Pharmacy is understaffed and caters to the drive-thru line. Will promptly switch my prescriptions back to Publix where my medication is cheaper and I don’t have to wait in a line stretching through the store.

12/14/2022My order for my blood pressure monitor and my Fiancés Mood Boost was delivered in a very timely manner from the Walgreens at Fishhawk Crossing in Lithia.Only problem with the delivery was that the delivery service left the package at the Animal Pen Gate instead of the Front Porch ??????? 😲😖😵💫12/09/2022I stepped out and did something I've never done before . . . . . .Placed an order online for same day delivery.From the time I submitted my order about 7:45pm it was delivered at my house at 8:31pm some 46 minutes later.Now that's what I call service !!!!!! 😀The only snafu was that the Christmas Decorations that were in the order, said were in stock on the Walgreens App wasn't in stock at the store, so no Christmas Decorations but all my luscious Cashews and Mixed Nuts, my Walgreens Brand pain relief OTC Medication which is always " Buy One, Get One 50% Off " showed up as expected !!!! 😉😀❤️👍Walgreens in Lithia is located at:5605 Fishhawk Crossing Blvd, Lithia, FL 33547This is my favorite Walgreens Pharmacy to pickup my prescriptions and do some much needed last minute grab something to drink for my picnic, BBQ, or Day at the Beach.It has the friendliest staff I've seen at a Walgreens store.The Walgreens App has a lot to be desired because the notifications and emails can be very misleading on what is paid for and what is yet to be paid for.But, that has nothing to do with this store.Give this Pharmacy a try if you're in the Fishhawk area.

DO NOT send your RX there if it is a controlled substance. The pharmacy refused to fill my rx that I have been taking for months at another walgreens. This is a life saving med for me to be able to function. My Dr office called and they flat out refused them also.

Great team all round, but, not great in photo department. Asked for 3 sets of photos and a free copy on emails and the guy gave me one set and usb drive.

Ebony is the only helpful person and the only one that seems to care at this Walgreens. The Pharmacy is complete garbage. The Pharmacy employees are rude and act like you’re inconveniencing them when you’re at the drive through or counter. They’re always out of the medication we need so we end up transferring it to another location. The other Walgreens our medication is transferred to seem to care a lot more and don’t act like they hate the world.

I'm not sure where all of these negative reviews are coming from. I've only ever had issues with CVS pharmacy. CVS stopped accepting my insurance on January 1st while Walgreens began to accept it on the same day. As I've been going to this Walgreens on and off for years and have never experienced any issues, I decided to return here to fill my January prescriptions. They were ready a few hours after my doctor called them in, and I picked them up through the drive-through for $0. Overall, great experience!

Pharmacy drive thru is horrible (should be called a wait thru).. there was 1 car at window. I have no idea how long she was there before I pulled up but I waited 17 minutes! I asked the tech why such long wait, she just shrugged. I told her if my rx is going to be minutes they usually ask me to come back or go around the building to wait on others. I’ve been coming here for years but considering changing. I have never seen this tech b4 but better training might be a plus.. I’ve noticed some tech are quick n thorough, some the line goes soooo slow.On a positive, inside store is GREAT employees and mgrs helpful

Major ripoff! They post all over toy department 40% off.. well, doesn’t ring up that way and the very very young lady at the register didn’t put in the discount no matter how many times I pointed it out. Manager at register next to her was busy, tried to explain to the girl… obviously she didn’t get it. Tags are consistently wrong— eg: will show keurig coffee pods at $7.99 but the still ring up at $11.99 and cashier says “well maybe the tag is wrong because it’s not ringing up that way”. Has happened numerous times at this Fishhawk store.

Why does Walgreens hate their customers? Why do Walgreens employees hate their job?I had an appointment for a flu shot at 12:40, I got the shot 1HOUR later. No explanation, no apology. I was essentially told simply to go sit and stare at the bandaid rack until they were ready. Walgreens management just couldn't care less about the people they serve.

Horrible customer service! Pharmacy never fills my prescription unless I call them over and over again to check the status. Then they tell me they are out of stock and I have to wait additional time for it to be ordered. Then they told me it was a insurance problem. Waited over 2 weeks for one prescription to be filled while I was out of medication. Unhelpful Indian Man spoken to twice said he was the pharmacist and just would say "Ok, Ok" When I explained my concerns about not taking my medication for the time they took to fill the prescription. UNPROFESIONAL PHARMACY STAFF!

Called the pharmacy to check to see if my full script was ready since I was given a partial after days of calling them asking them to please have the order in if necessary because I was going out of town, they assured me that it would be and low and behold 5 day supply. I call back today when the order comes and they tell me youll be fine we gave you 5 days in a combative and rude manner, it was a very rude indian man and he is always rude no matter the time. Customers should not be treated this way and neither should I. I will be contacting corporate about this!

I had a Covid testing appointment today which was scheduled yesterday. Appointment was made online with an email notification confirming my appointment. I went to drive thru and stated I had an appointment. They said I was not in the system. I showed my email appointment and they still refused to give me the test. They said I have to make another appointment for tomorrow and there was nothing they can do. I needed this test in order to clear my vacation. This was Walgreens screw up and they refused to make it right. Customer service at its worst.

