I am so unbelievably pleased with this salon. I normally take my dogs to the local vet for the haircuts however, I felt as if the service that was being provided wasn’t worth what I was paying for. I truly believe this is the best pet salon out there. They really do care about the pets and go above and beyond which is most important. Jon was extremely attentive and patient in helping me choose the right haircuts for my pups. I’d also like to add that the groomer followed everything that I asked for and was very gentle with my dogs. They came out so happy which is shocking compared to my past experiences. Bella Luna made a great first impression and I will definitely be a returning customer. I recommend Bella Luna for anyone who is looking for a salon that goes above and beyond. (They also were selling these cute festive treats which my dogs loved):))))) Thank you Bella Luna!!!

The best groomers in Fishhawk! I took my dog to the old owners years ago and quickly stopped going. Once Isabel took ownership we decided to try again and have been nothing but pleased! Having a double coated dog I am always scared going to new groomers but they know how to take care of my dog! They give her the cutest little trims where needed and my dog always comes back a new dog! They also will put cute bandanas/bows on our beloved puppy after every bath! The receptionist, Jon, is always pleasant and very helpful. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for groomers in Fishhawk!

I’ve been going to Bella Luna for the past year for my Bernedoodle, Brutus, and have been so happy with his grooming and my overall experience with them. I highly recommend their services!Usually dogs are scared to get groomed, but each time I take him, Brutus runs in, tail wagging and genuinely happy to be there! Not only does he leave looking fluffy, smelling amazing and well groomed, but they have been so helpful educating me how to properly care for my doodles coat/preventing matting, etc. The staff are all so friendly and I know my Brutus is in safe hands.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. If I could leave 0 stars I would. We brought both of our dogs here to be groomed. To start, when we went to drop them off the place had a strange smell. My husband almost canceled then and there but we had been told many good things about this place so we decided to give them a chance. Big mistake. The day after our appointment our 3 year old dog was extremely itchy with weird dry patches all over her entire body. We woke up the next morning to tons of huge chunks of her fur falling out all over the house. On top of that our 12 year old dog a few days later had developed a huge infection on one of his nails they had clipped and obviously clipped him. Please we cautious visiting this place. We are so upset.

This past month, we rescued a dog from the Humane Society. The first groomer we took him to refused to work with him because my dog was anxious, growling, and biting. I waited a couple of weeks and decided to try Bella Luna. They were professional and patient with my dog. My dog was extremely difficult to them but they treated him with love and he looks beautiful.

My rescue has an intense fear of water and brushing. His shedding was getting so bad, but no one could touch his hindquarters without him nipping and running off. Bella Luna was able to clean him fully in 2 hours when the process usually takes us 2 weeks of treats and nerves. For once, he didn't get a nervous stomach and diarrhea for days after a bath. Definitely recommend them for anxious dogs or ones with a fear of grooming.

I was nervous about taking our Himalayan cat here for grooming, but ended up very pleased with the service. The owner is very friendly and takes her time with your pet to avoid a traumatic experience. Highly recommend!

I LOVE this pet salon! I have two large labradoodles that are high energy and can be a handful to groom. We have been coming here for almost 2 years and have NEVER had a problem. John, the receptionist, has been wonderful. He always reminds me of my next appointment, is great to make sure to confirm the exact services I am seeking for my pups, and is kind and polite. My groomer is Isabel, and all I can say is she is the dog whisperer, and my dogs always look fabulous when I pick them up. My dogs would NOT survive this Florida heat without Bella Luna Pet Salon. If you are looking for a clean, safe, professional and thorough place to bring your pets for grooming, please consider this pet salon!

Isabel and the folks at Bella Luna Pet Salon are AMAZING! My Great Pyrenees puppy is a handful and she is BIG! When she sees We have arrived at the salon, she becomes so excited to see Isabel and happily runs in. Isabel is a dog whisperer! She is careful and caring and actually does the work because she loves the animals. My grubby giant 100lb fluffy puppy dog comes out shiny and bright white again. Her paws are as big as my hands with nails to match and they are always perfectly done so that there is no scratching me when we play. I cannot thank them enough for helping the pup and me enjoy the time for grooming.I would tell anyone in Lithia and Brandon area to go to Bella Luna Pet Salon to see what a difference the grooming experience can be!

Isabella did a wonderful job with our crazy Bernedoodle today. He had some previous trauma from grooming and has to take anxiety medications before his cut. She did everything to make sure he was calm from lavender oil in his bath to letting him smell everything. He was reassured and Isabella took the time to let him get acclimated. So very thankful for her kindness and patience. In addition, she called to check on him after he went home - how thoughtful!We will be returning and thank you 😊 for his wonderful cut!

It saddens me to have to write this post as I’ve written a glowing review previously however it has to be done. When the new ownership happened at this location, they were absolutely amazing and every groom until the past several months had been fantastic. Fast forward to now and the groom, as well as the customer service has been less than acceptable. My pup (3 years old cockapoo) has come out shaved on three separate occasions when he’s never been supposed to have been shaved, and no he was not matted, they just didn’t follow directions. They also did not cut my boys nails on these same three occasions leading me to wonder if they even brushed his teeth and did everything else I paid for. We also had our new pup (13 week old cockapoo) go in for his bath, privates and blueberry facial and they didn’t cut his nails and they cut his fur! If you have a doodle, you know they cannot be cut until at least 6 months as their fur will not grow back properly. We’ve tried contacting the store and asked to speak with the owner on several occasions and we’ve yet to receive a call back. I’ve given ample time for them to contact me as it’s now been a month and a half since the last issue. Very disappointing and will not be returning!

Where do I begin??? So, I met Isabel at her previous location, and once she moved on to her own space I lost contact and I'm not sure who suffered more if me or my girl Khloe (Golden Doodle). As I always say, Isabel has a blessed hand when it comes to treating Khloe.I couldn't be happier to have found her again... My pup won't let anyone else do her grooming, and I don't blame her.Thank you Isabel for always treating my Khloe as she is your own.

We have been to this groomer many times and today we left in shock and disbelief. We brought our Golden Doodle in for grooming and he came out scalped! My husband specifically told the owner that we wanted him to still have curls. Our children are so upset they are crying. I would not recommend this groomer to anyone.

Bella Luna Pet Salon is clean, smells wonderful, and everyone is friendly. They listened with interest regarding how we wanted our dogs groomed and what our pet’s special needs are. I am so very pleased with their service, I was nervous how it was going to go since I had all three of my kids with me but they had us in and out! The young gentleman at the desk was so kind to my son, answering his random questions about buttons and cameras 🤣 he keeps asking to go back because he wants to wave to the avengers in the camera 🤣 we just got my dogs nails trimmed but we will definitely be returning for all my pups spa needs! Bella Luna pet salon are amazing with my 2 golden doodles pups every time they go there for spa day.They come out so handsome!!! They do take their time and Isabel listens to what my preferences for the cuts of their hair styles!! My boys come out happy and beautiful and I loved Bella Luna because I know they are not being stress out because of the environment! My boys don’t like grooming but Bella Luna knows how to relaxed them and they do 100% amazing job with them!!! I will always go to them for all my grooming needs..

I will never take my dog there again. I had been bringing her there for a while until she came back home with a gash in her leg. I had to take her to the Animal ER. I called and told them, the owner apologized and covered the cost of the vet visit, and then offered us a free grooming. Well, she came back from that free grooming with ANOTHER cut on her side! I tried to give them a second chance, but now she and I are traumatized. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.
