Open later than the other pet Stores, approximately one hour more than usual. Surrounding area not the best but it’s okay, the store has everything everything and the prices are very equal to what you might find online. There’s lots of people bringing their cute pets here and everyone gets along

Almost killed my leopard gecko with wrong information. Told me to use sand and sand causes a lot of harm to geckos and it’s better to use napkins than sand. She was nice but misinformed me so it would be better if PetSmart educated their employees with accurate information.

We love 💘 this Petsmart. They always welcome us when we walk in the door. The staff in the front of the store and the grooming salon are fantastic. They are always friendly and helpful. The store has a large selection and the prices are reasonable. Big live fish section. Also the grooming salon always fits us in for a nail clipping for the 🐕 dogs. :)

I did an urgent adoption of an 11 year old cat when his pet parent was taken ill. I couldn't get the things for him that should have been readily available. They only had small carriers and no Nature's Miracle for Cats.

I scheduled my appointment online for Saturday morning at 7 AM. I drive to the location five minutes early. There’s no one there. I wait 10 minutes still no one shows up for my 7 AM appointment. Why would you post for people to schedule at 7 AM when you’re not even open at 7 AM.

Staff member brought my order out to my car quickly. I looked at the sweater I had ordered online and told him the sweater looked too large for my dog. He actually went back into the store to see if they had a smaller size. He came back out to tell me they didn't have a smaller sweater. The staff member did all this with a smile! Thank you so much!

Best place to bring my dog. They have everything instore from grooming to having an onsite Vet office. I love the ability to try new treats for my dog and if he doesn't like them - they have a great return policy. Overall I can't complain about the service both I and my Kiko have received.

I would like to start off by saying it deeply saddens me to write this review. This is my neighborhood petsmart where i have been shopping for years!!! Over the past year or so i have noticed this store going downhill at an alarming rate, they are under new leadership and lets just say it doesn’t seem to be working out well. I truly miss the old store leader, the replacement is less than subpar with at best bare minimum knowledge of everything. I am extremely disappointed in the state of my local petsmart, speaking for all the other disappointing customers…We miss you Edwin.

I was given the wrong hours for grooming by someone on their staff.I did not know that the hours were not being honored as on the website. The website states they close at 9. So, when the appt was made for 5:30 I thought we were fine. Well, it was not. The groomer LAURA was RUDE, FLIPPANT, NASTY AND DID NOT LISTEN. After I explained that this should've been taken care of beforehand she continued to be rude and speak over me. I do not know why she is around animals when she has such a nasty personality to humans. She is unhelpful and unbelievably unprofessional. I am sorry that I have been taking my animals to this location for years. I wil not return due to LAURA'S RUDENESS AND ATTITUDE towards me, theconsumer. THISE INDIVIDUALS LIKE HER SHOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH ANIMALS NOR PEOPLE. SHE OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE.

Great and lovely place! They have a great selection of products, and many many selections of pets to choose from! I came in when they had a Valentines's Day selection of aquarium products, and they were really cute! They also have an area in the left aide of the store that has many kittens, which are from a pet shelter and are available for adoption.

The fish tanks are disgusting and very poorly kept. Dead fishes in almost every tank, stuck to the filtration or floating around. The associates had little to no knowledge about the fishes or thier environment. One associate, before removing the dead fish, proceeded to give a customer a fish while pushing aside the dead one floating around. It was a horror movie for anyone who truly loves fishes and care about the upkeep. I would NEVER recommend buying fish from this location unless you are trying to save them!

Update review, no more Price match here! Also too many price increases. I went here on 8/09/21 and the manager said I needed to return with proof of Pet Supermarkets lower price. Embarrassing me, I left and won't return to this well stocked store on Commercial Blvd. Between University Drive and Pine Iland Rd.

The Vet team is amazing, how ever I am having an unpleasant experience with Dehlia the store manager and the grooming department. My dog was groomed at this location. Dasia gave her the incorrect cut because she did not leave proper documentation from our pervious visit. This is an honest mistake and I can understand that but now several days later my Cocker spaniel is experiencing a yeast and bacterial ear infection (she has not be bathed, been around strange dogs etc since her visit 5 days ago). I took he to the vet and they refuse to take ownership of the situation and lack of infection control and cover the vet expense. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!! The only reason I am giving them two starts is for the staff at Banfeild.

I had an appointment for a puppy bath with apprentice () In the grooming services department. Horrific experience and customer service with her in particular. This was my second time here in the grooming service department but this time I had a different groomer than the first time. I wouldn't let her touch my puppy again to make this clear. She bluntly stated "he needs training" and we're not going to be able to trim his nails or blow dry him anymore. Not to sure what puppy at 15 weeks is fully trained but my puppy knows the basic commands, maybe she needs more training. I was then charged for a Puppy bath and a "Top Pup Plus" separately which was SUPPOSED to be included in the FREE Bath coupon and should have been combined as 1. I was told i didn't initially tell them I had a "coupon". I didn't know i had to tell them i had a coupon, when transactions aren't done in the grooming services but completed at checkout with a cashier at the front of the store.The store overall is great and friendly, but I will definitely request a more experienced groomer capable of handling large breed puppies. FYI I still tipped () for her services of my puppy, I just believe she is the one that needs more training.

My baby Simba just graduated from his puppy training class here and Letty was the best trainer. Always patient, has extreme knowledge of what she’s doing and just the best all around. If you’re thinking about bringing your pet here do it she’s the best.
