Been coming here for years, I never have to search for what I need because the friendly staff at True Value know exactly where every item in the store is located. I can be in and out of this store with precisely the item I need in under 5 minutes. It would take an hour for me to go elsewhere in town, and I'd rather support a locally owned store than some mega Corp.

Just got back from shopping at our local True Value and they sure were helpful. The employees were very nice and even suggested additional parts I needed for my project. You need to go and see what they have in stock. You’ll be glad you did!

I always go to true value they are helpful and friendly Mark and his staff are knowledgeable the staff are young but they're polite and they're pleasant young people which is rare if you're looking for a bargain you'll find it there fast friendly reliable help they won't steer you wrong and sell you something you don't need if you're looking for hardware or household items they've got about everything and if they don't have it they'll get it swinging sometime and say hello to Mark he's an extraordinary man and it is a pleasant visit every time I go thank you Mark and Merry Christmas

Well i wanted to make a few keys for my kids..before we could decide what we wanted he had already made me 2 keys. So i ended up picking out the keys I wanted...and key chains. It ended up costing me 25+ for 5 keys and 2 key chains. Cheap ones to. I thought he should have given us time to pick out what we wanted first...it would have saved me having to buy 2 extra keys. Other then that it's a good store. Needs a make over. Just saying....lololol.

Needed some paint supplies. Happened upon this hardware store while wife getting groceries. Very warm greeting from staff. Asked to find Acetone and gloves. Staff knew exactly where each was, so I didn't have to search. Top notch service!

This is the friendliest hardware store I have ever been to. You never have to look for somebody to assist you, as they are standing there greeting you at the door. Their prices are very reasonable oh, and they are convenient
