Tried getting cash back today and the max is only $10. The employee said it is their policy to only allow up to $10 cash back for the safety of the staff. That has to be the dumbest policy EVER! How is only $10 cash back going to keep you more safe when your required to cash a lotto tick up to $599. What if some one gets $20 in gas and pays with a $100 bill, are you gonna tell them sorry our policy says we can only give $10 back to a customer for our safety and not give them the $80 in change? Or the fact that you have a ATM machine that holds who knows how much. Wonder who the genius is that came up with that policy. It makes NO SENSE! Just creates problems for those who want to take out more than $10 and dont have a bank or ATM for that bank near by. Please change this policy.

9/23/2023 I went to pump 15 to pump gas. The machine at this station has an issue with the new bank of America ATM cards it's works at other 7-11 with same brand gas and pumps and everywhere else . I like paying at the pump. This is my second review on this matter and would meet with a pump- tech to see what the issue is . This is closest station near fishhawk. Thank you

The employees here seem extremely miserable for the last 1 and half years that I lived in the neighborhood. Especially the same 2 women that work in the evenings. Nothing is ever ready, (pizza, hotdogs etc..) they don't look customers in the eye, always on the phones and just come off as rude individuals. If they hate their job so much, why not stop being a sheep and actually work some place that suits them best.

As a grown man near 30 years old with a 5 o'clock shadow it's disrespectful to get I.D for a lighter. Especially when there are no ID laws for lighters.

Trying to use my Walmart app to purchase gas but I kept getting a message pop-up saying the pump couldn't communicate. The 2 stars is because you can't get anyone to answer the phone. Understandable if they're real busy but I was the only vehicle in the parking lot! For those who say "why didn't you just go inside", I'm handicapped, it's easier said than done. Had I been out of gas needing assistance I would have been SOL! In fairness, this is NOT the norm for this station.

EVENING OF JUNE 22ND 2021Cashier (short white blond hair woman) greeted EVERYONE else except me when I approached the counter. I then greeted her again . She ignored . How RUDE! I would hate to think it was for any other reason. If you can't treat everyone with respect then you find another job! Great Customer Service should be TOP priority!

Coffee always hot and ready, donuts and pastries fresh. Ladies behind the counter always attentive to my needs and make me feel welcome as I enter the store. Good people.

Beyond over the customer service not sure if they are pocketing my money but twice now I've not received the amount of gas I've paid for. The first time the woman put my money on someone else's pump and told me she would have to owe my 3 dollars they second time I counted out 19 for gas and received 14 dollars I kinda second guessed my self but I work off tips and tonight I put back 20 in bills and put the rest im gas mind u I made 39 dollars u can do the math I went back in and told the girl and she told me no u only put in 14 so I went back to my car to see if I had dropped it but knowing I didn't cause I counted right before I got to the front door I had two 5 dollars bills and more than 4 ones. This now being the second time they have stole from me I am now making a complaint and will be going to corporate so maybe they can handle this.

They clean the pizza oven 24 hours a day here. Everytime you try to order a pizza, they are cleaning the oven. Literally tonight was the third time I've tried.
