Nothing special here as a drug store. Tons of stuff on sale...probably because they charge more than places like Target. There was only one staff person that I could see. She spent time putting away items and cleaning up.This store feels a bit "tired" and older. Sure, I use it to gets meds typically, but not today.

I came to Walgreens to grab some food after a hard day of work as a dishwasher. The beautiful people that helped made my evening. The friendly young woman was too young to ring-out the one can of beer, so she called over somebody older.A very friendly young man, covered in indigenous tattoos with his daughters name on one of them. He was cool as can be, efficient, and well, you're lucky to have such good, hard working young folk.And I appreciate Walgreens for allowing us folks with art on our body to not have to cover it up when working for you. Much love and respect to those young folks and wish them the best!

This is the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. We recently moved to the area, and have had to pick up medications for our son 3 times. EVERY single time there is an issue. I call in the medication, get a call that it is available to be picked up, and then once I get there they DONT have it ready and claim that it was never called in. What a joke! Not to mention, we’re typically there no less than 30 minutes waiting because they are so inefficient. Probably because they don’t bother to get anyones meds ready and then call and tell them to pick up!

They decided to change their hours but did not post it anywhere. I really needed to get a prescription for my mother for a procedure tomorrow, ran there and got to their pick up window exactly seven o'clock. The pharmacist was still there but refused to even talk to me and closed the window in my face. You know who you are and you will get it back from life. Now my mother has to postpone her procedure again because of the lack of your humanity. Really bad service.

Walgreens is my favorite drug store. They have a wide selection of goods from frozen dinners to fake eye lashes. Employees are helpful and friendly. The pharmacy is efficient and knowledgeable and offers free vaccines.

Up until THIS day, I used to to think that this was a good store deal with. But now, I know better. I asked for my prescriptions to be transferred to another pharmacy, only because the new one delivered and I'm without a car now. Well , they transferred one but not the other. Right now, my insurance has been changed (due to unforeseen circumstances) and I am in between doctors. So getting a doctor to call in a new one is out of the question. But it's up to me to fix THEIR, meaning Walgreen's ,mistake. Really???. Why am I responsible for this. I can't get the one refill I need because someone closed the Rx before it was actually sent (they can see it had a refill now) . How wrong this is. I guess this is how they get even with you if you DARE to leave their pharmacy . So watch your back people . Just watch your back.

It has been awhile since visiting the pharmacy at this particular Walgreens. It must be under new management and I am so glad I returned.I stopped in for a flu shot last week, so had a little extra time to observe the efficiency. The personnel were all caring and smiling. They should be very proud. I had a second visit yesterday and the same situation.This pharmacy cares about you! You really need to give them a try. I don't think you will be disappointed!

Me and my family have been dealing with this particular Walgreens for at least 10 years, and almost ever person in the pharmacy I have dealt with have been great. However, there is one older quite attractive older lady back there that has been with that pharmacy for many years, but unfortunately is one of the most rudest people I have ever done business with. I don't know if it's because she is bitter that she has to work so far into life or because she doesn't like my kind of people. You see I'm a recovering addict and I am trying to get my life back together again. So I take a certain medication that is prescribed for helping with my addiction and I'm pretty sure that this is what irks this lady. I don't know exactly what she doesn't agree with, but it's unfortunate that she cannot be professional enough to leave her beliefs at home because her sour attitude I feel tarnishes this store's reputation. In fact, I am having my business transferred to another Walgreens that is farther away, just because I refuse to continually be treated like complete garbage the way she treats me every single time i am unlucky enough to have to deal with her. And I'm not the only one who feels that she is completely un professional and sickening to have to do business with as well. So because I find it impossible that a lady that has such a disgusting demeanor that is completely unsuited for dealing with the public has to be known somewhat by the Store managers, and yet they insult their customers by continuing to make them have to deal with a lady that will cause you to almost vomit every time she opens her rude and fowl mouth, I can not give this store more then two stars. I think it's time they finally do the right thing and let that Nasty Ass go or let her know that she needs to retire and move to The Villages.

Got a drive thru PCR covid-19 test here easily. Had to administer it myself but the pharmacist was very professional, keeping all materials clean and providing helpful specific instructions. The nose swab wasn't too bad - not the super long ones. Easy to order, available quickly, and test results should come in about 72 hours.

That kid Christian working the drive thru today was on point. I took alot of his time, in the drive thru, like a rude person, and he didnt get impatient with me, after having to help me w my good rx discount app multiple times, n all sorts of other things. The other Walgreens in The Villages would not let us do walk-in flu shots even though the signs on the door state the contrary. Called Walgreens down on picciola and citrus and they said come on down we'll do it as you walk in. Nice Folks at the pharmacy.

The store located at 2010 CITRUS BLVD leesburg FL 34748. I wish I could give this zero stars but I can’t! This store location is horrible at customer service and the manager Cesar gives people a hard time. Now he tells me that his store location is the only location that does not run monthly sales which on the walgreens app it says that his location does and I’m not saying he’s lying but he gives me a hard time by saying that the item I would like to purchase that costs $12.99 is $9.99 online because of the $2.00 off coupon now that is very not correct and he has insulted my intelligence! This is not the first time I felt unwelcomed or disrespected in this specific location.
