Disgusted, went to dollar tree on Valentines day 2/14/24...Paid for my items including 2 balloons. As completing purchase white woman Rita steps to me and ask Did you pay for those Baloons..Me shocked I just look at her because, before I checked out it was tons of white people using self check out and She Did not ask not one of them this..So she asked me again and I told her so you don't ask the white people this but you made sure to ask the black woman.. At this point I am furious because I feel racial discriminated against..I spend a lot of money at dollar tree for students and various things and this is what you get for shopping while black..Disgusting

We had to make up 25 ballon centerpieces for a party for a 90th b-day party and needed them within an hour. This store, in particular the manager, went out of their way to help us make it happen! I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I wish I could remember the managers name, but she is a lovely sweet person! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! My Greek father-in-law had the time of his life!

I work here everyone is nice I get told by everyone that we have the nicest store ever but our regional manager pushes us to the limit like we are machines managers have it the worst one holiday after another and asking constantly for more and more

I called to check to see if the store had an item and was able to provide a sku. The older lady that picked up said she can’t only managers can do that. I advised I called 3 other stores and they were able to do look up the item and she no bye and hung up on me. I will be calling dollar tree corporate to report her as well.

This has got to be the cleanest most organized Dollar Tree that I have ever been in. Pleasant and helpful staff. I was looking for a particular product that stores closer to my home stocked infrequently took a chance to stop on my way home from work and was very happy that I did . They had what I was looking for and their overall stock in the store seem to be more plentiful than others . Definitely would go out of my way to shop at this location as it is a much more inviting store.

I had the opportunity to frequent the store on numerous days in late March, 2023. The store always had good selections to pick from, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. A great place to do business with!!!

Place seems to be going downhill quickly. Used to be clean, with friendly employees. Now it's like they fight over who HAS to wait on the customer or who gets to blow up balloons or stock shelves...with the preference being to now wait on the customer. Shame since it's such a new store.

Located in Howey in Hills ...Very nice comfortable setting off a lake, great view, food was very tasty, we ordered the fried fish plate. Meals are medium priced 12-16.00 basically . A very enjoyable lunch out with friends. Would recommend you try it.

Nice for a Dollar Tree. Cheap junky stuff. I go in for the cards, can't beat cards for. 50 a piece!!!The line got pretty long before another register opened, but, all in all, good experience. Store is clean.

Surprised that this store is always clean and well organized. A lot of garden tools or everyday things that everyone needs, and you can't beat those prices!

If I could give this particular Dollar Tree negative stars I gladly would!! The cashier (Elena I believe) was EXTREMELY rude. Rude to the point that I left all my items on the belt and walked out! When I called to speak to the manager (Margie) I was barely able to express my disgust with the customer service before I was getting interrupted and spoken to very condescendingly ...again! I’m guessing this is the manager that trains in customer service because neither one would’ve worked for me. I worked in retail customer service for 30 years so I’m very well aware of how customers SHOULD be treated. Major fail Dollar Tree-shame on you!

Tuesday 2/9/21 was in line when Cashier was waiting on customer who seemed to be friends. While holding their dog at the same time and having conversation with them using improper language, the (F) word. Spoke to manager and she seemed so not concernedDon't think I'll be going back to that storeAnd he didn't clean counter or his hands after handling the dog

New, stand alone building, clean, and well organized. Has a much better selection of items and is larger than other Dollar Tree stores I've visited in the past.

This Dollar Tree has hardly anything on the shelves. Management does not give enough time for stocking so everything is just piled into the stock room or lining the aisles. How disappointing. I posted pictures to show what it looks like.

Huge selection of holiday decor, craft supplies, home goods... terrific place for inexpensive necessities. Good place to grab canned items, chips, frozen fast food and dairy.
