having to call on..thia CVS takes care of those issues promptly. Sooo happy with my new pharmacy🤗

Terrible representation for UPS! These people do not care about the UPS service and have zero clue about how the service is offered. Why even offer to do business if you don’t have valid information for the UPS service??? Arguing with questioning customers is not the way! This is a business call don’t just hang up on people

On November 11 I went in for a covid test, was told 2-3 days but may be 8-10 days, on November 19 I spent over an hour on the phone trying to find out any news on my test to only be told it was still pending. On the 20th I signed in to my chart and the message had changed to test may talk longer due to holidays and increased testing. To get back to work I had to pay 125$ out of pocket for a rapid test on the 20th. That night I received a call from one of the doctors from the minute clinic (I did not get her name, it had been a long day) apologizing for the delay in my test and not knowing why it was taking so long and offering me to do another test, I am informed her I already paid for one so I could go back to work.it is now November 24th and the original test is still not back. My personal opinion on this is they probably lost my test. So now my insurance has been changed for a test I most likely will never get the results of and I’m out 125$ so I could get back to work. If you go here don’t expect fast results if you get them.

I don't leave reviews often but I wanted to say thank you to the Gentleman behind the pharmacy counter. I was in town for military getting ready to deploy and misplaced my covid 19 card. He went above and found my LOT numbers and was able to get me a new card. Thank you Sir and CVS

This should reflect a cashier at CVS on February 16th, 2021.My husband also works in retail as a manager. Due to my husband's medical issues he had started to wear a FACE SHIELD per a doctor. As he had to wear a mask or alternative for upwards of 10-13+ hours he was having issues. Therefore he started to wear an alternative, per a doctor.The cashier on duty DECIDED to inform my husband that the face shield does nothing and give him UNSOLICITED adviceIs your cashier a doctor? Does he know the person's medical issues? Is what he saying fact or his opinion. Unless he somehow knows a the people coming in medical issues and he himself is a doctor in this field, he needs to be reminded what his job is and isn't.My husband has worn a mask or alternative due to his medical problems on the advice of his doctor.The pharmacy people are nice, professional and helpful. The employees in general are good. The parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. Getting in and out can be a pain.

I've been with CVS about 18 years & I'm new to the state of Florida this has by far been the worse Pharmacy visit I've ever had to endure! I actually been there twice both visits were bad I don't want to change bc I've been with them so long but ethier I'm changing or moving something has to give customer service is everything.. If you treat ppl horrible they will NOT come back & so unprofessional!!

They are not much better than the Madison CVS, they made me and/or my husband make THREE trips to get just one prescription filled which is more than 60 miles around trip when that all could of been avoided had 1. They done their job and ordered the meds. And 2. After they messed up, given us a call with one of the TWO numbers on file which they NEVER did because hey it wasn't their gas, time , and patience wasted.
