I shop at all the local Goodwill stores regularly and usually can find something great at a reasonable price, but the real reason the Leesburg store is so enjoyable are the employees! So friendly and helpful. Sylvia, my cashier today was delightful! We had a pleasant conversation while she took the time to efficiently wrap my breakable items with care. I really appreciated her kindness and attention to detail. 😊

The store is very cluttered and dirty The bathrooms are filthy no toilet paper pee on the seat he left in the toilets employee walks in I mentioned it to her and still as bad

There were toys all over the floor, and the place was just disgusting. The clothes were just put on racks, no size separation at all. Use to be a lot better, may be worth the drive to another thrift next time.

I've donated here for years but have become disgusted lately. No, I don't need a receipt, but a THANK YOU would be nice. Employees act as if I've handed them a bag of trash. Other neighbors have noticed the same thing. Time to go elsewhere.

I used to love goodwill. As someone who is short and plus sized, removing the dressing rooms has completely removed my ability to shop here. Clothing is overpriced, I can’t try it on, and I can return it if it doesn’t fit. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you like overpaying for low quality items, this Goodwill is perfect for you.You're better off going to Ross or TJ Maxx and still buying brand new, tagged designer clothing cheaper than what this Goodwill charges for used donated clothes.

I used to go to Goodwill about once a week. I enjoyed just walking around, finding little treasures here and there. I no longer go to Goodwill, haven't gone in over a year. How can they justify taking millions of dollars worth of donations, only to OVER-charge their best customers, or/and people in need?? Disgusting! I now take my donations elsewhere and hope others do the same. They need a wake-up call - be of GOODWILL to your community, or change your name!

Good selection. Nice stuff. Some items are WAY over priced. When I see items they got for free for sale for $100 it makes me not want to donate or shop there.

9/3/2023 I visited Goodwill Leesburg, and I wanted to share my feelings about their prices for donated items. Honestly, it was tough for me to see how high some of the prices were. I understand they need to raise money for their cause, but it's disheartening when the prices on donated goods are AS high as new items.As a struggling single parent trying to make ends meet, I rely on thrift stores like Goodwill for affordable options. Seeing them sell dollar store items from this year at a $5-$10 markup is not just disheartening; it's downright insulting. I hope Goodwill Leesburg can reconsider their pricing so that they can continue to help people like me find affordable essentials. It's really important to us.$25 for a damaged MIXING BOWL is insane. I truly hope they reconsider who they are allowing to price items at this store. I will also be letting all local outreach programs know to stop promoting this store. It is not a benefit for people truly in need. Greed has taken over at Leesburg Goodwill.DO BETTER!!!

Along with raising their prices they also got rid of their dressing rooms.I can not believe they are trying to charge $15 for used dresses (that they got for free) and you don't even have the option to try it on and see if it actually fits you. Ridiculous.I feel this change will be the cause of many more perfectly good clothes being sent to landfills, because people who truly need them can not take the gamble of spending that much money on clothing when they don't know if it will even fit them properly.

Very nice employees! Prices keep going up. It is less expensive sometimes to buy some of the items/clothing new. I have been shopping at different Goodwill stores and in many states for over 40 years and have "rounded up" every time. I have NEVER met anyone in my life who has said Goodwill has helped them in any way. The company is just greedy now. They have taken the fun out of treasure hunting.

I never leave reviews on anything but here I am, I live about 20 minutes away and drove out there because mount dora got rid of their changing rooms( which is so dumb) goodwill you are just losing customers from this, me including. I ask to use the fitting room 30 minutes before they close and the worker came off very rude and said they’re close ? I wanted to try them on really fast to see if I wanted buy in my cart. I was about to walk out with nothing cause I was pissed. Goodwill use to be a great store to shop at but now they are just getting greedy , raising prices and getting rid of their fitting rooms. Customer lost.

This store is very disorganized. The workers seem to hate their jobs. They never smile. The cashiers do not greet you. When was the last time this store was cleaned? I browsed in the furniture area and immediately walked out of it. The sofas in there smelled like ashtrays. You are far overpriced on your clothing items. Most of what you are charging, I can basically buy brand new. Your items are donated. Why are you charging so much?

I have found some nice treasures at this store. The store is a bit cluttered and the aisles are way too narrow. But they are constantly bringing out new merchandise from the back and so it pays to go often

Bought shoes at Leesburg goodwill specifically asked if I could return if they didn't fit my husband told me I had so many days to return 3 days later went to return and they said they don't return shoes.Told the manager that your associate told me I could and he said I should have asked for a manager and it was my fault.I said you have no signs saying that you can't return shoes,he said not my problem.Worst customer service ever ,Manager was Josh.WORST MANAGER JOSH

I found so many treasures in and amongst the items there. Lately I’ve noticed the prices are not very good. I’m wondering who makes those decisions. I love my GW stores and everything is given to them so why raise the prices so high. Blouses up to $12.99 come on folks. Remember who your serving. I’m a recent widow lost half my income after his death. You never know when you may need a hand up.

We was shocked to think there stuff is worth gold. How dumb do you need to be to over pay for a pair of used shoes more than buying them new. Not sure who is putting the prices but they need to recheck the market. Shirt 29.00 same shirt Walmart 9.98.. if you want a good laugh come to this location.

Shop the Leesburg store and Mount Dora/ Eustis store all the time. Great finds always and decent pricing as opposed to other area stores that use eBay to set them. Friendly associates always helping out. Save a few holiday bucks and get some awesome finds here.

This is a bit of a drive for us, but when we're in the area, we consistently find some pretty good stuff! Prices vary from bargains to "ambitious" but always a lot of variety.

Typical of most good will store, too crowded for such a small place. This particular good will is in the habit of putting things out for sale not only untested but with missing parts. We were told previously on the purchase of an electrical item of no refunds if it didn't work. We questioned about it being tested before being put out for sale, the cashier flat out told us they don't test things. Today's trip I saw a decent lock box I was interested in. It is locked and the price tag was clearly marked ' no key'. Something like that should have just went in the trash. For the cost of a lock it, I can buy a brand new lock box.

It's a really good and good deals, but I wish everything was more neat. And the woman I was with when I was checking out had a attitude for no reason. Really felt unwelcome there because of her attitude but either way it's a really good store if you looking for some fair prices!!
