I literally shop here every single day as its conveniently close to my house. Today a member accused me of stealing three 12-packs of coke because I accidentally scanned the item again after paying. I was the one who flagged down a cashier to clear the screen so other customers wouldn't have to wait. I started to leave but she stopped me and demanded to see my receipt before leaving of which there were only 3 items. She proceeded to study the receipt for almost 2 minutes, clearly not believing it was legitimate before finally letting me leave. She was obviously not watching the checkout line because there was only myself and one other customer. I could have left the store without saying anything and she would have had absolutely no idea. The entire experience was bizarre.

Overall a clan publix but I’m not happy with today’s experience. I was getting chicken tenders for my kids the food handler( huge black guy) was handling everything with same gloves and he handled food too. He wasn’t happy being there. First time there was flies on the chicken tenders. I cancelled my chicken tenders. Definitely this publix doesn’t deserve this kind of service work

My first visit to a Publix Supermarket. It looked like what I would expect a supermarket to look like. For this first visit, we got some hot. Hicken and two subs. Over all the ciken finger sub was yummy made exactly how I had asked. A half sandwich was what I expected it to cost, and it was super filling. I would return here.We ate the sandwiches at the local state park, and it was a welcome lunch after mountain biking.

This our neighborhood store! Great for a quick stop an shop, but also for those extra full cart, stock up the house stops as well.Ok selection for organic fruits and veggies. Could be better.We used to have a great relationship with the pharmacist Amy, who could get a quick new script done in a hurry, like when you are sick. Now under the new Manager Aaron, it is at best 1 hour to get anything in a hurry. This is my complaint, and almost cost them a star. But, we are thinking of moving our prescription business elsewhere to solve the problem.Usually a super quick check out, just don’t go right before a Sunday NFL game.

Lady serving hot food was nice allowed me to try a sample I was in-between fried shrimp and new chicken strips it has a pretty good sauce kinda of spicy and sweet and sweet potato mash was on point so was the stuffing no complaints about food also got two samples from a lady walking around, she gave me a piece of 🥐croissant not to long after I walked in than as I was ordering food gave me another piece of croissant i think she had the hots for my buns, and publix croissants really, i know yall throw away better stuff than that if your going to pay someone to walk around and give samples at least make it something like when you try it your like " oh damn, where can i get some more sweet cheeks " not like "mam where's the water fountain" you lose water and a piece of croissant it's a loose loose step it up :) nice publix nice environment , one of the better ones

I have never had such bad customer service at a Publix. Most are very inviting. Every time I go to the deli area they act like it's a favor for them to get me anything if they even pay attention to me and notice I'm there. I drive past this Publix to go to a different one.

it’s very nice calm. if i remember correctly they play music and they give FREE cookie to kids and fruit. the bathroom is clean which is very nice. good Publix

Arguably one of the nicest Publix stores I have been in since being in the Tampa area. The store was set up well, everything was nice and clean, and everybody seemed very welcoming. Even though I live within 1.3 miles of three other Publix locations, I will most likelydrive further to come to this one in the future

So...they are usually very nice. Here's the thing...the produce. This time specifically, the Grapery grapes. $4.99 A lb and they were ALL brown and wilted. The produce in bags in the cooler are brown and last a day. For the amounts they charge....the food we buy...should be fresh.

I give this rating a 4 star because shopping is a pleasure at publix. Staff is always friendly and helpful. But once again, they dropped another item off their stock because they don't sell enough. This was a corporate decision, according to the manager. Publix prices are more than other grocery stores I've been in.

It's getting a little better here but they will still not honor any requests for special items. I'm very pleased they are selling the Starbucks almond milk creamer again because last year they ran out & restocked with dairy. I like how they are incorporating some vegan items throughout the store so when looking for veganaise you can find it in the same place the other mayos are. There are now 4 self checkouts up front making it look more spacious. I will mention the rotting avocados & tomatoes I saw today (19 sep) that had been overlooked. Eww.

Every other publix has salmon pinwheels.. Asked about it here and they suggested aprons prepared salmon..tried the aprons and it was the worst thing I've ever tasted..Get salmon pinwheels. Fish hawk can afford it.

Our family loves Buffalo wings, and Publix is the place to order from. Currently, with this post, 50 for $36.99 is an awesome price, but what sets these apart from the rest is the size of the legs and wings. They have options with breaded or not and regular or spicy seasoning. The Publix app states a 24-hour order process, but calling the Deli department will expedite the request within the hour. You will not be disappointed with the freshness and service this location has to offer. Thanks to all who make shopping a pleasure.

Publix used to have the best sandwiches. But like all corporations, they jumped on the bandwagon of giving you less and charging you more. Their sandwiches are now downgraded to subway quality with what seems to be half the ingredients for an even steeper price.Most of the deals also aren't deals. A lot of them just meet Walmart's prices or are still more expensive even with the "deals". The prices are unbelievably jacked up. Milk will be around $5 while Walmart is at $3, for example.If you can stomach the prices on certain things, Publix does have a good bakery, deli, ice cream, and seafood bar. I went from buying from them fairly often to almost never now. Corporate greed is insatiable.

I consistently have a poor experience with the deli at this store. The young female deli manager speaks rudely to subordinates in front of customers. Sub orders are never ready on time. Nothing has improved since I brought this to the attention of the store manager months ago.

Love my neighborhood Publix. However, today I was dissapointed with seafood section. The 2 people in charge in the morning were not friendly at all. It looked like I was bothering them when trying to order. One didn't even acknowledge me even though he was there first, the second one was in the back and wasn't happy to find a customer waiting. Other than this bad experience Publix staff is typically very nice!

I've discovered the best deals aren't found in any single store. Some items are better priced in multiple stores and this applies to Publix. Publix is perhaps the most expensive option, locally, for groceries but they do offer a good selection of items.

This Publix is always in tip top shape. On this particular visit though, NOLAN, was the greatest help. Nolan was prepared for the day and had all the knowledge we needed and was more than attentive to our needs. His parents did a great job and Publix should be proud! Thanks!
