We have been doing training classes with our puppy. They are fantastic and worth doing! Our dog loves going in shopping with us and doing his classes. We completed one class and are going to to do the next one when our schedules can work with the class schedule. Definitely recommend!

A cat was named after a literal murderer “Gypsy Rose Blanchard” even if she did not murder anyone that woman is a victim, and should not be named after a sweet cat. The pen also had no toys, to keep them at least a bit stimulated. Whoever named this cat and set up there pen is a literal joke and this should be fixed immediately. Someone please adopt this poor baby, and get her out of the abuse that she is clearly receiving.

I don’t normally write reviews. And I don’t normally take my dog to the groomers. I have a standard goldendoodle with long beautiful hair. I have never trusted anyone to groom or bathe him. But one week, I just didn’t have the time to bathe him. I scheduled a bath with Iris. I brush my dog daily and he does not have any knots or mats. Iris did a wonderful job bathing him. She gave him a blow out and he was the fluffiest boy in town! Since then, I have scheduled baths with Iris and she does a fabulous job. Dealing with all of my dogs fluff is not the easiest task, but she takes her time and does not cut any corners. It is much appreciated!

Went into the Largo Petsmart for grooming today - Which is not typical for us as this is not our home base or our usual groomer that puppers is used to. We had Elizabeth as our groomer.We have to say she listened to our instructions and did exactly as we asked. Our puppets came out looking so handsome.We wanted to give a great review more so for her than Petsmart or the location.

I've tried reviewing 3 times. An unprofessional woman in the cat adoption center ignored me for 20 minutes while I was trying to adopt a cat. Her only words spoken to me was to inform me the cat I wanted was mean. Disgusting words to say. She never even tried to talk to me an opportunity. They deserve better.

I took my dog Mega into PetSmart in Largo where I've been going for the last 10 years I just took her in to get a bath and her nails done. I brought her in at 4:30 and at 6:00 when l hadn't heard from them I went in and Maria said it would be another hour. I said that's too long for her to be in a cage and to please release her to me out of the cage. I ask Maria if she at least had cut her toes which was supposed to be included with the hair around the nails she said she did and charged me $12 for the nail trim I went out to the car and looked at her feet and none of the toes had been cut except for one toe the back foot and the back foot the fur across the top had been cut too short with ugly black nails sticking out they had not been cut her feet look like a disaster zone. I went back in to complain that her feet weren't even done and a heavyset woman with a Rucomplexion said that the feet were done that she saw it and I said no come and look only one foot was done and then she said oh we didn't get a chance to do any other work on her so only one foot was cut and I said then why did you charge me for a nail trim for all of her feet and she said if I wanted more work it would be another 15 dollars I said that's ridiculous. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years and you treat me like this I will never be back I urge everyone not to go there

Not the best experience.. Would at least expect a smile after spending over 200.00 in supplies. This new generation I supposed OR maybe just had a cruel customer before me. People can be cruel and take out their issues on others instead of facing their OWN situations. Id prayed for the employee and that one time won't stop me from shopping there. If she's the only one at the register I WILL personally ask for someone else to check me out though. And I agree that you can't beat the prices and convenience of it being less than a mile away from me.

Review from my dog: I love PetSmart. It’s bigger than the Petco near my house so I have more toys to pick from and treats to smell. The staff is always nice to me. Sometimes they even give me a treat because they think I’m cute Anytime mom needs help they help her. Dad just asks how much mom spent when we get home. I’m not sure why but his eyes always get real big when she gives him this long paper thing..

🐶 Puppy Training 🐾❤️ so thankful for this Largo location and a Shoutout to Dawn Thomason with her training experience that she brings to this store. Our rescued puppy 🐶 needed some basics and frankly we needed to be trained too 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️ lol! This puppy training class was fantastic! Dawn is very patient and helpful with all aspects of what puppies and puppy owners need. Would highly recommend checking out the trainings they have here! I will say, you do have to show up consistently and put the work in. But, if you show up Dawn will be there to help each week and you will see results 🙌🙏

I been going to this Petsmart for a few months. I love the ladies there so nice and patience with my dogs. For this situation, I’m never coming back!! But one of my dog has anxiety & tends to mouth but never once bite anyone. In February, I had someone take my dog in for me. The groomer Virginia D. Couldn’t take Kiko in that month because she’s not able to put a leash on him quick and “tried biting” . Doesn’t try to be patient or anything with him so instead I rescheduled. Maybe that day wasn’t it for my dog and reschedule with someone else. This month Sunday 7th, Maria F was really nice. I came in and my dog Kiko couldn’t let the leash around him again. I understand because of his anxiety. Maria F tried her best and other staff as well but she recommend me to reschedule with Virginia her manager that “knows how to deal with dogs”. And also recommend getting some relaxation gummies for my dog for his next appointment coming up. So I did. Tuesday 9th at 3:30pm. Virgina D calls me 1/2 hour before my dog appointment. And says to me that she can’t take my dog because of his past experience with trying to get groomed. I told her I rescheduled with her because one) my dog going to take relaxation gummies that Maria had recommended too so hopefully this appointment he isn’t stressing him out with so many dogs and people 2) "she knows how to handle dogs". Clearly not! she can't handle my dog so imagine any other dog she couldn't handle that has anxiety, instead to basically say, ‘never come back’ without saying it. And also kept telling me its "polices" they follow. Difference between polices and being patience. I told Virginia, how come only with her at this groomer place is a issue for them but my dog vet at Banfield puts over a leash as well and are very patience with my dog knowing he has anxiety. She can’t do the same as well? Not like I can put a mask over my dog face if he’s going to get showered, right? And claims i never controlled my dog while trying to get the leash on but i tried my best to have my dog calm that Sunday but what else can i do when he's already feeling stressed out. If your dog has anxiety as well PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. Go somewhere else that has the time and patience.

I literally pulled a Uturn because I smelled them cooking while I was driving by and it literally made my mouth water. I cannot stress enough how worth it it was, the food was hot and fresh and SO SO GOOD! Staff was upbeat and quick and I can't wait to go back. I'm getting hungry talking about it honestly lol. Highly recommend for dinner or just a quick bite. Yum!

Everything started good. I booked a $45 grooming appointment which I thought was fair. Chloe the groomer suggested cutting short to take matting out which I was ok With. What I got back was an $85 bill my Schitzu puppy who had been shaven all the way down to her skin she’s unhappy 24 hours after I picked her up you can actually see bone on her legs and they didn’t even clip her toenails. She won’t eat and she won’t leave my side and she keeps licking her skin as if it hurts.Never again!!!

They have a big variety of food, toys and carriers but nobody around if you have a question or need to find a specific item. Only one person at the cash register, I guess they are saving on overhead. The employees that were around like a dog trainer and cashier were very friendly

Bought our second guinea pig from this location as a replacement for our beloved Chloe who we had to have put to sleep due to dental issues which could not be resolved. Got our new piggy Punkin home and decided the next day to go back and get her a partner to live her life with. Luna and Punkin are getting along great and seem to enjoy each other's company.

I usually go to this store for my random aquarium needs (chemicals/food/etc)This past Saturday, I dropped my cat off for her scheduled booster shots and it took almost 4 hours to complete. Luckily I was able to drop her off and come back when it was done. The staff was courteous and hard-working but they looked understaffed because the phone was always ringing and there was rarely anyone at the desk for an extended period.On the flip side, when I did come back, Pinellas County Humane Society had kittens for adoption. My daughter picked out this little girl and named her "Lucky" while she was still in the cage.Side note:Saturday grooming and the clinic open at 7am but the store doesn't open it's doors until 9am?Update:Added another kitten a year later!
