This was my experience... I brought in my Pomeranian in for a "not so short" Teddy Bear Cut. I don't think she listened to me at all. She called me to let me know she was done. I told her I was in Naples and asked if it was ok to pick her up on the way home. HER EXACT WORDS WERE " OH SURE TAKE YOUR TIME." When I picked her up she had been shaved so short and her so was her face. The only fluffy thing was her tail. I was so dissapointed. On top of that I had to pay $50 for her staying there for 6 hours. I understand the day care fee. But she never informed me about a fee or I would've picked her up sooner. But she said I could take my time. I am just dissatisfied with the service she provided. My dog is shaved to the skin and it so nothing like a teddy bear cut. She actually blamed my dogs hair for the way it turned out. She said her hair is "sparse". She also told me she just blended the hair around the back of her neck because it was short there. In the pictures you can see that her hair on the back of her neck was not short until she shaved her. I couldn't believe she said that. She shaved her and ruined her coat. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN. SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT GETTING PAID. I actually found a picture of a Pomeranian with same hair type as mine and showed her how bad of a job she did. I posted before and after pictures along with the correct way to do a "not so short" teddy bear cut. Thank you for reading.

My dog was left alone and when we came to pick him up because they were about to close she still hadn’t worked on him. He’s a schnauzer and instead of cutting his beard and eyebrows properly she shaved them all off and it was very choppy.

Jodi did the first grooming on our 6 month Poochon and did a fantastic job for the challenge. Extremely professional, develops great relationship with the dog, and no doubt, is passionate about what she does. Nice job Jodi!!!! Thanks

Jodi was recommended by a coworker and Im glad i decided to give it a shot. She left my baby smooth and the cuts were super even! Its probably the best cut he ever had. Her place is super clean and well decorated and she texts you when your pet is ready. Awesome service and very cute place. Pets are not kept in crates .. she has gates so they r all free. Very efficient!

I took my elderly dogs (timid cocker spaniel and social toy poodle) to Jodi earlier this year and the dogs were not only extremely comfortable with Jodi but she did an excellent job grooming them for a reasonable price. Also the appointment didn't take up my whole entire day - just a couple hours! I don't understand any of the negative reviews as I probably have one of the more challenging dogs to handle. She does beautifully with him. I am looking forward to her taking care of my dogs again!!

We have been bringing Shadow and Rusty to Jodi before she even got here own store. She is kind and gentle and our boys love her. She does a great job. We finely found the right groomer. Don't hesitate to bring your dogs there, you won't be sorry.

Just picked my dogs up. I have a standard poodle and a lab mix. Jodi did a great job. Fairly priced and was able to accomodate us early prior to our apt so we could get some shopping done. The salon is clean and dogs are able to roam free. Will def be back.

So clean. Our dog was so comfortable and she is usually skittish when it comes to others. Her cut was perfect and she was happy. Jodi is very nice and very professional. We are happy to finally find our groomer.

Be very cautious of this business. I have 3 shih-tzu's that Jodi groomed about 5 times, every 5 weeks. She would change the prices of my dogs every time I brought them in, not quite sure why. She would never give a real answer. She also does not do well with older dogs who have health issues or are scared to be groomed. She would get EXTREMELY annoyed if they would have an accident on the floor and accuse me of not letting them out to urinate before their appointment. They were just very scared of her....rightly so.Her husband is EXTREMELY rude. On one of the visits I was struggling to get my 3 dogs in the door. He was sitting on the couch in their waiting area, looked up at me(still struggling), gave me a dirty look and went back to his telephone.The customer service at this salon is nonexistent.

I went for the reviews but I was disappointed, because the woman who treated me was not friendly. I asked her about the special they had at the cash register and she did not explain. She seemed grumpy. In addition, she treated my dog ​​with very little patience. My dog ​​is a puppy of medium size and very strong. Seeing her very angry with him I offered to help her and I did but I did not like the experience. It was my first and last time.

Jody is a fabulous stylist for your dog. My dog Gracie looks so beautiful. Gracie was a rescue Maltese who is about 6-7 yrs old. Jody has transformed her from poor frighten animal to a gorgeous princess. Thank you for all your dedication and foresight. You're a great stylist.

The first time I took my fur baby she did an amazing job. Unfortunately the second time, I was extremely disappointed. I have pomeranians and it's very hard to find a good groomer for them because if they get there fur cut down to much, it'll never grow the same again. The second time I took them, they were completely shaved down. Even though I showed her picture and explain I wanted it long and fluffy. Im now taking them to A Plus Pet Grooming and so farr they have done exelente job! A Plus Pet Grooming has a lot of experiment and she used to groom for show. And pricing is reasonable. Unfortunately, Jodi's pet Styles is NOT the place for my pomeranian.

Omg where do I start I came across Jodi's Pet grooming on Facebook and started taking my three babies to her. Shitzu's are very loving dogs my three all have their own personality one is shy, one is hyper the other is a big dog in a little dog body and being so over protective of my babies I gave it a shot she welcomed them with open arms and my pups love to see her and her husband the best experience ever and I will continue to use her service and recommend others as well. I love Jodi's Pets keep up the great work.

I left my yorkie today for a not too short cut and asked for puppy face or teddy bear. She is completely shaved! Disappointed!Replying your response: you could have contact me before doing what I did not asked. And the weirdest thing is: the time I brought her before, everything I asked was possible to be done!!!!

I was just reading other people’s reviews. & my friend had a similar experience. Do not recommend. Why would you charge someone a fee if not mentioned. It makes the business bad. Hiding payments. I was going to go here to treat my pet dog. Nevermind. I will take myself elsewhere!

She did awesome with my blue heeler. He has anxiety and hates his nails clipped. He actually gave her kisses afterwards. Will be going back!!! Thank you Jodi!!!!!

Jodi was great doing the face of my dog , but the body was more trimmed than what I asked for.I asked for trim and nails , and what I got was a bad trimmed dog with a bleeding nail,horrible.

I would put zero stars if that was an option. I watched a man get out of his truck and yell and cuss at campaigners who were volunteering and then yell at cars stopped behind him. The guy threatened the citizens, while his child was in the back seat. This company was being advertised on his truck, and the gentlemen made it clear that this is his wife’s business. These volunteers were scared for their lives. I would never recommend anyone to use this company just based off the way this man acted. He is a scary man and a horrible representation for this company.

Brought my cat in to get shaved and a flea bath but she still had fleas and didn't get shaved because she was growling. Going to take her back sedated and hopefully get better results.

Would never take my dogs back there she burned their stomachs with the clippers they was supposed to be clipped like poodles came out looking like a hound dog shaved completely also told me like 21/2 hours ended up taking well past what she told me and still wasnt ready at 3hours time frame will never take my dogs to this groomer ever again and i dont recommend anyone to take their dogs to her.
