This place JUST opened up not too long ago so I thought I would check it out. I was immediately hit with the stench of cat urine when I opened the door. The other locations have cats as well but have never smelled of urine. The ferret cage was also full of fecal matter so the animals are clearly not being taken care of very well here. The floor is already coming up too. A few of the floating floor boards already need to be replaced. Once again, they just recently opened! Who monitors pet shops like this? Is there an organization that monitors and ensures the welfare of these animals? These poor babies will probably never get bought at the prices they are charging. $200 for a rabbit and nearly $400 for a ferret? Wow!

Half the store is dog which is good if you have a dog. Kind of a small section for everything else but they have certain things that PetSmart doesn't have for reptiles and such. Like cork bark and mopani wood. They also sell the driftwood that's in the fish tanks! I didn't know that pet stores do that. Great customer service when they aren't too busy. Seems like they are still trying to work some kinks out from being a brand new store but overall you can tell the employees are trying their best. All the animals look well taken care of. As for the lady that said there was poop or shall I say fecal matter in the ferrets cage. Their ferrets. They are going to poop all day everyday it's hard to keep up with in a store full of animals and customers, your just not gonna have the time to clean after them Everytime they decide to do their business. Overall very convenient to have a pet store in Leesburg again especially by Walmart and I will be back.

Awesome customer service. I was helped by employee Dese. He was very knowledgeable about helping me find a new dog food to try for my picky girl!!! He recommended the store brand dog food and she loves it. Better than Iams and others I've tried. Definitely recommend coming here for your pets needs. Won't be disappointed!

Overpriced. Mostly dog stuff, not much cat. Limited fish (all small)….very disappointed!
