The main manager of the pharmacy and his employees are always rude to my wife whenever she is there to pick up my son’s medication and always give her a bad attitude towards her. It’s been an issue for a couple of weeks now and I don’t know why they give her such a problem every time she goes to the pharmacy. They are very awful and they can be better if they tried.

Unfortunately my family member is sick and needs medicine but we had to go to a competitor because it’s 10:28 PM and it says CVS closes at 11 PM - but we showed up and the lights are off. That being said, I may take my business to CVS’ competitor as a result and as a longtime fan of CVS I hate to do this.

I had to wait a little while to get my medication but I’m thankful staff was able to get it done. The pharmacy staff looked very busy but the pharmacist answered my questions during pick up. He was courteous and provided helpful information. He speaks English and Spanish.

It’s sad I have to give this store a lower review because the CVS itself is great and has helpful employees. THE PHARMACY is another story. I don’t want to rant with details, but the pharmacist I dealt with was awful. I even tried having my doctor call to talk to her and she ignored the pharmacy phone 3 times. My doctor even said it was inefficient and unprofessional. I understand that companies are challenged with low staff and long hours right now, but there’s no need to be rude to customers.

I like CVS for multiple reasons. Little more experience then Walmart but you'll get name brands money off the deals they have for that week and the customer service is a lot not Friendly as well. Probably due to the fact there's only 2 self check outs there. What's With All The Self Checkout. Wawa,Circle K,Target,Walmart,CVS, what I miss?????? See Ya!!!!!!!

They have the worst customer service. Try calling them and you'll see. I waited all day to be told they don't have my meds. Don't waste your time here. The pharmacist would not transfer them to another CVS to be filled. I waited 1 hour inside the store after waiting all day to recive a text saying they're ready and they never bothered to tell me the meds weren't in stock. Save yourself the headache and find another pharmacist and pharmacy. Yours truly, Albert Lozano

Very nasty, rude, and no compassion. Unwillingness to listen. Had I not insisted I would have been turned away. The first day I tried to get a prescription refilled on behalf of a colleague, it was the Dr offices fault for not renewing prescription. Day two I returned to inform them that the prescription was refillable. They did not want to hear me out but after insisting they determined it was and told me to return in a couple hours. I returned 3 hours and 15 minutes later only told that the prescription wasn’t refilled yet. And it would be 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I returned only to find it still wasn’t refilled and that they actually only had 28 of 90 tablets in stock. Xenia and Olga were their names.Mind you this is blood pressure and cholesterol medication for a 67 year old man that had been without for 5 days prior to this due to being displaced by work an hour or more from any pharmacy.

The store is not the issue! It’s the pharmacy department! I have had multiple issues with prescription not be ready! Went in there on 7/7/2022. To get a refill filled! She said ok it will be ready in about an hour! I live out of town said I would pick it up today! She said no problem! Came today to pick it up! Oh it’s not ready! She said oh we will expidiate it! I said why would you have to expidiate it ! It should of been ready since yesterday! She said it will be ready in an hour! This is not the first time this has happened! Someone needs to look into their pharmacy department!

Had to get my prescription filled in an emergency and they said "sorry we can't fill it until tomorrow". I said "this is an emergency" and they said "go find another one that can fill it today".===>>> WORST CVS IN ALL OF NAPLES <<<===

This pharmacy has by FAR the worst workers. They are rude, unhelpful & unprofessional. I was trying to purchase my prescription with my insurance card I use ALL the time & they refuse to give me my medication. Mind you i just moved here from New Jersey & haven't set up anything because i was told i didn't need to yet. So they told me "Unless you want to pay $500." So here I am, off my meds soon to be going through withdrawals, crying at the counter & they begin to close the window gates WHILE IM STILL STANDING THERE ASKING FOR HELP, which the refused to do. Went back today, same lady, same issue. Had to pay $75 for a WEEKS worth of meds, that i'm still not sure i'll be able to get. Also, i had the manager get involved. He was very sweet & understanding other then that, my opinion.. change pharmacy's.
