I really like this Goodwill because it's got a great selection and I found some really good bargains. Having said that, I feel like you're being watched like you're going to steal something when you go to the dressing rooms. The past two times I have gone they have stood outside of my dressing room watching me put stuff in and take stuff out of my cart to make sure I'm not going over the six item limit and when the door opens they're standing there looking at me. I appreciate the fact that they're working hard and taking their job seriously, but it makes me not want to try on any clothes because I feel like they don't trust me as a customer. I'll definitely keep coming, but I'll probably just take the clothes home and if I don't like them, re-donate them if they can't be returned.

Nice and clean. Much to look through in the clothing. They have a lot of shoes. They do not have large appliances. They do have a good variety of small appliances. It's a nice place to shop. I like the 50% off on a different color every day.

Went the other day to buy several books. Signs posted state Hardbacks 3.99, paperbacks 1.99. The cashier rang them up as 7.99 hardback and 3.99 for the paperbacks. Questioned her on the prices and she said that's the price. I showed her the sign showing the prices she didn't care. They lost a sale since we left without buying anything. How many times have they rang up books over priced and the customers didn't notice because they bought other items????

This is a very clean goodwill with excellent staff. Item do not last long which means daily or every other day visits are necessary. Being a crafter I've been able to furnish my craft room with regular visits and wonderful finds. It's worth the visit.

Clean store. Mark downs today yellow tags $1.49 green tags half off. I found things needed. There were many things I wanted but not needed. All in all good experience.

I had fun shopping here. They had 50% off clearance throughout the entire store!! The employees were very nice and helpful.

Why does Immokalee store sell junk that Naples does not want. Plus their Manager does not have the education to sell a product, let alone, run a store.

Las encargadas de Goodwill en immokalee no aceptan cosas que uno compra en otras Goodwill, dicen que eso es perdida para su tienda en immokalee,.....que tiene que viajar uno no importa la distancia para cambiarlos dónde se compró XK ellas no la aceptan allí, está Goodwill es de otro dueños y no pertenece a la misma cadena de tiendas Goodwill, actúan muy déspotas y todo el tiempo tienen los vestidores cerrados con llave.

👎La encargada y dos empleadas más antiguas de la goodwill en immokalee son unas groseras , mal educadas y ladronas, que aparte que no ayudan con los muebles que compra uno le cierran las puertas en la cara y dejan que se mojen los muebles afuera mientras uno los sube y cuando unos le hace una pregunta a la encargada es una déspota,grosera ...NO recomiendo la goodwill de IMMOKALEE👎

Personal muy rudo parece que les estuviera pidiendo regalandoMe dirigí a una empleada para preguntar el precio de los colchones y me contestó muy grosera que fuera a la pared a leer los presio y cuando fui a la caja registradora a pagar la cagera se porto de igual manera ni un saludo ni graciasEn mi opinión les falta amabilidad
