Thanks for having gas ⛽️ available. The other 7-11 closest to my home was sold out. The wait was about 20 minutes or so but everyone behaved like humans. Not cutting or fighting. Thankful 🙏🏼

I like the new girl, I think her name is Shariah she greeted me with a smile and seemed to know her stuff. I was having a bad day, and she made it better. I'm going to start going to store #26053 from now on. Great job on hiring a great person.

Average Gas Prices. Extremely small parking lot, and only 4 gas pumps and 2 diesel pumps. Almost always a 5 to 10 minute wait to get gas. Inside is average, carrying all the typical items. Staff is usually very friendly. Only downside is having to wait for gas.

I was in your store today and the cashier was rude, disrespectful and down right nasty to me and several other customers as well as another of your employees. That employee referred to her as Ivan or Avon something like that.I hope she is not indicative of how you generally treat customers.

This store has the BEST staff!!! They are all nice, but one really stands out. Her name is Tekila and she's so friendly!!! This store is spotless! Restrooms are very clean.My parents stay at Lehigh Resort and my husband and I stay in Moore Haven... so I stopped at this particular store every time I needed your wonderful eclairs... which was often. There were days I was down, and because Tekila was there...I left the store feeling like she cares, she's bubbly, and funny. She's also genuine!! Thank you Tekila for the best shopping experience!

I have been a customer since 1989 when I moved to Lehigh. The store is half mile from my house. Never ever had and problems until 6.29.21 when I prepaid for $30.00 on pump 5. I told the clerk, 3 times pump 5. I went out to pump my gas with no luck and went back inside, the clerk had set the prepay to pump 1. So as I go back outside a customer just finished pumping my gas on pump 1. Went inside and Tiffany the store manager stayed they made a mistake. She gave me the corporate office number and talked to a gentleman named Alex. What a waste of time that was. I work in retail and ever never ever treated a customer like he did on the phone. I am in disbelief this is how 7-11 does busines . My review on store #26053 is big fat 0. I will never buy anything again at a store that has sign 7-11.

All the stores are different . the people at each store have their own way of working together or not. Some employees could care less that your in the store waiting But most of them you can get in and out.

Bottom line up front: I would suggest taking your business to another store, but there aren't many options unless you're headed south on Joel Blvd.There are some good, helpful, friendly workers here, but two things:They double charged me on my credit card a couple weeks ago. I called and was told to call back and speak with "Tiffany." I did, and she acted like she'd already looked into it, even though I never left my name or other information. I felt like she was trying to get me off the phone. When it took too long to do so, she said, "You'll have to wait," and proceeded to check out customers. When she came back to the phone, I said, "Nevermind, I'll just send a letter to the owner. What's his name?" She said, "Alex," but refused to give me his last name and kept talking over me. When I raised my voice to be heard, she said, "I'm not going to be yelled at," and hung up. I reported it to corporate and had to spend more time disputing it with my c.c. company. But the way she was unhelpful/obstructionist/dismissive made me think that there might be something going on and the double charge might not have been an accident.Second, is that this location allows people to park to fill up or whatever with they keep EAR-SHATTERING BASS and loud radios booming. These are 7-11's CUSTOMERS and would not be parked there BUT FOR 7-11. But management there refuses to get on a speaker or tell them at the counter to turn their music down. They said, "That's not our responsibility." So the place has become a nuisance for local residents on every side for blocks, of which I am one.

Let me tell you, I've only been to the place once on vacation a few days ago, and I had the time of my life! In particular the two employees Shirlee, and Tyler I believe, treated me as if I was family, best 7/11 slice I've ever gotten. Would give 10 stars if a lad could

The owners at the 7-Eleven on Joel boulevard she's great but the graveyard shift were dragging in customer service maybe it was due to Thanksgiving eating turkey when they came on the third shift but twice one said her steak and cheese sandwich isn't hot so then she puts it in and then when she takes it out and then I got home it was still cold but before that he went from behind the counter and went someplace and the only place he could have gone was to the bathroom cuz they're sinks up there to take care of cleaning knives and stuff like that for the food prep where he went I don't know but it wasn't towards the bathrooms like I first thought but he came back with the knife and he was drawing it but I didn't have him cut my sandwich I said I'd do it at home which I took two bites of it then I tried to press it myself and I burnt it and believe it or not I didn't eat turkey so finally I 12:30 a.m. I wouldn't cut sandwich and it was awful and so is service

No one wearing masks and workers not sanitizing or wearing masks right. Like over there nose. This is time we need God to help us all but most of the pepper not wearing masks and most places not cleaning at all. This better change in fla fast.God Bless and have safe travels and give extra time for looking for places that masks are mandatory other wise look for another place to shop. Stay safe

Great customer service!!! ,i am always greeted from the moment i walk through the door ,the workers always assist me me whenever i need help finding things. The store is clean and organized ,and they work with a sense of urgency and efficiency to get us out the door whenever there's a long line .They are just amazing at this store.

May 14, 2018 8:40 pm standing inline waiting for the gentleman in front of me. The cashier was engagingAnd exchanging pleasantries. My turn, no greeting of any kind, rings my stuff up, tells me my total,sets it on an open bag. Then she stands behind her register screen, on her damn phone waiting for my card to process. Hands me the receipt, I half to reach to the back of the counter put my receipt in the bag, pull the bag up around my stuff. And leave. She said nothing,good night, have a nice evening,or even thank you.I was wondering what did I do to deserve such treatment. My wife was watching this from the car, and I asked her about what just happened. Her response was the guy in front of me was black, the girl behind theRegister was black. Iam not black, glad to be judged for my color. Now mind you I have family that is black and every shade to white and many a varied ethnicity’s. I’m sorry for the future of this country with such narrow minded thinking.

This is my favorite 711 ever! The manager Tiffany is absolutely wonderful, and Natalie is the sweetest cashier, she always brings me a smile with my coffee. It is a very clean and friendly place!

Very rude and disrespectful cashier and extremely rude disrespectful manager they definitely don't believe that the customers always right. As a cashier I'd say that one of your jobs is to hand every customer their recipt and if the customer has to come back inside to ask for it then your not doing your job as a cashier.

Prices are decent sometimes. This used to be my go-to Gas Station until I noticed this place attracts rowdy guys in trucks that wave the confederate flag. Not my type of crowd..
