Placed an order on 03/11/2024 at 8:30AM called after 11AM to see if the order would be delievered before 3PM. Was told they were overwhelmed and short staff so I said that they could deliver the next day if it would help. At 03/12/2024 called at 10:AM to asked when my order will be delivered and was told they had nine deliveries before me which I explained that "same day delievery for me was suppose to be yesterday and expected it first thing this morning. I was told someone would call me back. Waited for around 10 minutes with no call back, I called store back and was given a person by the name of Ron W. who informed me that "no" I would not be getting my order before noon as there were now five deliveries in front of me. I then told Ron W. that is not how a Preferred Plus Customer with same delivery worked and I will be calling headquarters and was told "go ahead!" As far as I am concerned the Leesburg Tractor Supply does not appricate their customers.

Has everything my family needs to raise farm animals. My family are raising chickens and this is the best place to get products best for our chickens like feeders, heating lamps, and others. I would recommend

I came to Tractor Supply to get a roll of fence. They had it in stock and for a good price. Employees were helpful and loaded it for me. The competition across the street were not as helpful and didn't have the item I was looking for. But Tractor Supply saved the day for me.

Didn't ever think I'd write a Tractor Supply review, UNTIL I met Taylor at the Leesburg location.I'm not from Florida & am not a big fan of the customer service here. However, I met Taylor yesterday. Incredible! There wasn't anything she didn't know. Then I heard her on the phone with a customer... more tremendous knowledge & customer service.I really thanked her on the way out & she said, "Come back & see us."I told her I would, but I live 100 miles away. Tractor Supply make that young lady a HUGE part of your organization. I own a company. Employees like her are hard to come by.

They have a special area to bathe your dog for just $10!!!!!They give you 4 or 5 different types of shampoos and 3 towels, blowers, is like you take your dog to a grooming place but way cheaper. I loved it!!!!

TSC?! The best store ever. They always have what I need and I can grab and go. Everyone there is beyond helpful and so nice! Store smells like Popcorn... Who doesn't love that?!

I needed plywood to complete a project. After looking up Hardware stores around me Tractor supply Co name popped up. I chose them, to earn my business. Well this particular location caters to the Leesburg area. I was expecting to see a big box brick and mortar store. What i got was a small size store,selling everything from Wranglers to Justin Boots. small assortment of tools , gardening tools, pet food, and some other odds and end. After asking a customer service associate about my query, i was told to go outside in the blazing sun. Apparently all the lumber they sold was laid out outside in this small pavilion fenced in to keep the public out. I couldn't get the Lumber, i needed, which nullify the reason for my visit. So my advice to all, who read this to check availability of the item or items you need prior to making that trip.

If you live anywhere near this Tractor Supply, versus the others in the area, this is the one to go to. The prices on just about everything here seem to be better than any of the other stores. It probably has something to do with the Rural King being right across the street.They are missing a fifth star for limited weekend hours. Rural King has gotten thousands of dollars of business from me over the years, that would've gone to Tractor Supply instead, if they had just opened at 8AM on Sundays (I go to 7AM Mass), instead of 9AM.

Stopped by tonight just a minute before 8:00 to wash my dog. Was told it was already clean for the night and could not wash my dog. I have a big boy and it is very convenient to wash my dog there. I always have to clean the tubs because previous people are not kind enough to do it but it still is easy and very affordable. I am sorry if you're open until 9:00 the wash station should be open at least until 8:30.

I have been going to Tractor supply forever. I have cats and guineas and they have all my supplies. I moved to Florida from TN and was happy we could still get what we need from the TS here. People were super friendly and helpful!

Nice staff, everyone was very helpful and friendly. They have a do it yourself dog wash inside. Not much forchicks, guess we are a little too early. No propane refilling at this location. Tractor parts section is getting really thin. Didn't have the camouflage paint I was hoping to purchase.

Called and put a coop on hold, drove all the way from Orlando to pick it up. Arrived to pick it up the clerk at the front talked behind our back saying we were acting funny and to be careful. We were buying a $1400 coop we weren't just gonna walk away with it. We bought the coop and they loaded part of it and we went back to ask about the rest and the lady was talking about us and cursing. We really don't appreciate the way way this store was. The associates didn't know what went with the coop and thought we were wrong. The assistant manager was nice and knew all about it. Probably won't come back.

Rural King has better deals across the street from Leesburg store Plus they have like a communication and their credit department I would advise you not to get a credit card from tractor supply

This is a great place to get all your tractor and farm supplies little pricey but a very good selection. Customer service is on par, and also carry baby chicks throughout the year. They do carry argon for your welder Rural King does not

I guess I will have to review every store cuz I can't review corporate office I noticed on other platforms that they have a two-star rating I'm giving them one star they canceled my credit card with no notice which I had for many years and I have over 800 credit score which it hurt rural King here I come

I just love tractor supply and this store kept up to its great reputation. The store is clean, organized, stocked well for its size and the staff members are all helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The store location was hard to see initially but I'm confident locals know exactly where it is. Plenty of parking. I got a few good sales the last time I was there. Definitely a great stop!

Everything you need...that you cant find anywhere else! Can get a little claustrophobic during the busier hours just because of the sheer volume mixed with so much merchandise available. And there's always someone around nearby to help you out and not being overly nagging in their approach. A+

As we were leaving another customer in the parking lot also commented on this store and how clean and organized it is. I like the selection and variety of brands. Excellent service and advice. We walked in not exactly sure of what we needed. The gentleman greated us shortly after entering the store. Brought us to the proper section. Asked what we needed gave us out options. We had a return as we had previously bought the wrong hitch ball. He even went out to our truck to make sure everything was a proper fit and up to proper specs. Couldn't be happier. I will shop there more often.
