I read some reviews, and decided to write my own. I feel the volunteers do a wonderful job. I did adopt a pet, Rusty, he's a great dog and staff/volunteers are loving , go out of their way to make sure pets are safe, even after they find homes. Just wanted to say we are all human. I think people in the shelter having to deal with events, showings, dealing with us as customer's...yes we all have our days. Staff/volunteers do an excellent job with what they do, keeping the pet #1 through all that comes up!!!💕💕❤💝☺ Just want to Add Thank you all for the fine, over and beyond, time consuming, heart aching, caring jobs you do!!! So long but needed to explain.☺💕

This is a very un-trustworthy organization! We adopted a puppy from them and 2 days later came back and said they changed their mind because they assumed the puppy would be going away to school in September.(veterinarian school-2nd year student). They came into my home under false pretenses, barged past people to go into the living room picked up the puppy, put it in her jacket and zipped the jacket all the way to her neck. The person that did this was Mindy Barone who goes under several Alias and lives in WPB.( not sure honestly for she has several addresses listed as her residence). We have involved the cops and attorneys. There are so many puppy’s out there and organizations that are willing to help you!! Using an organization that commits dog theft and fraud should not be considered.Just BEWARE!Our mission is to help other families from this heart break!!

It was really good ,I have an excellent dog from there her name was bloosom,now lucky 2,she would never make one sound or bark,never for 2 year's and now,she talks up a storm,she talks all about everything, who ever dumped her,must of had baby's or something, and beat her to be guiet,now she's happy wags her tail,totally house broken, really good dog,I called today to adopt reech,I saw in flyer,I'm bummed because he must of been put down.

The address associated with this business through Google Maps is wrong, it takes you to a residential home. Please do not drop off unwanted pets at this address!

Extremely rude. Asked help for finding a home for my dog and she stated " Don't come asking me for help if you can't handle your dog", and then hung up on me. I would never recommend anyone taking dogs to her for help.

What a scam, and found a bunch of kittens under my grandmothers house and they said not interested, call animal control, no kill my but.
