The owner is a thief. Back in January 2023, I made a consignment deal with the owner to sell some items. He agreed for a 50% pay out to me when the items sold. He gave me the run around, and I am still waiting for my money. I called him many times, and he would tell me that his accountant would send me a check. It's now November 2023, and still nothing. Mind you I had been shopping at his store for at least 2 years before I made the deal with himAt this point he refuses to even acknowledge me. I would caution people to not shop or consign with him at all. If you have gone through the same issues with this man, please let people know.

Great place, if you want a Heart defibrillator then they got you covered, if you want a tea set or a ship wheel table then you are in luck. 👍

You can't be everyone's cup of tea. I personally had a great experience shopping here. The owner allowed us to bring our pup inside and one of the shop kitties was following and watching her like a hawk, haha! (I think they became friends by the end.) It was cute. 😼🐶The owner also gave her some doggie biscuits as we were checking out. Gotta love these small mom & pop shops! I found a couple lovely pieces to use for small bouquets, the prices were amazing. 💐 There were treasures everywhere, I can't wait to go back!

You never know what you're going to find there but the deals are pretty darn good. I got a sofa bed there it looks clean and fairly new, but the mattress has never been used. $25, worth every penny. Every once while you can find treasures there.

There are a few good pieces throughout. Everything inside smells like smoke (workers are most likely smoking inside with how strong the smell was)

It's impossible to rate any store that welcomes cats as anything less than five stars! 😂 The owners are very friendly and items are always priced generously; wonderful thrift store.

HORRIBLE owner!!!VERY rude, completely nasty!! When we set a tape down, he says "If you're not going to buy that, put it back! I'm not your maid!" Okay, fine, I get that, but there's a right way and a wrong way to phrase things! Well, after that remark, I certainly wasn't going to buy it, or anything else!Also, cats are given the roam of the place, and it STINKS! Those with allergies beware!No A/C on 85 degree day.Cobwebs and dust everywhere.And hope you don't find something you really like, cuz it may only be for sale online! Had a pair of shoes in my hand, ready to buy, but nope, gotta buy it online.If you are going to work with the public, how is it helpful to make customers NEVER want to come back? Well, I promise we'll never be back, and I assure all who read this: this place is not worth your time, unless you want to be treated terribly for no reason.

Didn't plan on going here, seen it on way to dinner. If you like to purchase items that smell like cigarette smoke this is the place for you. As soon as you walk in, the owner is smoking......have some couth. We walked out because of the horrendous smoke odor, disgusting.

Very friendly and helpful owner with wide variety of nick knacks and furniture at good prices. Fun shopping trip when on those garage sale and thrift store days we need once in a while

Prices are decent on some items. Not much really worth going through. Very dirty. While I absolutely adore animals, especially cats, having over 4 of them in a small space all over the merchandise is a health hazard to the customers and the cats themselves. Also, now that I know the owner is a complete uniformed racist (aren't they all?), I will no longer be shopping there.

Warning for people relying on Google Maps to get you here: sign reads "Thrift Store and More," and Google seems intent on picking the most pointlessly circuitous route (taking me off 441 and sending me through a residential area) to get me turned around if approaching from the east rather than just making a U-turn at the next light. THAT SAID: large warehouse-like collection, lots of paperback books to dig through for bargains, but best to visit in cooler weather as most of the space has no air-conditioning and the books are in the shelf three layers thick. Parking space is limited.

The owner is the rudest person I have ever met. After spending well over $100 dollars just days before I was verbally assaulted when I tried to haggle on a price of an item when this has been the norm everytime I have gone there in the past. I was told I was an entitled democrat and told that i was trying to steal or cheat him out of his social security. I'm a republican by the way. I have no idea where this came from or why this man verbally assaulted me and then I was told that I would be trespassed if I came back. be aware that this man seems to be losing his grip on reality. It is very sad because I enjoyed this store.

I made a purchase. Owner operators were very kind and helpful with great personalities. All areas were well-organized. Great variety of items for everyone looking for that special item. Recommended. Wear anyting baseball related except for Red Sox.

This store is actually named Thrift Store & More, not 441 Thrift Store. It has 3 parking spaces in front which are a bit tricky to get into. There is more parking in the back. The store benefits a cat rescue group and house cats roam it and lounge on all of the furniture for sale, so if you are allergic to cats like I am, I highly recommend you not buy the furniture because cat dander is not easily removed from upholstery. There are a lot of knick knacks and dishes and glasses for sale. They were selling about 20 used wedding gowns during my visit. I thought most of the store prices were too high, but you will have to judge that for yourself if you visit. If you use a wheelchair or a walker, it will not be easy to navigate thru this store. Even though the covid delta variant infections are increasing at this time in Florida, no one (customers or staff) were wearing protective masks, and no safety dividers or sanitizing of surfaces was being done at this store. If you are allergic to cats, you will want to steer clear as the store has several cats roaming freely and lounging on everything.

Very dirty store with rude owner. He jumps to Facebook to cry about things that he himself agreed to. He refuses to give people receipts for their donations. There are outdoor cats on everything at the store because they leave the doors open. Save yourself and money and go to one of the church thrift stores that are cleaner and the proceeds actually help other people.

Mark is a very disrespectful human being, he was very rude to my wife during a U-Haul reservation and then when confronted about it like a coward he ran. This place is disgusting and dirty is an understatement it’s a health hazard do to all the cat feces and pee over the location. I would not recommend this business to anyone do business with someone more deserving of your hard earned money.

************BEWARE BEFORE USING SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!************To Whom it may concern,When dealing with the company at first I was contacted by the movers in the am who informed me they had a couple of jobs and we coordinated a good time to meet after in the afternoon as it was beneficial to all. I started moving and was then called by the company to let me know they were running behind and will be on their way as soon as they finished and I again agreed to the change. I was shortly after told to call and talk to the owner of the company as he is telling them to not do my job at all. I called and spoke to the owner(Mark) who proceeded to yell at me on the phone and threaten to call the cops on me and refused to provide service at all, he continued to hang up on me 2 times after threatening violently and using profanity. I have never been treated like this ever and I personally don't know how he is able to be running a company or dealing with people. I have been in customer service for 15+ years and I STRONGLY URGE all Future customers to use another service as to not have to run into the situation I had to deal with. I wish I could rate 0 of 5 but I cant

Well, honestly this place was more down than up. I gave it 4 stars as they had some very unique things that I usually don't see in thrift stores, but overall, the prices seemed a bit on the high side and the layout felt disheveled. They did have a larger selection than I was expecting and the staff appeared to be very friendly, so that is a plus as well.

We love the selection however we came during business hours (4pm) and the older guy literally greeted us with a big friendly” IM CLOSING I NEED TO MAKE IT TO THE POST OFFICE” when I walked in, talk about warm friendly service, jeez..... the lady at the cash register is usually so nice.

Was in Leesburg on a sunday and came upon this place. There is a lot of items to check out. The lady behind the counter was very nice and friendly. We found a few items at really good prices. When back in the area I will stop again. It was worth the visit.

Went in for my uhaul reservation and Mark told me it was cancelled. I arrived at the time I reserved for. I proceeded to show him my confirmation email and he told me that if I'm going to argue with him he's going to not give me the trailer. I was offended and left. Horrible customer service.

Stopped in to look for some items however instantly started wheezing due to the cars in the clothing area. The shop is over priced and there are too many cars in the building