Just avoid this place. Not sure why the pharmacy staff is so incompetent but Im sure it has to do more with lack of proper training. The fact that I have to call in each month and sit on hold for 20 min if Im lucky for them to put the refill request through that I had already submitted through the app is just a huge wast of time. The staff is slow and rude. If you enjoy sitting in line for 30+ min for your prescriptions then this is your place.

So... first things first - I very rarely shop at the actual store. It always seems to be higher prices compared to Publix or Walmart or pretty much anywhere else. However, in a pinch, the extended hours + necessity = Walgreens good! Not intended to be a dig, it just is what it is. The pharmacy, however, just sucks. I have many, many, many, MANY instances where I have received a voice mail that my Rx was ready for pick up, after having confirmed a full and/or acknowledging the need for a full and given a time to pick up. Early on, I gave a 15 minute buffer after the expected time and had little to no issue. However, for the past 2 years or so, have been given large doses of run around and bull $#!+... I have even been told, with voice mail saved and ready to prove them wrong (And I played it back to them), the the automated system did not say my Rx was ready, but rather it gave a window that is was going to be filled within xx amount of time (over several instances of a recurring monthly fill, I have been told between 10 and 90 minutes by whoever was at the D/T or pick up counter). This pharmacy is a complete mess. They never seem to have enough people, I never see the same employees on different visits and I have had enough. Do not get your Rx filled here. They have now, and forever, lost my business and confidence.

This is to inform whomever it may concern regarding the poor treatment and absolute lack of professionalism and respect towards customer at a particular location. While waiting on my order for the pharmacy in the parking lot of the Walgreens on 3405 Lithia Pinecrest Rd, Valrico, FL 33596 I see a Caucasian gentleman flag down an Asian older man who was about to drive away. He was trying to explain what he appeared to have overheard within the store reguarding this older Asian male. The older asian male was behind me in like when I had my order put in. This man was trying to order/pick up 2 drugs (one being oxycodone) for his wife. It appeared that He didn’t understand what the man behind the counter instructed/advised him so while waiting for my medicine to be ready I was able to convince him to go back in the store so I can find out what he was said. I’ll say he understands English but not at the pace of fluent speakers. The nice young man behind the counter said that multiple locations around the area were out of the oxycodone 10mg. And advised me to try calling another Walgreens where someone the week priori was able to acquire. So I call the Walgreens at 5605 FISHHAWK CROSSING BLVD Lithia, FL 33547 to talk to a woman. She first told me I need to walk into the store with prescription in hand to be able to Disclose whether or not the drug was even available in their locations’s inventory. Being military I found that odd I couldn’t just inquire about a drug being available at a location.. she then asked who I was to the individual trying to get the medicine regardless of the fact I had told her multiple times I’m just a stranger to him. She asked for the store number which warranted my question of the Walgreens phone number or the pharmacy departments phone number. She was just overall incredibly rude when I asked even if that would be something I could ask any employee in the store for or if I had to talk to the pharmacy personnel particularly. She got so fed up with me trying to get clarification to her questions that she abruptly put me on hold only to have a male pick up. This male I could tell had an Asian accent and upon looking up the store location I als shows the names. I assumed that this male would understand where I was coming from trying to help an individual who doesn’t primarily speak English but I was sorely mistaken. This male, after confirming that the drug was indeed physically present at their store location accused me of trying to speak as if I were working at the Walgreens as a pharmacy employee... just getting a glimpse of what probably happens to even one human who has a hard time speaking and understanding English frustrates me to my core. Because I am Vietnamese. And my mom and all relatives who weren’t born here in the us have a hard time with English as is. And to see that this is just a normal thing for people to treat other people breaks my heart. So I’m posting this instead of going to that store location and having a stern talking to them in person. Based on the listing of staff members at the ride Walgreens the females name is Ifeoma O. and the male who accused me of impersonating an employee is named Nitin P. I have multiply family members in this field and even regardless of the girls PEOPLE should e treated like this. Truly shameless. The gentleman at the pharmacy I was physically at was 100% incredibly helpful. He referred me to a location that he knew recently had a customer successfully receive the drug and tried calling another location and even called the fishing hawk location too. Got the other young man behind the counter to help. Regardless of how slammed they were. And I even tried to not involve the staff here cause I could very well see they were overwhelmed with the number of customers at the drive thru. The website doesn’t have their names but the two young gentleman one black male and the other Spanish seeming we’re too kind.

Waste of time. I booked a rapid covid test that clearly says on thier site 2 hour test results but when I get there to do my test they are saying it's 24 hours am like what ? I specifically picked the rapid test because of the 2 hour response and they saying 24 hours might as well just go to cvs I had no issue with them.

Would you like to donate? No...... I do not donate my hard earned cash I rather donate my time. Display shelf's are old and ugly customer service lacks empathy found alott of items out of stock. Staff are disorganized and lacks customer service skills. You also don't get cell service in the store.

She came to the window and handed me my purchase and said “Excuse you”What kind of response is that? Called manager, Mary, on duty - explained my situation, and she couldnt care either.Stay away - high prices and rude service.

Terrible pharmacy. Dropped off a prescription and advised it would be ready in two hours. Returned three hours later and the prescription was not ready. Recommend driving across the the street to Publix if you want reliable service.

I visit this pharmacy often, being the one closest to my home, and I have not had a bad experience as some reviews mention. Maybe I keep getting lucky but the employees are friendly and have never been rude to me.

Made a reservation for covid test and still had to wait for 15 minutes. Ended up having the test at the same time with the person who booked for the next time slot.
