Sonja truly has a gift and her heart is pure. She is an animal healer first and a business owner second. I have a rescue pup and cat who went through quite a bit before they came to me, and I'm often frustrated after veterinarian appointments. How many times have us fur parents questioned what we're being told, and at what cost? I consult with Sonja about nutritional solutions frequently. She is so kind and passionate about what she does, she does not make you feel annoying for asking questions or try to upsell you on unnecessary items. Another thing that I value so much about her talents and business practices is the community of folks she has built around raw pets, she's referred me to holistic veterinarians and other experts who can answer questions traditional medicine cannot. The proof is in the pudding, my dog is 5 and my cat is 12 and folks often ask me if my dog is a puppy and guess the cat is just a few years old. Thank God for Sonja. We were fortunate enough to stumble upon Tampa Raw Pets. Our dog Jameson is absolutely obsessed with all of their wide array of products. From beef tripe, to delicious chicken, and even raw salmon, you'd be amiss to go anywhere else for your pet's food needs. His coat is shinier, his bark is tamer, and he's so much happier. It was an easy transition from our normal kibbles (that had been giving him stomach problems) to the raw food that has his digestion regulated.

About 6 months ago, I was introduced to Tampa Raw Pets. I met with Sonja and explained what was going on with my mom's dog. She gave me some very sound advice and some homework. She's constantly trying to help other people with their pets health.My mom decided to try the raw pet food as an alternative to dry kibble. My mom's dog wouldn't eat for days at a time and had constant stomach issues on kibble.When we made the switch, it turned my mom's dog's health 180 degrees. She's hyper, excited and can't wait to eat, stomach problems non-existent, shiny healthy coat.And needless to say way less expensive than kibble and constant very visits with medication or checkups every month trying to figure out what's wrong.I've tried to get other friends to look into raw diet for pet food. Some have and they can't believe the difference it made in their pets health and behavior.Any pet I adopt or wind up with, will be on the raw diet that we get from Tampa Raw Pets.

I was introduced to Sonja and Raw Pets at the beginning of our raw dog food journey. I was feeding one large, highly allergic to everything red nosed pit bull on a teachers salary, and we had hit a low with Roxy’s skin, her allergies, and traditional veterinary meds. I am a science teacher. I started to do my own research, and I had started to feed raw food, but buying it in the stores 10 lbs at a time was just not feasible to feed such a big girl. I needed bulk. That’s when a friend gave me Sonja’s number. I called that day. She delivered to my house the next day. 30 lbs of food. The dog food was and still is great and my girl ate it up. There is a large variety to choose from protein wise. Since then, our girl was allergy tested and Sonja even now knows what we can and cannot feed in our house. This was at the beginning of the pandemic and in March something took over me and I rescued a pit bull mix pup. We tried him on dry food and he refused as he watched Roxy eat raw and smelled the raw. We gave in after 2 days and put him on raw too. We now feed a 73 lb male and a 58 lb female and I order 60 lbs of food at a time AND Sonja and Raw Pets delivers every time. She always sets aside food for us even when my 6th graders are having a rambunctious week and I forget to place my order due to teacher brain. She is knowledgeable and can help anyone who wants to get their dog off of kibble for any reason. We are currently just over 1 year into raw dog food and Roxy’s skin is looking pretty darn great compared to where we were. We all feel hopeful we are managing Roxy’s allergies better and well Enzo the not so little pup - he just loves to eat and can’t wait for the food boxes to be delivered.
