The staff is very caring and love to help customers with all their needs even when they are cleaning or stocking the shelves they stop every time to help there customers with a smile. This is the first review I've ever written about a business but it just has to be said. The staff here is consistently horrid. Was checking out today and the cashier barely spoke 2 words to me and mumbled my total grumpily under her breath like a cranky teenager... I look at her name tag and realize she's the assistant manager! You would think she would have more professionalism. The manager is no better. The staff was better when this place was infested with rats.

Store selection good but employees have no clue what's going on spent 20 mins trying to check out she messed up and wanted me to go to back of the line I was not doing it finally she gets it almost right over paid by $1.25 but just paid and got out of there

The Family Dollar in Lee, FL The management is great and the cashier is always pleasant. The store is neat and clean. I am greeted when I walk in and if I need help I know I can ask for it.

This store is new and is cluttered, only 2 employees working. One at register the other trying to do stock also help at register.They're helpful and friendlyHowever they're hiring. Have great prices.

They have a much Cleaner store than most all others, like Madison, Fl. Store. Only if they had as much as Madison I'd give it 5 stars.

This store needs new management asap..the manager & cashier's are always outside smoking & on phones,the store is very understocked,& the bathroom is NEVER clean,actually it's horribly filthy,fecal matter all on toilet,disgusting

Doesn't have cell service in store and no wifi to use the app for your coupons. Great little store other than that.
