This is an edit to four years ago that I gave 5 stars..today ..four years later....your customer service is absolutely a zero. It is your responsibility to know how your app works for your store. If a customer has never accessed the app, and ask for help and your response is I don't know where it is?. I'm sorry all I can do. You offer no resolution. Over 4 yrs of loyal service. Our bussiness relations are over.

The store has become a complete disappointment. They constantly change managers and other staff. I use to love this store, unfortunately I have to shop other stores because most items are not in stock. The store was a delight when the store manager Joe (I believe is his name) worked there and when Jessica took over. I was always greeted at the door and it was a pleasure to shop there and it was always fully stocked. But since they've left the store has never been the same. The frustration of going to the store and trying to find things on empty shelves is just too much. I really wish that corporate would realize how sad things are there and get it back to a functional store that we all use to love. This is the Bushnell store not leesburg!

The employees were very helpful in finding things that had been moved.But they had a truck come in that day and the store was a mess. I made the comment that there wasn't a clear I'll to be able to go up and down the aisles to shop one of the employees said we don't have any room in the back so it has to stay in the aisles it seems that someone should have taken the initiative to start getting that stock put up we have been shopping that store since it opened and I know at one point it was a very clean very nice store and you didn't run into these problems but it certainly has changed it's not clean anymore it's always piled up everything cluttered.

I’ve been to many run down DG stores, but never one with such poorly equipped staff. Not their fault I’m guessing, and they were nice, but jeez.The self service machine is broken. The 2nd register is broken. The only other operating register has some form of issue that leaves it inoperable randomly.Today was the 3rd time I have came to buy something to be told that the machine is acting up and they cannot take my payment.Missing out on sales and wasting the customers time when employees have to play Russian roulette with the Payment processor.Like all other DG stores in rough areas, the store is a mess and items are strewn all over haphazardly.They also will just not do cash back sometimes because employees don’t want to make drops. But I guess I don’t blame them.

This store is fully stocked when I visitIt's clean, and the aisles are never crowded with boxes like most dollar stores I've visited. They have friendly staff, and the checkout line moves pretty fast. They have been friendly, and there is usually at least one salesperson on the floor in case you need help or might have a question. One thing I would recommend is the cashiers be a little more upbeat, engaged and patient especially when dealing with the elderly, or to make each experiencegreat, not just give the "next customer in line" type of attitude like a big box store like Walmart does,,, overall it a good store and I will keep coming here. Thanks

If i can give 0 stars i would. I just witnessed one of the best employees get fired from the store and she's the one that kept the store going. The new manager aspiring all the good ones and hiring all the slow ones and this has been proven more than once. All that he has around him is young females the only ones he is hiring. He runs that Dollar General Lake he's in the military commands people to do things not ask like the female that got fired

Store would be much better if you could walk down the aisles but they are constantly full of carts that have not been unpacked yet. This is a constant thing at this store. Today, there were at least two entire aisles that were impassable.

Its a little bit of a dirty store and sloppily stocked shelves. Service from the employees is usually pretty good but different ones sometimes are just come and go. Love the company though great prices for quality product it's convenient as well

I go because I genuinely like Dollar General, the prices are affordable. Something needs to be done across Lake and Citrus County

Id give no stars if i could.. not only is the store always a mess with stock just sitting around and you have to move it to get through and shop but they're arent enough emplyees EVER !!! Only one cashier with long lines never a 2nd person to jump on and help the line down. Then when you ask if they can get a 2nd person all the customers get is an "oopps sorry they just went on break or sorry not sure who is signed on to that register." Today i sat in line for 20 min because it took 3 people to figure out how to fix an issue with a check. I shop at this location out of convenience not because i like shopping here.. i always thought you should love where you shop and spend your money.. thats not the case for me and this Dollar General location !!!

There's not much to say about this place accept it's easy, cheap and convenient. I dont ever recall any employee at any of the establishments coming up to me or anyone for that matter with a genuine interest or concern for why you're there or what you're looking for. So for that I'll give it 4 stars all day. But I have yet to find one employee that stands out in a place like this. Like a zombie community just there to swipe your stuff and take your money. Lol. 😳

I like Dollar general they've got a good selection wide isles in the stores are always clean and I have not yet really encountered any customer service Representatives who haven't been angry or just like they didn't want to be there they're not like that I haven't found any to this date there's always something that can ruin a good atmosphere thank you very much

The isles are always cluttered. I have a disabled friend who is in a wheelchair and I can't take her there because all the isles are so messy (items on the floor..palates blocking access etc). It's always that way.

I have no issues with finding anything that I needed. Check out with simple although the cashier forgot to ring up a birthday card that I bought so she ended up just copying it out and giving it to me because she didn't realize that she didn't charge me until after my transaction was finalized.

The worse Dollar General that I have seen. The cooler doors have broken handles, the floor is filthy, and the staff is rude.

Just bought a 15 pack of Miller Lite at Dollar General in pimento and got it was 1755 and got charged $20 and whatever they had to refund me $2.30 when I went back

If you have any items you just can't find... Try going here... There is a little bit of everything you would want or need... Just walking up and down the isles... You find items you have been looking for... And... THE PRICE IS RIGHT... great to just stop in and see what they have gotten in....
