Worst gas station in all of lake county. The rudest and laziest staff, the store is absolutely disgusting, dirty, dusty. Bathrooms are deplorable. I would never walk back in that store I'd rather use a tree in the woods less risk of catching something that don't wash off... And if the filthy don't get you the overwhelming attitude from the cashier that clearly hates her job and maybe her life in general will get to you.

01/23/2024 Tuesday 3;30 pm.I came inside to buy 10 dollars worth of gas with a 20$ bill.Their was a sign at the cashier station saying Closed and to use the auto cashier.. well I don't know how ! I waited for the cashier and told him this and he began to get upity with me and down right Rude .The guy started pouncing on the auto machine screen all the while giving me nasty words making me feel I'm dumb or something not even trying to teach me the machineLike I'm wasting HIS time !I hope this gets to the right people to re train him or put someone else that has better public relations. He was just awful to me .....

My girlfriend needed to use the bathroom and had to wait for Durastress which is a concrete and girder company. whenever she got to the gas station person said it was locked instead of offering to unlock it. I quickly changed my mind about shopping. Lack of hot foods that were ready. Do people just hire anybody that just doesn't care. And I've never heard of somebody refusing to have a bathroom be used. Time of day 9:30ish pm on September 20th. 2023

If you own a store, you should know, if people come inside, they want to deal with a human. I do not want to check myself out either. Don't own a store if you can't afford for humans to take care of it.

Very disappointed, how do you only have one roll of $5 dollar lottery tickets left No $50,$30,$20 or $10 this store needs better employees to keep track of the inventory

Y'all are employing a straight jerk. I travel the whole state. With that, I visit a lot of convenience stores. Never been treated as poorly as today, 8/14/2023 at 6pm

Seemed to have changed management or something. Employee turn around is crazy, very uninterested in providing quality customer service. Always seem to be out of the basics extra large cups, lids for medium cups been told they forgot to order them.

Staff is always friendly at all hours of day and night. There are only a few pumps but they are very rarely out of gas. Good variety inside store though it seems small.

You've got a new night shift kid with dreads who thinks it isn't his job to count money. I put six quarters on the counter and he refused to count it. I had to count it or he was going to refuse the sale.

Worst Circle K around the area. Always out of stuff whether it be cup lids food whatever. Been a problem for a long time doesn't seem that it will ever get better.

I had drove up to visit the springs and on my way home I needed gas and this is the only time I used my debit card in a month and 2 days later I got all sorts of absurd charges and had to cancel the card.

Stood in line for several minutes waiting for the cashier and her "boyfriend" as they quarrelled and then I recieved TERRIBLE service because of it. I will never go back
