I had never been here but walked in to get my Scooby's nails cut today (as another customer came out saying he was great with nails).I told him I needed nails done, he grabbed my dog, got him on a table immediately, started drummeling his nails, had a coworker come help when my dog got a little feisty (which is why I can't do them), and boom, done...$15! Awesome!Quick, easy, and way less scary for my dog than when I try with clippers at home. I absolutely recommend this place! You do need an appointment for anything more like bathing though! Great prices too!

They do an Amazing job! I have a Lhasa apso puppy and they have done great with him! I am growing his hair out a bit longer and they did everything I wanted and more! Great customer service!

We have given this place the benefit of the doubt, taking our standard poodle there for roughly a year and a half, but continually got nothing in return but lack of quality and personality. When it comes to skilled grooming this place needs a little better help. If a groomer can’t get a dog’s ears even and goes as far as gapping the front and back of just one ear (not even both to make them even!!) there is either lack of skill set or just plain intention behind it. Maybe they just pick and choose who they give good service to and who they don’t. BEWARE, make sure Dan is not “in a mood” when you go there, and check your dog thoroughly before leaving!

We were a walk in for a nail trim with a very frightened pug. They handled her beautifully and we're kind, cheerful, and competent at a great price. I would definitely recommend and be a returning customer with our other fur babies.

They take care of my Baby an I will say make sure you bring your vaccine because they don’t trip also if your dog have long hair insurance to tell them before hand so they book with the right person, my baby was happily when we got him so that explains itself that they treated him well, thank you guys

The people there were friendly and efficient. I got the grooming for my dog that I asked for at a reasonable rate. I would recommend them to anyone. 😡😡😡Went there again a few days ago at the appointed time. Was told I was a month early. We both knew this was not true. I had written the time and date on 2 separate calendars plus a reminder on my phone. I was extremely disappointed. On reflection, I got more perturbed that there was no apology, no offer to make room for my pet as early as possible and the girl was very uncaring. My rating is now 1 star and I will not subject myself to their rudeness again.

Absolute perfection when it comes to grooming! They make my animals look great AND they do cats!! They are super accommodating and the entire staff has their customer service skills down! I cant say enough good things about Dan and his staff. Also, super clean!

My regular groomer was unable to provide services. I called around and was able to get an appointment time at Tailwaggers that was canceled by another client. Grateful at first, not so much after picking up my pooches. I had taken my dogs to Tailwaggers a couple of years ago, and was immediately reminded why I stopped going.I have two (2) small dogs and asked for them to be shaved (summer is already here) with no breed specific usual fur guidelines. They were indeed shaved... In spots. Their fur was multiple lengths throughout different areas of their bodies. Since it was a later in the day appointment; I'm not sure if the clippers became dull or if the groomer was just done for the day. It was made crystal clear they had NO desire to groom my dogs with any level of consistency or professionalism.I did get someone else's canceled time slot... Now I wish they would've kept it. My only perk is I have a bit of time to find a groomer that will hopefully know what I mean when I say "shave them."

I was a bit nervous to take my dog as she can be a bit, uh....moody. But they were excellent! I felt comfortable leaving her and she looked beautiful when I picked her up. Already scheduled the next appointment.

Tailgaters are to the only ones than can handle my chihuaua! He loves the man that clips his nails, and it's the only place I feel comfortable with my pup. They go above and beyond! Love it there❤

They are terrific with our dog, Tiffany! We regularly take her in for nail clippings. They take her on a walk-in basis and are so reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I have been doing business with this business since 2005. When I rescued my first dog they cut her hair monthly. They are aways warm and friendly and pleasant. Even when they are busy they always have a few minutes to talk. They cut my dogs hair so perfectly and would accommodate you if you had an emergency. I have just rescued another dog,my dog TinkerBelle passed away April 24th. I had her for 11 yrs. They have not met my newest dog but they will love him and take good care of him as they always have with my lady dog. Take your pup to them you will be VERY satisfied and become a part of their family. Love you guys.

We bought a shelter dog that was so scared and high anxiety and this was her first visit to Tailwaggers. We called for an appointment and took her yesterday. I took her in and no growling or barking she just sat there waiting her turn. Then they came out of the back to get her and I was holding her and she went to the Gil's arms with no issue what so ever. When they called to pick her up she was happy excited and looked amazing.I know that Tailwaggers will be her salon. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. I took my Grey in for a teeth cleaning and they did an amazing job! Love that there was no anesthesia, it was quick, thorough and economical. She got a great pedi, too🙂

Took our dog there she is 18 yrs old to have nailes clipped. While there during the clipping she pooped on the table n the assistant grabbed her by the tail wrenching it n lifted the dog off the table to clean the poop. The pushed the dog down n now our dog is injured. Having a hard time with Dan to take responsibility for the actions of his staff member. I have taken all my dogs there previously for many years n never had a dog treated like this before. He needs to discharge that staff member n pay for our dogs vet bills.

Have been bringing my dogs here for around 15 years now. Many places wouldnt even touch my bouviers, but they took care of them well. I drive well out of my way to come here for the honest prices and good services. New location is much better and bigger. Will bring all my pets here as long as I am in Lake still.
