This is my first time using this Walgreens Pharmacy located at:6985 Florida Ave S, Lakeland, FL 33813.I came here to pickup my online order using their Curbside Pick-up program and this was a very pleasant experience 👍❤️💯I we were greeted by a very nice woman named Elsie who was a credit to Walgreens.She had the products in my van, wished us a great night and had us on our way in no time !!!!When my local Walgreens is out of stock with the items that we need we will be using this Walgreens again !!!

Sebastian is the kindest hearted person you will ever meet. If you go into this location, make sure you ask for him even if it's just to say good morning to him. Any time I need a drug store, this will be the location I go to no matter what.

Bree at the window and apparently Casper ! Have attitudes . Maybe it comes from the pharmacist. But it’s a ride operation.I come for my medication, not an attitude!

Pharmacy is insanely rude. Daughter needs special medicine, drop off the prescription and am told to call in an hour for an ETA and pricing as they needed to mix it. Call in an hour, get told "it's not ready yet" and lady hangs up on me before I can ask anything. Call back a little later, ask about pricing and time, am told "I don't know." Just sit there confused as I'm doing what I was directed, she quickly snaps "any other questions or?" This isn't just having a bad day, look at your other reviews. These people are notorious for this at this point. Disappointed as this is medicine for my child, I'm doing what I can to make her feel better and am forced to deal with these unpleasant people. Wish I could name the person but they know not to say it, just say "pharmacy" when they answer. Completely unnecessary.

I’m super sick, drop my prescriptions off asked if I was waiting said yes. Was told 30mins. 1.5 hours later sitting in the parking lot waiting I go back in to check they still were not done and was told it was going to be another hour or two the pharmacist was on lunch. Not ok the guy was rude and unhelpful went to Walmart instead. Worst place ever seriously.

Lee the pharmacist at this Walgreens is amazing. I am a provider and had an issue with ordering a prescription and Lee took the time to help walk me through what they needed from me to order my prescriptions. Go here for your medicinal needs! He’s awesome

This Walgreens pharmacy was absolute zero help, and the pharmacist and pharmacy techs were jerks, very rude. A few weeks ago, I was with my provider when she called in the medication and I went FOUR hours later to pick and up and one of the techs said, “oh she just got it off the voicemail” NO she didn’t, it was sent 4 hours ago and she talked to the pharmacist in front of me! These employees have been rude one too many times. I’ll be driving a few minutes further to go to the Walgreens on South Florida from here on out. Or I’ll go to Publix, Walmart, or CVS — there are other players in town, Walgreens!

I had an antibiotic sent over from USF on Wednesday around 10am. Since we didn't receive a phone call from them all day Wednesday or Thursday, I tried calling them to see if the prescription was ready. I sat on the phone for 30 minutes with repeatedly being put on hold until I gave up and hung up. In addition, we went on Thursday around 7pm to pick up the antibiotic that my doctor wanted started on Wednesday due to a major surgery I had done the Wednesday prior for cancer. Not only was the pharmacy person at the window rude, my antibiotic was still not ready. The only reason we had our prescription filled there was due to our insurance not allowing us to fill our prescription with our local pharmacy (the Lakeland Pharmacy) because they will not pay a penny for prescriptions through them. If your insurance allows you to use them, I highly recommend Jay and The Lakeland Pharmacy. Not only do you talk to the pharmacist when you call, they provide delivery to your house. If there is an issue with your medications, he will call you and call the doctor. You are not just a number at his pharmacy.

Do not use Walgreens if you are needing a PCR Covid test for travel. My daughter was tested on Thursday afternoon and, as of Saturday at 9pm, the laboratory (Aegis) shows the test hasn’t even been delivered to them. Walgreens is now telling me her results should be ready within 3-5 business days and Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. How does that make sense when, in order to board a cruise, unvaccinated children must take the test within 72 hours of travel. So, since we are supposed to be leaving on Sunday (tomorrow), the earliest we could test her was Thursday. None of it makes sense.

One star because they don’t have 0. Pharmacy service was awful experience. Went for COVID test and a witch at the drive thru states her system has a glitch and I could not had a test because I need a new appointment. No more information and said : go somewhere else unless you want to pay $120. Poor customer service and no patients care at all .

We use Walgreens for all our prescriptions. I can drop off a prescription at any Walgreens besides this location and usually pick up within about 30 min. I have tried to use the Walgreens on Shepard Road on Florida Avenue probably five or six times and every time it’s over an hour and a half wait. I just don’t get it. I was going to wait because I needed The medication. I just think it’s crazy that you have to stay that long when you’re waiting for it. Any other location that we have used has been accommodating when you’re waiting for it. I don’t mind waiting 20, 30 even 45 minutes but it was almost 2 hours.

Trying to get through to anyone on the phone is near impossible. Then when you visit, since they don’t pick up, you find that you have some staff that are great & very courteous but you have a couple that are very rude, unprofessional and act as if they can’t be bothered. This isn’t just based on one occasion this is what I experienced over multiple visits.

They should discontinue photo services. They sent out a disposable camera for me and it came back with no exposures. They said this has happened with a few customers lately, they didn't know what was going on but I could call the lab myself. The least they could've done was call the lab and figured out why this was happening to their customers. After weeks of waiting for my pictures I was left with nothing and out the cost of my camera.

My husband gets his medications from this Walgreens. I sometimes have to pick up his prescriptions and I dread going there. EVERY-TIME I go there I have a problem. The line is to long because the customers in front of me are having problems getting their prescriptions. Then when I finally am waited on they too have messed up my husbands order. I changed my pharmacy to CVS last year only because of this local Walgreens pharmacy. I wish they would get there act together and I would change back. Until then I’m going to insist that my husband changes to another Walgreens or change over to CVS.

I have been going here for my prescriptions for a long time. However over the last three months I go to pick up my prescription a few days after submitting the refill and it’s not ready. They then apologize and scramble to fill it. Fix it or I’m going to CVS. I will not wait again.

The manager there Cathy is Super sweet so professional and very nice she helped me with a missing item i had and i greatly appreciate her help and all the other cash register employee at the store but manager wise Cathy has an awesome personality. 😊💅🌟.

Hey you guys should fire Sherri she made a pregnant lady I know personally have a paper bag instead of a plastic bag and she has kids she also had to carry around to get up to her appt that is 4 flights of stairs oh did I say pregnant and the bags ripped open and she lossed her coffee it fell
