My dogs love the groomers there & they do a fabulous job. The store is fantastic and prices are comparable to Petco. Love that it's a franchise and owned by locals.

This is a nice store, and I love the dog wash stations. They don’t carry my dog’s very normal brand pet food. I’ll buy it elsewhere, but my issue was the grooming. The first time, what I wanted done wasn’t and it took way longer than it should’ve. No big deal, I gave them another chance. I had the first grooming appointment of the day. I was there early. They took over 3 hours for my dog. Yes she is super fluffy and fussy, but 3.5 hours? Not to mention I saw another dog getting picked up before they even notified me about my girl. When I called on her status I got excuses. Any other place we’ve gone she’s in and out in under an hour with everything done the way it’s supposed to. I’ll be sticking with my first place.

Went to a special event...staff was very helpful and informative about the highlighted products during the event...got a free dog wash and nail trim as well as lots of samples...bought some dog food too with a discount offered during the event...great selection and welcoming staff...really like shopping here.

I had a bad experience with a new groomer there but the owner made it right. His name is Rick and he was great! He recommended me use Melody and she was amazing! She did an wonderful job on my dog's groom and I will be using her again next time. The staff was friendly and very helpful! Highly recommend this business for your animal's needs as well as grooming.

I went to the Pet Supply Store where I used to live prior to moving here. Everything I loved about the Pet Supply Store there is why I love the one here in Yulee. The store has an amazing selection. If you can’t find it here you probably don’t need it! The store is kept spotlessly clean! Merchandise well layers out and organized. The prices are the best part of shopping here! Great prices and on many products they have ‘Buy one, get the second for 50% off’. I love those! I save a lot of money shopping here! You will too!Finally, the customer service people there are terrific! When I walk in they ask if they can help me find something. That has saved me so much time! They have a Vet come in once a month to look at your pet and perform minor procedures! They have washing stations so you can wash your pet in the store rather than mess up your home! Sometimes I do like to go in and wonder around looking at stuff.Many times you will see the owner, Rick, in the store running a register or helping a customer! This is a mark of an owner who cares about his customers and store!It’s a great store with a great vibe. Truly a full service store that loves pets!!

Started shopping here to buy small amounts of goat milk, frozen raw meat, baked raw kibble, meal toppers from knowledgeable employees that helped me through the learning process for my very picky aussie. This is my go to place now for his kibble and meal mixers, etc. Highly recommend this store.

The Yulee Pet Supplies + always goes out of their way to make sure both I and my pets are well taken care of. They do their best to be well stocked, offer pickup as well as quick delivery. You are always greeted with a smile and are always so helpful.

Friendly with a large selection of products. There fish section leaves something to be desired. They will order fish that are not in stock for you so I'm told but they have never gotten back to me about fish I inquired about.

A store that has everything that you need. Better varieties then PETCO or Petsmart. I have met the owner several times going in there and he has been fabulous!I have 4 dogs (and 1 more kn the way )and 3 cats and I won't go anywhere else. The self serve washing station is better pricing than tractor supply down the road. The reward system is great! We actually won a Easter basket from there with plenty of toys, food and treats for our cats.If your looking for a family friendly place go here 100%!!!!!

Poor customer service.Tried to call and get a appointment for a dog grooming.On hold for over 45 minutes.Stopped by the next day and waited at the dog groomer counter for another 10 minutes no response.Made another phone call, and someone finally answered, but couldn't make an appointment.Said someone would call me back, going on day 2 now, no response.Please save yourself the trouble, and not do business with them.

The pet supply plus in yulee is great from the selections of pet supply to the grooming. The people that work there , are alway so helpful and help you find what you need. Someone always say welcome to their store. Plus if you need to find someone they are there and not hiding. The cashiers are also helpful and ask if you need help taking your stuff to your car ! We had a great experience at Pet Supplies Plus in Yulee off of sr200. We bathed our 50 lb dog in their dog bath facility. Everything was very clean and organized and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We also had our dogs nails clipped there sort of as a last minute thing and the groomer Kaitlyn was very efficient and professional. I also checked out their supplies and they seem to be very well stocked with the food and treats we give our dog. So we will be back for sure and recommend you check them out!
