My dog who is home after a procedure with a drain tube hanging from her belly, got a prescription that is let's say, a red flag (for pain) and even though I looked sleep deprived, no makeup, & just crazy from being up all night with her for days now, and endless vet visits, they completely understood. This is state of the art facility! Revised lay out, new color palette and wider isles.So many new food to go options, and quick snacks to meal in a bag.Day 2 everyone was very friendly, tons of vendors and samples.I do believe the egress of the parking lot and traffic flow is an issue. Perhaps there is a better way out.Can’t beat $1 hotdogs!!

Everybody that's been to Publix knows how Publix is. This by far is my favorite Publix of all time. A bunch of awesome people working every department. Publix level of service is always spot on.

In the last 3 years!! I had never seen 2% Milk in this store.So low in stock. And the fruits in the store,, stay away!! Too many fruit flies and it took me 3 weeks to get rid of them.This place sucks!! Not sure why its not like other publix store.

This is my home Publix- and for a LONG time I preferred it over any other- however, lately I usually visit one of the other 3 surrounding Publix’s. 1) I don’t know if it’s new staff or untrained staff but several times I’ve ordered a chicken tender wrap, it rips and turns into a BIG mess- I get chicken, cheese and lettuce. Not a ton of toppings to cause any issues. The first few times I thought it was the wrap itself- but over time I’ve realized it’s not. Some even try to wrap it with 2 wraps after it rips; if I wanted that I’d just get it on sub bread. Not only that, but I’ve visited 3-5x in the last 3 months and they’re out of the wraps all together. 2) there are a few employees who are VERY irritated when doing their job- if you want a cheese that’s not already pre-sliced it seems like the customer is the issue. If they’re out of Publix meat, and ONLY want to give boars head-(because they don’t want to slice it, that’s fine but I don’t want the boars head price- I prefer the Publix taste) it’s an issue. If they have to slice it, it’s an issue that is very obviously projected onto the customer. If they’re out of lettuce or garlic pickles, their frustration is projected onto the customer. It’s not my fault that the team before didn’t stock up when items got low.There have been several times when I’ve come in and the deli/hot plate employees project their dissatisfaction/frustration onto you. Kori is one of the managers that has been GREAT when she’s there and I’ve had any interactions with her.I know 99% of businesses are STRUGGLING with staffing, and I know EVERYONE is overworked. Consumers expect perfection every single time, regardless of their circumstances. I’ve been understanding and relating to how the staff may feel on any given day- however; when you live 3 minutes away and it’s a continuous issue- I feel like it should be addressed in some way.

This store has constant out of stock issues. Also when I went bye to get my yearly flu shot I was told sign up on line.Web site was only pushing Covid 19 boosters so I called pharmacy and got hung up on. When I called back was sent to a recording saying out to lunch.Finally figured it out but would not recommend this Publix.When Bell Shoals gets finished I see a lot of businesses going to the other store.Publix was so much better run when it only had a manager, assistant manager, and third man. Today too many chiefs and finger pointing.

We used to come here when the Publix closest to us was out of items but this one is just as bad now. Actually maybe worse - the manager didn’t seem to care much that they were out of many sale items. We found a few expired items in the dairy section.

Store is very clean and the staff put a lot of effort into flawless displays of produce. But the prices are too high. I don't know if Publix is using wider inflation as an excuse to gain extra profit, but it sure looks that way as other grocery chains are much less expensive, often for identical goods. Publix is claiming their strength is you can shop in comfort. That's certainly true. But it doesn't justify forking over extra money for their higher prices in my opinion.

All the publix I've been in are always clean and friendly staff. Their meat selection, seafood, bakery, and deli are all good. Only giving 4 stars because pricing is out of hand. For example, a box of standard dog treats jumped $1 like overnight. I can buy hellmann's Mayo at another chain grocery for half their price every day, and many other products. Their bogo deals just aren't cutting it.

This Publix is in a GREAT location. It’s very clean, and most of the time always stocked up.Everytime I come here my experience is always great!However, I recently got a deli sub, and the employee was rushing while making my sandwich; even though I was the only one in line. It was presented sloppy and messy.

I love this Publix. They layout is great, it's well stocked, staff is great. The issue is the deli. Ordered in app and still waited 30 minutes in the store for my subs!! When they helped everyone in line, they started making my subs my subs one by one. Two young men working, others just standing around. The deli staff needs better training and supervision. Why order on the app, if the app orders are ignored?? One of the worst Publix delis the area!

This is my neighborhood Publix and they do an awesome job of maintaining a quality grocery store. Their staff are super nice and knowledgeable. They also keep a connection with the community by allowing organizations like the boys and Girl Scouts to fundraise there.

I would rate them a five if not for the inconsistencies in the bakery. Sometimes the items are perfect and sometimes the bread is burned and the breakfast bread is uncooked in the center. They gladly refund but you have to select carefully. Definitely not your Publix of yesteryear.

They NEVER restock items. Every time I ask, I get an excuse. For example, I asked if they have any more Starbucks cold coffee in the back, a store associate would respond and say their dairy person doesn't come in till 12 or they're on vacation for the next week! What does that even mean? That they don't restock items till that associate comes back to work? The dairy section (oat milk and Starbucks iced coffee are almost always not restocked. I have tried different hours of the day and it's almost always never restocked. They need a new store manager who knows how to run a store and restock items at appropriate times. Poor excuses and will definitely be contacting Publix corporate office.

Deli service is so slow! With all the money Publix makes, you'd think they could staff the deli with enough people to serve walk up traffic. There's always a whole team of employees working on call-in or online orders, while a line of people who are actually there in person are waiting on 1 overworked deli worker. It really doesn't do any good to repeatedly be told, "someone will be right with you", when that's never the case. It's not just this location either. Sadly, it has become their business model at every store over the last several years. As much as I love Publix, shopping is definitely not a pleasure at the deli.
