This is a great Lowe’s location. The indoor lawn and garden team were helpful in giving me information on riding lawn mowers and what would work best for my home. I appreciate their knowledge and helpfulness. We are going to purchase a John Deere ride lawn mower here and came in to get more information. 🚜🚜🚜

I've been here for a little over a month now. I had a list of things I needed, and I was blown away by a kind employee who helped me to find everything I needed going isle by isle with me, then he ordered an item that wasn't in the store. He was a Vet as well. I was extremely impressed with his assistance. He was so kind to take his time to help me. LOWES you are extremely lucky to have an employee like this.

Home Depot's competitor that does not disappoint in terms of selection. Caters to contractors and regular people. However, when it comes to getting anyone to help you; good luck. And when you finally get someone, they don't know much. A more service oriented mission statement is called for.Despite the lack of customer service I have to begrudgingly recommend the establishment.RB

I was sent to this Lowe's from another Lowe's, for flooring. I got the flooring and other things that I needed for a job. I needed 8 boxes, and they had 7 and almost a full box. I loaded it all on the cart and went to check out. I asked the young guy at the self checkout if he could do something about the loose ones, and he told me he couldn't because it was sold by the box. I told him that it is common to reduce the price to get rid of it, and he just said he couldn't do it. Another person had a issue, and he called a manager over. I felt like he didn't really care to help, and was extremely dismissive.***Update*** thank you for the automated response. I took my time to type a extended review, with several things that were extremely rude, and if I want to talk to someone further, I have to contact someone. Lowe's has gone so far down hill. They don't care about their customers anymore.

One thing about lowes is they seem to have everything I need when it comes to a hardware store. Sometimes I come in for plumbing supplies, other times for electrical supplies and like today, I came in for some wood to help with a home project. We were in the area, and the staff at this location was nice and friendly and the store was clean as usual. We were able to get the wood that we needed and a staff member helped me load it into my van. Thanks.

They had most of what we needed for a plumbing project. Believe it or not there was somebody nearby to help when we couldn't find things. Although some of the things the associate looked up were not were they said they were and then they couldn't be found. So we just went up and down the aisles until we found a few of the things that the associate could not though he was able to help with some of it.That being said, on a Sunday afternoon we ended up with a basket of 43 items and there was not one regular cashier open. There was only self checkout and yes there is a person there to help but there were a couple of us that had just walked up to the area and only one can be assisted at a time. When the first customer was finished. We were approached and asked if we were doing okay and of course I said no because we had so many items to try and scan. Plus we had a rewards coupon plus our rewards membership number had to be keyed in manually because you can't get access to your account because you can't get cell service inside. So these are all things that customers do not know how to access on the screen and have to ask for assistance anyways. Plus I had a gift card for part of the purchase. So even though I did end up getting some help with my checkout process, I shouldn't have been expected to navigate through all of this. I was very disappointed that there was not one open check out lane.

My visit to this Lowe's today was very disappointing. While the store itself is well-maintained and superior to Home Depot nearby, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, I encountered an unhelpful staff member named Francine, whose demeanor was far from pleasant. Despite her appearance as a kindly grandmother, her behavior was mean and unprofessional. I left my cart full of products after my experience with Francine and wasted 2 hours of my time, which has left me hesitant to return to Lowe's in the future.

I just have to say Josh really did a great job yesterday. we came in for a microwave and left purchasing a range too. Josh listened to our concerns and answered questions. While it was not his normal department he got answers for anything we asked.

Most awful experience I have had with installation services of any kind. Please go somewhere else. I have large spaces be;low my baseboard and vinyl in the kitchen. The worst thing is that the carpet installers showed up. They sat outside for over and hour and a half while they got permission to remove the doors to install the carpet. Seems the person that came to measure everything never included the fact that the doors wouuld need to be removed as the carpet raised the flooring over an inch. As a result the doors would also need to be trimmed to be put back on. The PROFESSIONAL that came to measure and do the estimate should have no (being a professional) that this stuff needed to be done. So, they took doors off, then said they would not put them back on. I am now in a house with no doors installed. Very poor service, no return phone calls. Just an awful experience with what they call "Pro Services". oh, and whenb I called they basically said oh well, it wasnt in the contract. Yeah, because your "PROFESSIONAL" left it out, its why you were hired. A PROFESSIONAL would know that this needs to be done.

I needed two herbs for my recipe tonight and I was pushing to get back home before the storm hit. I bought these sad looking ones for $17 total. Crazy right, shame on me.I made a comment to the garden cashier about their health verses price. Her comment was " if they had marked them down I could have sold them cheaper" I guess she didn't care.Originally as I was walking in, an elderly gentleman told me to "get your wallet ready", asking for an explanation, he said because they are going to clean you out. Yep.Look at my reviews, I seldom leave this one star.

Nobody wants to help you and there doesn't seem to be anybody that knows where anything is and they want you to do the self checkout they do not want to be bothered with you I used to love this store but I don't see me going back anymore after 30 years

Margurete (sp?) in the leesburg in-store customer service went above and beyond to help me! Early morning 11-7-23 she was able to transfer an in store credit to my new drivers' license number. (something that other stores and corporate phone c/s could not do.) In fact she called me three days later to inform me that the change had indeed gone through so I could use it! A refreshing moment of true customer service!

Unfortunately the AAA batteries we bought were corroded when we opened them when we got home. We have to drive back tomorrow, about 15 miles round trip, to get what we needed. We shouldn't have to check batteries before buying here. Disappointing!

I have had the Best experience working with this Lowe’s. Christian one of the stores manager is by far the Best at customer service. He’s professional, courteous and goes beyond his way to make my money go far. He has made this my go to place for shopping. I hope Lowe’s corporate office reads reviews because they need to be able to see the value in employees like this!!!
