This store is amazing. They were there for us when your cat got cancer a few years back. They helped us extend us life with natural remedies as we cared for him at home. Their kindness during his illness and when he finally passed is something I will never forget. They did the same again with advice, samples and kind words when your chihuahua had diabetes. I will always recommend this store. It is well worth the 20-30 min drive for us. Visit them. You will be glad you did.

I had a dog with cancer a long time ago and I changed her food to the food they have here and it made a huge difference. So this is the only food I feed my dogs now. I have a rescue dog now and in just a week you can tell how much healthier they are and act.

I have been shopping this location since you opened, I was pleasantly surprised yesterday with your buy 12 get one free I seriously felt like I won the lotto! What a perfect time, I was able to spend the $60.00 on GAS! : ( Anywho the giving did not stop there I was also gifted with Stella & Chewy's Freeze Dried Raw Dinner Morsels, which both cats love. I have a very picky dog. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. They have worked with me multiple times to find what works, as well as samples to help me without having to keep coming back. Great selection of high quality dog food. Will usually give store credit for bags of food that is mostly full if you have a picky eater like me.

Great local pet supplies store with two locations (their other store is in SouthShore). Staff has always been very nice, knowledgeable about all their products and helpful. Prices are about the same as big box stores, but they're always running specials on different products and have coupons. This location has 2 store cats, so don't be shocked if you see something move behind a bag lol.

This is our go to store for cat food!These folks live animals and have the food, products and knowledge to help care for your animal.They were so helpful to us when we had to change cat food due to a recall. Our cats are so picky, it is stupid. They gave us samples to try and tips on how to switch them over.Don’t forget to pet the shop kitties, they live customers too!

Man this place very nice to visit, had a very polite cat to greet you when you walked in. The toys are plentiful and at a good price and the staff are very well knowledgeable in the art of taking care of dogs so you can ask them anything. Would absolutely recommend

Cute store. Very friendly staff! And awesome service. A bit pricey but definetly worthy of keeping a small business going. But beware!!! There is a very beautiful cat named Hana. Don't give her too much attention as she will bite the @$!& out you!!! I learned that the hard way!! The staff was apologetic, but said she does that regularly! She is always up todate with vacs, but it still hurts! I bled for a few hours after. Please let you kids look, but don't touch Hana!! That is the reason for 3 stars. Other than that, definetly worth 5 stars for service and friendly staff!!!
