It was a sad day for us today. The Doc & staff where very gentle, & caring taking care of our pet and us. Very thorough in explaining our options etc. Wish I would have found this place sooner. Thank you to the Doctor & all the staff there. 💜

It's most difficult to maneuver with a door that is beyond heavy to open and I have rheumatoid so it's painful as well...the girls in the office seem more interested in eating or gossiping rather than answering phone...as a result I think I'm going to take my animals somewhere else that is more up to date and thoughtful...the vets are good and I'd like to see them relocate to another facility that has a better staff to support them...I've been on the phone...been put on hold...or sent to the answering machine only to wait while they finish a personal conversation or arrange their work space..dear God there must be 4 girls crammed into that small work area...not at all pleased with the set up...but thank you for asking!

Great animal lovers! They mended my sweet 5lb dog's broken leg! He even looks forward to going to his check ups! I have owned many animals and never seen them excited to go to the vet!!

My husband took my 4 year old chihuahua to get her nails trimmed and ears checked. We discussed doing her annual yearly visit the NEXT visit. They ended up doing everything, even tho I had talked to them and preplanned her visit. That was on a Tuesday. By Wednesday she screamed when I touched her ear/neck area. She couldn't raise her head. She shook for the next 3 nights. I thought she had a stroke. I called them and left a message that I needed to get her in as soon as I could or talk to someone. I did not hear a word from them since. I immediately took her to the Colonial Animal Clinic in Ft. Ft. Myers when she was not doing any better. They thought she had a fractured neck, but ThankGod it wasn't. But did show some trauma so they put her on an anti inflammatory and said to let her have complete rest for 3 weeks. I have yet to hear from Immokalee Animal Clinic. I did send them an urgent message to no avail. However, Colonial Animal Clinic called to check on Chloe today. She is doing better but still cries because of the pain in her neck. She is my baby and I cannot understand years of going to clinic how they have such lack of compassion. I AM NO LONGER TAKING MY BABY TO THEM. WE WILL DRIVE TO FT. MYERS AND GET THE BEST TREATMENT FROM PEOPLE WHO CARE. What happened to Chloe and why is she so much in pain? I dont know but i am very unhappy with their lack of concern and who really knows what happened🤔

I was recommended to go here I drove an hour and I must say that The doctors have such integrity they were honest up front and kind I can tell you this I will be recommending this clinic to everyone I know! All the staff are very friendly, professional and kind with all the pets they attended. Also they're so affordable. My pets love to be attendances by them. Absolutely recommend!

Service was ok. Billing technique feels like a scam. Quoted 260 for mother cat and kitten to get fixed. Day before appt they call to say its 350 with no explination. Show up and they claim it's still 260 but if mother is in heat or pregnant there is a 50 dollar fee. Which wouldn't come out to 350 and still no explination. Show up to get the cats and grand total is $470. I asked why and how the cost could jump up over $200 in 7 hours even if one was in heat and they had no explination but they did start rambling off certain charges. I said I understand this procedure cost money. I dont understand your confusion and why you cant explain the $200 jump in rates. The dr even came out and blamed it on being in heat. He has no clue what his office personnel are doing over the phone. They agreed to remove a 50 dollar inspection fee or something. I'd go anywhere but this place. Humane in gulf coast is good and much cheaper.
