I was in the phone with them and my insurance allll day.They kept saying that my insurance wasn’t going through because it was “secondary” . Well went to the Walmart pharmacy and the pharmacy tech was smart enough to do what she does, and was able to get my insurance cover my medicine. Once the primary rejects, she said you charge it to the secondary, she said not everyone knows how to do it. Apparently Walgreens doesn’t know what they’re doing. S

This Walgreens pharmacy is so unprofessional that it’s ridiculous. They cancelled my prescription order and refilled someone else’s and only gave me half of what I’m supposed to receive. Furthermore, they proceeded to han up on me THREE times when trying to ask for a pharmacist. And they made me pay a full amount for half of the prescription that my practitioner ordered. I do not recommend ever going to this pharmacy.

Picked up my prescription in the drive through. Employee put my credit card in an envelope and stapled the envelope to the prescription bag. The problem is she STAPLED MY CREDIT CARD… How do you do that? Now I’m trying to pull a staple out of my card and have to order a new one.

Had a prescription sent here by my doctor at 1230pm. My app says won't be ready until 730pm. I arrive at the location and waited on the long line of cars in front of me. Meds are for my diabetes so it was crucial to have them. I finally get up to the window and the woman rudely says we are closed , come back tomm midday. I said I need those meds , it's very important. Woman , thin build dark hair couldn't care less. She proceeded to close the window, I parked my car and went inside and walked up to the pharmacy and demanded to speak to the manager. 20 minutes goes by , nobody comes out. I ask again what's the delay if you are closed ? The young guy says ,sorry she went home ,come back tomorrow and we will have it ready.This is how you treat customers that require your services? The rudeness is beyond apprehension, as to say , we are closed go home.I called my doctor the next day and they were livid that they did not fill it and how I was treated.My primary doctor and myself are contacting Walgreens corporate office for a resolution to this disgusting treatment of a customer who required a medication! She should be FIRED and I will go to every length for disciplinary action against this ghoul. If this is how Walgreens treats their customers, I will find another pharmacy.

Showed up a few minutes early for my vaccination appointment at 12:15 today. There were no customers. I was told someone would be right with me, 10 minutes later told the same. After 20 minutes of waiting past my scheduled time still no one looked ready to help me. I had to leave as I had other places I needed to be on time. What is the point of making an appointment?

June 10th - I have now received FIVE computer generated phone calls regarding my prescriptions ALREADY PICKED UP ! EVERYONE has shown me the system in this office is set up correctly BUT THE new computer filling system creates numerous filling errors INCLUDING DOCTORS YOU NO LONGER SEE along with charging more then required due to prescriptions being filled "too soon, in the monthly billing cycle".Even with a "co-pay card" the system is screwed up !Walgreens "new idea" to save money by "early prescription refilling" is not worth your stress - go somewhere else !

The pharmacist not helpful at all. As per him the doctor had not written the prescription fully . He could’ve accepted to talk to doctor office on the phone with their registration number. But he refused and closed down. Missed the previous pharmacist that knew better and customer service

While shopping at Walgreens today, I noticed the paper towels were on sale Scott 3.75 with coupon. So I picked up three of them got to the register they said 5 dollars each. They told me I’m sorry but the sale went off yesterday, mind you today its almost 2 PM. They haven’t changed the price? They called someone over and she says well I’m sorry they’re not on sale they should’ve taken the sales tag down. Walgreen should’ve honored their sales tag, it was up to the staff to take those prices down. it’s not the early morning and I they should’ve honored the fee since it was store neglect.

As soon as you walk in one the employees will welcome you to Walgreens. They're always willing to help you find anyting they have answers to any questions you ask and once you leave they say thank you for shopping at Walgreens

I wanted to leave a 0-1 star rating because of the horrific experience I’ve had over the last week with Walgreens. Every single person I spoke to provided a different answer, I went to the store 3 times, and spent countless time on the phone trying to figure out how to pick up an item I’ve been there numerous times for.Finally...an employee actually cared enough to try and find a solution. Thank you Elizabeth for your outstanding customer service and efforts to resolve this issue. She called me several times, kept me up to date on the status, provided a simple and fast solution to the problem that anyone there could have given if they took more than two seconds to review my account. Elizabeth is the only reason I am still doing business with Walgreens, they are lucky to have her!

The pharmacy staff is excellent! My doctor sent a prescription in to Walmart trying to save me money. They wouldn't full it, claimed they needed it sent a different way. I called my walgreens pharmacy and asked if they could fill it. The answered yes. They took care of everything and I finally got a decent nights sleep in a month. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

The male pharmacist waited 8 minutes after they closed to fill my nebulizer prescription for my 2 year old that had already been seen in the ER the same day. I truly appreciate him staying after his scheduled time when I'm sure he wanted to get home to see his family and eat dinner. Thank you so much sir, I am truly grateful for your kindness!

Went there to purchase a cane for my mother and the website stated it was on sale plus buy 1 get 1 half price. The manger Duane, if you can call him that would not honor it because he said it was on online offer only. I showed him the add which stated “and online” which means in store and online and he still would not honor it. Terrible customer service.

The employees were great long story don't want to go into it but thanks to one of the pharmacists that works for Walgreens I am no longer allowed to get my medicine from them after dealing with them for 15 years plus but that's okay what goes around comes around and she will get hers

This review is solely for the pharmacy and the very poor hours offered. We moved here from TN and dealt with many Walgreens locations there. We never had an issue with pharmacy hours. This location has put us in a bind twice. Only open until 6 on Saturdays and not at all on Labor Day. I've never seen anything like it.
