Worst pharmacy you ever wanna come in to contact with spent about 10 minutes arguing why he won’t fill my over the counter prescription that I agreed to pay out of pocket for since the insurance didn’t accept it how ridiculously rude I’ve never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist 👨⚕️ will definitely not be recommending this location currently looking for a new pharmacy considering the poor lack of customer service skill at this Walgreens 🤮🤢🤮

If I could give a 0 star review I would this pharmacy is ridiculous and the people who work at the drive thru don’t know what they’re doing & on top of that I’ve been waiting 8 hrs for two of my daughters perceptions and when I came through drive thru the guy said give him 30 mins and when I called they said give them 30 mins and a hour later I come and they say they still don’t have it like this is ridiculous why are you lying to your customers and have us waiting and wasting our time going home and coming back I understand a lot of people are sick but don’t waste peoples time especially when they have a sick baby at home . Never again I hate Walgreens for this reason . I will be going to cvs !!!!!

What makes this Walgreens Pharmacy a place to patronize is Jay The Pharmacist. If Jay hasn’t been the one to take care of you at this Pharmacy. Your missing out on excellent customer service. .It certainly isn’t Walgreens that make this place pleasant. it’s a Pharmacist who works there. His name is Jay. He has exceeded all of my expectations of what Customer Service is all about. He has redefined customer service to a higher standard.Walgreens would be wise to adopt Jay’s methods and service attitude on how to treat a customer.Jay goes above and beyond what his job duties are to take care of his customers.T & R White

The Indian pharmacist at this Walgreens is a harasser and does not care about patients well being. He is making us wait till the last possible day to pick up my daughter's psychiatric medications for a high functioning autistic. And also just made me wait till day 31 to refill my prescription. And I verified with cigna it has nothing to do with the insurance. He just thinks he has some kind of super authority. I am switching to a different pharmacy after these miserable experiences that have been on-going. And if the pharmacist is so miserable I will buy him a one way ticket back to India.

This review is for both the store and the pharmacy. My mother-in-law had surgery and is in rehab and tried for DAYS to get in touch to tell the pharmacy to hold her prescriptions. She said she couldn't get anyone on the phone to tell them to hold them. She kept getting texts saying she had prescriptions ready and it was worrying her. I thought maybe she was hitting the wrong button on her phone so I called myself. I was transferred to the pharmacy and on hold FOREVER with a recording saying that the pharmacy associates were busy with other callers. No answer. EVER. So I called back and talked to Desiree. I asked for the regional manager's number to which I was told that the only thing I could do was to call 1800 Walgreens. She then transferred me back to the pharmacy and I waited and nobody ever picked up. The thing is, my mother-in-law only needed to put her meds on hold while in rehab, it would only take a minute on the phone with them (a tech even, not the pharmacist). I will never, ever have my own personal prescriptions sent to this place. Furthermore, the store manager should be able to have staff that is able to direct phone calls effectively without giving their customers the run around.

There was a woman assistant in the pharmacy drive in window who obviously does not like her job and wants everyone to know. She was not helpful when it came to getting my wife's first time diabetic supplies.Just sent me away not knowing what I needed. My wife needed the testing supplies and insulin to eat dinner... After contacting the doctor I return to the drive through so the doctor could clarify what was required. The doctor had to call the pharmacist directly.After all of that I called the pharmacist to confirm everything was understood and good. He was very courteous and helpful and confirmed everything. His assistant leaves a lot to be desired.

This pharmacy deserves O stars. They don't answer phones. The pharmacists can't speak English. They make their own rules on filling rx and subject to change daily even when dr. Provides instructions.

I had a bad experience in the pharmacy. A lady named Sue that was extremely rude, helped me with my Mom’s prescriptions. I drove over an hour to help my Mom out because she is elderly and doesn’t drive. I was told they were ready, and she told me that one was not ready yet. I asked why, and she told me that they have been very busy. I told her that I had called before I came and was told that they were ready. She wouldn’t even acknowledge what I was telling her. She was really rude. Even her look and demeanor were very rude. She really shouldn’t be dealing with customers. I also had to ask for her name, because she didn’t even have her name tag on.

Everytime I do a pick up order they always take 20+ minutes to give me my order. No one's at the counter. No one gives you your order when you do curbside or in store pick up. I'm not waiting 25+ minutes standing there or in my car when it should be within five. Today went in for medicine and no one was there, just bought it and left. SO CANCEL MY ORDER SINCE Y'ALL DON'T KNOW HOW TO GIVE CUSTOMERS THE ITEMS THEY PAID FOR IN ADVANCE. Call and no one answers, 9 minutes and they hung up on me so phone wouldn't ring. So professional.

Waited 30 mins in line (literally only two people in front of me) to pick-up an online order that was confirmed 'ready', only to be told that their card-making machine was down. No other assistance or anything from the staff to attempt to rectify the situation. Just go to a different Walgreens, because this one is terrible.

I'm a couponer and my coupons and rewards were not attaching to my transactions. Alex the manager took the time out to make sure that all my coupons and rewards attatched &&&& he was really nice throughout the entire process. He also made sure that the same problem wouldn't happen again. I'm extremely happy, thank you Alex!!!

Over 30 minutes for curbside and did the "let them know I was coming feature". Mindy is rude and does not need to interact with customers when their is an issue, she escalates a minor problem.....

I was just there and had to leave everything I picked up. Your cashiers don't need to be talking about personal stuff with customers. Huge line and the customer just ran her mouth to the cashier about her sickness. It's the holidays people are in a hurry.

Ever since Donna and Peggy left nothing is kept in stock in the liquor store. It’s ridicules. The staff they have now just stand around and talk to each other. This has been addressed to management yet the problem remains

Inadequate lighting. Walgreens sign has not been lit up for well over a year at the road. Parking lot lights out most of the time. Unsafe at night. Tells me location has poor management or the owners don't care about customer safety.

If you are thinking to get a Covid test her for traveling, don't. They claim results in 24 hours, but now my wife is stranded in NY, because some 42 hours later her results haven't come in yet.Now she is living a nightmare, because of Walgreens ineptitude
