Went in for a few items to complete a job I started with materials from Home Depot. One gentleman in the back was kind enough to help me locate the things I needed. He wasn't sure so he asked John. John was on the phone and instead of saying give me a second his response was to bark to the person on the phone...hold on someone keeps talking to me....yes a coworker helping a customer. The gentleman then went with me to the tile department to see if the young lady could help. Only thing she said was no we don't carry the product you are looking for and walked away....no offer to check which was the closest store to get what I needed. This is a perfect example of how Lowes kills Home Depot in customer service. Will definitely keep this in mind on the next job we do not to start with Home Depot products so I'm locked into bad customer service.

Drop my dog with me to get some materials for a job. And had a little bit of a embarrassing moment. In the middle of the the aisle inside he decided to go number two but was able to get some help and got a cleaned up in flash. Then we continue to onto the Department we were looking for. Home Depot had all of the parts we needed at a reasonable cost. Then we went out to the garden center finish our shopping and had a very friendly cashier help us check out and we were on our way.

It seems like every time I go to the Okeechobee store I leave with a bad taste in my mouth. This time was no different. Usually I can't find any one to help me, but there were plenty of people to help today. I asked a woman at the pro register (who had no customers) if she knew where I could find caulking of some kind for an indoor fireplace and she tried to send me completely across the store to the garden Dept. My response was thanks but I'll find someone else. At that time she informed me she had been there 9 years and that would be the same thing I would hear from everyone.NOT TRUE. I did find two people in paint that were soooooo helpful and even made a call to be sure. To both of you thanks.

I always love to go in the garden center. I get some really nice bamboo trees there, their great and it a cost. I have to drag my wife out of there. Love it.

Needed help getting to a flower trough. No help around ..called one lady she kept walking and another lady told me she worked in hardware...hmm due to bad back I left without purchasing.
