This place is great for a quick grocery run. You can find pretty such anything you need here. The customer service is also great here too. We went to pick up Cilantro and it was so fresh here. The bakery is pretty great too. We brought these milk infused bar cake and oh my goodness, it was so good. This was so fresh and so delicious. If you haven't tried their bakery, you have to.

What happened to all the wonderfully pleasant, courteous associates at Lake Harris Publix ...?They've been replaced by grim, miserable women and other equally disgruntled cynical clerks - who clearly dislike having to interact with clientele.Heaven forbid shoppers approach Customer Service to ask a question or resolve an issue - it will be met with eye-rolling and sarcasm.Since this change of attitude has taken place, we've tried to avoid shopping there - which is unfortunate, as it is very close to our residence, and we've been loyal customers for years, since it opened at this location.

Lori in the deli area has the worse customer service. I wanted to cancel my sub order while she was making it. Im definitely avoiding subs if i have to get it from her.

Publix Supermarket is a gem! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience. A decent grocery store, on the smaller side with a small to average selection of products. The store is clean and the staff are helpful. I would prefer something a little more upscale with a larger selection of products.

If you can catch stuff on sale, it's okay. Otherwise, it's an older, renovated store with ridiculous prices for food. It's a shame there's no other budget friendly food stores in the area without having to drive up to WalMart in Leesburg.

Always remember that the parking lot will definitely determine how crowded this store can be. Store is small for our area!

I’ve been going to this Publix for 10 years. Both my parents, my girlfriends parents and my sister has worked at Publix, so I’ve seen a lot of Publixes (I don’t know the plural of Publix) Only once in my 10 years of going to this Publix have they given me more than one cookie, I know it’s not an important thing to be upset about but interacting with employees here is awful. They want to get you out of the store as soon as possible. The bakery and deli? they often ignore you, the baggers and cashiers? They never talk about anything, it’s like lifeless zombies. And they NEVER put decorations up it is the exact same as it looked in 2013 (minus the self checkouts) And half the time the self checkouts don’t work, the store is also mostly filled with old people so investing in the self checkouts was a terrible idea. There’s nothing new or interesting about this Publix it’s just in a good spot being by all the fast food places but the Publix itself is nothing special. also I hurt my knee on the steps once :(

Always shop Publix. Clean and staff friendly. In winter months the "snow birds" decend and don't leave much on the shelves for us seniors and local folks. Publix needs to try to maintain stock levels better. More product back up and stockers maybe.

Publix substitutes quality brands for their own generic brand. This forces you to shop elsewhere if you like your brand of products. So just shop elsewhere from now on.

Mostly shop at the liquor store. Employees Bob and Deirdra have always been friendly, personal and very helpful every time I have been in there.
