Terrible. Disgusting people. Letting the dogs sit in their own feces. Absolutely agree with the others in the reviews it’s a horrible place do not buy from here. When you walk in you hit a wall of sickness. Between the dogs poor health and care the floors have smeared feces and pee… just terrible and sad. I don’t know how to report this to the right people but if I could I would do it right away. Just horrible. I’m really sorry puppies hope you get better care..

Terrible puppy store. The place smells like dog haven't been cared for in a week. No paper on the kennels, they are full of piss.While leaving and waiting in our car, a blonde guy grabbed the siberian husky by the neck and pushed him against the cage; then grabbed in a really rude manner. Videos and pictures will be sent to the city/county so they can close this place down.

I went through the financing with them and it was amazing! Didn’t even have to put a down payment! I’m happy that they offer the financing since I didn’t have the money to buy upfront! They were extremely helpful and told me everything I need to know about the breeds they had! Buy from them, don’t waste your time at the other puppy shops!! Petland was also way over priced, thankful I found these guys!!

This place 100% gets their dogs from puppy mills. Don't be fooled by the pictures they have showing the breeders. These dogs are kept in their cage 24/7, peeing and pooping in the crate with no one cleaning it. The dogs are constantly barking and crying cause they're stuck in the crates with no way to release their pent up energy. Crazy that people support these kinds of businesses.

The guy working there pointed me to the puppy I was curious to see, and upon realizing the puppy was in the middle of eating his own feces, said there's another puppy of a similar breed they have as well incase that one put me off. He then walked away. The poor anxious puppy kept in a small crate with no padding kept on eating his own piece of poop. Nothing was done about that.That kind of behavior is a sign of how stressed that poor dog must have been. I would really implore anyone looking for a puppy to take their time to do their due diligence and find a good breeder if you're looking for a purebread dog. I know that might mean you can't have the puppy right this minute, but these kinds of stores are abusive and detrimental to the mental and physical health of a dog.Is that the kind of dog you want & is that the way you want your dog to have been treated?

I just came from there and the guy and the veterinarian guy were really rude didn’t great us when we came. All the puppies look miserable and scared. It’s like they don’t take care of them. There was poop on a lot of dogs and they looked super sad and scared and are not well taken care of it at all at this place. I feel really bad for them.

Puppies are all in great condition. Helpful staff. Dan (owner) is very knowledgeable and willing to help you pick out the right puppy for your family. They have a corner where you get to have some time to interact with the puppies outside of the kennels. All great quality pups

I walked in and looked at the first few puppies at the door and wanted to cry from there little faces and dirty small cages and walked right. Terrible conditions for the puppies to be in and most aren't even kept up with, one of the little fluffy looking ones hair was so over grown and messy. Poor babies desperate for love this place should be closed for buisness

We walked in and the place was dead empty and smelled of feces and urine. The man behind the counter (in a rude tone) immediately told us not to touch the dogs or put our fingers in the cage. We walked around and all of the puppies looked weak and frail and a few of them were coughing. The cages were soiled and rusting. We inquired about the price of a dog when we immediately noticed a mass of cockroaches climbing on the walls. We left shortly after. This was so depressing to see. You can see that all they do is take dogs from backyard breeders and put them up for sale with a high price tag and have the nerve to not even check their health. Sad to see a place that truly doesn't care about the puppers and their well-being.

I walked in to spend some time before an appointment and to see if there were any English bulldogs available, I was only inside for maybe 2 minutes before the stench of this place made me feel like I was going to throw up. Every single puppy had poop and pee in the catcher for their crates, some were overflowing. The puppies look miserable, there were maybe two that got excited enough to stand up when I walked near them. The rest just stayed still. They did not look healthy. I can still smell the ammonia and feces on my clothes, and it’s been over an hour since I visited.There was maybe one overwhelmed employee tending to the dogs the best that he could, with no one else in sight. I can’t imagine how those poor puppies are feeling being stuck in that room 24/7 until they’re adopted, when I couldn’t last 5 minutes.

absolutely horrific place. i am SURE they get their puppies from puppymills where the mama dog is kept in a tiny cage forced to have litter after litter so if you support them, you are supporting animal cruelty. speaking of being kept in tiny cages, all of the puppies in here are so full of energy because they have absolutely no room to walk or play. they are desperate to get out of the cages they are in. some of them don’t have beds so they are forced to stand on metal bars. no idea how anyone who works here can sleep at night watching these poor babies cry all day. all they care about is $$$. do not buy from here!!!

This has to be the most depressing puppy store I've ever been to. Right as you walk, you're smacked in the face with the strong smell of urine. The sales rep told me that nobody can touch or interact with the puppies. All the puppies were in wire cages with hardly any bedding, laying in their own feces, and urine all over the floor. They were all howling and crying, wanting SOMEBODY to give them love and attention. All I could do was stare at their sad little faces. I left the store no more than 5 minutes later with tears in my eyes. Believe the 1 star reviews. This place needs to be shut down!!

Best pup shop in town! I went to every shop and they we there just for the money, they didnt care for the pups. You can definitely tell these guys go above and beyond wjth the care of there babies! I eneded up walking out with a new puppy and don't recommend anyone else but them in the tampa area!!!!

Couldn’t interact with the puppies and it smelled so bad puppies had loose stool in the crates it was disgusting I feel so bad for the puppies ended up going up the street to all about puppies. It was the COMPLETE opposite the puppies smelled wonderful they were comfortable and most importantly I was able interact with the puppies!

I’ve never left a puppy store feeling so badly. All of the dogs are in small closed cages. They don’t allow you to touch or pet the dogs. They were all barking and crying and begging for some kind of attention. The dogs were very clearly not being treated with much love or care - it was evident in their appearances and demeanor. I’m shocked that there are so many positive reviews about the smell and cleanliness because that was not our experience at all.

This place was sad and disgusting. My boyfriend and I are both vet techs and went in expecting something completely different. All the puppies are in cages with no type of bedding. Most of them were sitting in their own defecation and urine. With the conditions these pets are kept in its VERY clear this place is also home to intestinal parasites and different disease. We left disgusted and heartbroken.

DO NOT WORK HERE!!! I worked here for only three days as a sign girl around December 1st... They have not paid me, it's now January 13th. They've been avoiding my calls and are trying to beat around the bush for a month now saying, "call back this day the manager will be here" cut to the "manager" saying they will "talk to the owner" they write down my number, said they will call me back, they never called me back... I called two days ago they say, "they're bringing your check in today everyone has not gotten their payment on time" as of today I still have no payment and avoiding my calls again... DON'T HAVE A BUISNESS IF YOU CAN'T RUN IT CORRECTLY... Crooked.
