I love to shop at Dollar General and I had never gotten the most generous customer service as I did tonight. The Employee which attended me was A young Lady named Mia, very respectful and honest! I totally forgot my credit card and She walked out to my car to give it to me. Thank God for her honesty because I live in Cape Coral!! We need more like Mia!

One cashier with 7 people in line. Guy in front had declined card , cashier trying to get card to work. Card kept getting declined? Asked about self check out right next to me and was told by first busy cashier ( with name tag no less) ONLY CASH at automated checkout. No problem! Whipped out wad of cash and really to pay for 3 small items. Then found computer was offline. 🤣Rude pregnant manager with big fake eyelashes came over and was fiddling with computer. No idea if she was manager , no name tag and wouldn't even acknowledge I existed in her important world. Asked her if it was broke . Zero response, nothing, just ignored me. Asked again and I guess she just did not wish to respond or deal with me as she messed with display. WOW! NOTHING! VERY RUDE!! Finally got through line and got out of there.Why even have automated self check out if they don't even work? Glad I don't go to this store. I will spend my money elsewhere. Went to Dollar Tree little north of there.CRAPPY bad attitude manager. Thanks BUT no thanks!!Save yourself the aggravation and go to Dollar Tree near by, much MUCH friendlier place!!!!

This store is always dirty! Boxes are torn laying around as if they were just thrown around. People aren't even able to find anything due to the clutter that's piled up on the shelves. My grandmother slipped and feel down due to soap being spilled and no one bothered to clean it up. The lines are also always so long and when customers ask to have more registers opened the manager just ignores them. Most of the time the ladies there are on the phones or gossiping in the back. Definitely not a very pleasant place to shop!!

Two days ago I went to this Dollar General in Immokalee, Fl......I was never so disgusted in my whole life of the condition of the store and all that it was selling...clothes were all over the floor, numerous items where they weren't supposed to be. I could not believe the disarray this store was in....quite honestly I thought a bomb had gone off inside the store. The people who were working there were putting out more merchandise, not paying a bit of attention to the front of the store, who was coming or going and didn't even look around when someone walked in, nor did they speak when they did see you. I will never go back there. What a disaster!!!

The store is a mess. 1 employee rolled her eyes when she saw me coming down the isle, as if l was bothering her while she was stocking the shelf, but l noticed she was on her cellphone. I decided not to continue down that isle even though I needed something. I may not want to shop at this store. I didn't feel right.

This place is has false advertisement on their items and they have a trip hazard on the main entrance of the front door my husband almost tripped on the way out no cone or warning sign and you can tell just by the looks of it it's been like that for a while smh

Don't know why they're still called dollar stores as they're not cheap at all compared to most grocery stores. It's the location that gets customers,zip they always seem to be right close by so it at least has what you need in a pinch.

never more than 3 people at night busy lines they say they got no one else to help..I suggest hiring more people for night 3 AINT enough waited 10 mins to pay 1 thing
