Manager Ken is a lying scumbag. During return incompetent assistant managers loaded poultry pens on forklifts and broke one. Bent it up. Product sat site for 10 days. Lazy ken didn't bother returning calls and claimed we broke the pens. One was busted from them the other completely brand new. Kenny is a piece of dookie and poor reflection of TSC. Has an attitude. Reported him to customer and he bragged "maybe, they will give me a present and fire me before Christmas" total scum. Been shopping at this location for years. Long before he was the manager. Shop all many TSC locations and this one needs new management. Called customer service and district manager supposed to return calls but doesn't bother. Terrible culture. Multiple Employees complained at this location about management. 3 store manager in 3 years

Overall, this place is fine. You can probably get what you need. But if you want propane, DO NOT GO HERE. Three out of 5 times I tried to get propane I was turned away because they didn't have enough, and both of those times, they let me maneuver my 32' motor home into place (navigating all the parked vehicles and pallets of stuff) and wait 20 minutes before letting me know they couldn't/wouldn't sell me any propane. Go to Nick and Moes on Kathleen if you need propane.

I bought an 80 gallon, 240 volt compressor for $1,299 and the warranty they provided under the company Surion did not want to fix it while the warranty was in force because the compressor was to be picked up at a commercial address and they do not cover warranties for equipment for commercial use. Why don't they say it before? Since an 80 gallon compressor is not covered by the warranty, they charged me almost 300 additional dollars on top of the 1299. I love tractor supplies but that company that provides warranties on their equipment sucks!!! At least return the guarantee money that I never got and you won't lose a customer.

Interesting looking at some of the reviews it seems to be either a 5 star or 1 star business....I was there on Sunday, 3 people at the register and I needed some help and I was told that "what was there is all they had" nobody bothered to even look...I wasn't impressed, customer service is very important to a business or should be

This Company has it all!! To chickens,cattle,gardening, Pet stuff or even cowboy boots,tools or outside wear..TSC is a great Company!. Employees need to check their attitude at the door. Can’t remember the name of the lady cashing us out but sure wish I did. Bad attitude, rushing us the whole time and more concerned about her stole her stupid pen. Definitely not coming back to this tractor supply.Update: cashiers name was Ruth. Wow can’t say the place is bad. The cash register lady today was very disrespectful. She was more worried about the guy with the parrot then cashing me out. Then she took a call from a older lady on the phone asking for propane and started making fun of the lady saying I hope someone put me out of my misery when I am that way. It was very disappointing I know not all tractor supply are this way and maybe it was just me but I got the wheel for my fence and 3 shirts and a hat waited for a bag for the shirts and she had no idea because she was not doing her job.

For those that don't know, propane fill is $2.29 a gal. Well worth the trip. Very clean and organized store and the staff was super friendly.

I want to say thank you to this store, and specifically the manager Laronda (I hope I spelled right) and the woman who delivered, for not only being so empathetic and kind, but for having wonderful customer service.Trying to buy a go cart with Tractor Supply has been very difficult, many ups and downs. Finally got one home from a store I drove 2 1/2 hours a week ago, only for today it to not work the first ride on my son's birthday.This is my local store, I called and they had one, told them the situation and they did a exchange same day. Super fast, and had a delivery service that was reasonably priced, which was a massive help and we finished my sons birthday with the new one.This Go Kart is amazing, way faster than the other one, runs better and absolutely well taken care of by this store. Made my sons birthday. Thanks SOO much for the immediate delivery and for being so personable.

We had a wonderful experience shopping for a birdhouse for my Granny. Emily helped me over the phone twice and then when I came in the store she met with me and took me straight to the bird house we spoke about over the phone. She was very pleasant and helpful which is rare these days. Very professional and we are so grateful. Highly recommend the store. Ask for Emily!!

98 north has definitely lost costumer service. If you stand at the customer service table the employees will see you but not acknowledge. I’ve been there twice this week to get a 3ft piece of cable cut. Friends I spoke with feel the same. Just feedback for them. I’m not a customer any more. Changed a lot recently

Called to make sure they have staff on hand to fill a small gas tank. They assured me staff is available. Arrived not 10 minutes later to be told they don’t refill because of the weather?! How can their employees be any lazier than that…And please don’t reply to this review with your standard sentence. Just hire employees that care to do their job.

This review is for the North Lakeland Tractor Supply. My wife and I went to the store to purchase a safe, that supposedly was in stock. When we arrived, they informed us that it was not in stock. That's ok, not a problem. The cashier was very nice, and she called another young woman up front to help me. She had a really arrogant attitude towards us. She was very short with me when I was asking questions. She said, she would check with other Tractor Supply stores to see if they had the safe in stock I was inquiring about. She took my information, but, never contacted me. Her name is Courtney, and her attitude is horrible. We will never do business with this store again, nor will will recommend this store to anyone.

Staff is nice enough, however the consistency of which they will be able to use thier forklift to load hay is unacceptable. It seems 3 out of 5 trips they don't have one or don't have fuel.. Pair this with the recent store prices that increased tremendously higher then your local mom and pop feed stores, they are now last on my list.

TSC web site selling wrong model for bad boy mowersadvanced chute system for bad boy zt elite 48'',54'' & 60'' model is acs6000b ,088-6000-00, upc 857027001790. what tsc is selling you for bad boy zt elite is acs600us ,088-6002-00, upc 857027001134. which is for ariens 44'' & 48'' stamped deck. hardware does not work for badboy fabricated flat steel deck. someone made a boo boo on web site inventory! but when you try looking up the correct model on tsc web site they don't have it. it will work but you will have to drill three new holes in your new deck and go buy new hardware. boo! i decided to leave this review because there is no easy to find number to contact tsc online . hoping they see this review and correct error!Tried posting this to tractor supply web site . and was not approved they said '' Your review has been moderated ''It cannot be published to the website, but...Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Went there to find a cable for my lawn mower that online they said they had. Went to the mower section didn't see it. Walked the whole store to get help and couldn't find a solution and I wasn't the only one. So I left. People good at hiding anymore. Walmart is the worst.

May have remodeled the store but still the same customer service. Put an order in for 4 bags of well salt 2 days ago came to pick it up today was told that my order never got filled and now you have to check to see if you even have the salt available that I already purchased. Make that make sense. I've been shopping here a long time spend a lot of money in this store and each time it's the same customer service and lack of effort on the job.

Everything was swell stocked they had what I needed. The employees seem friendly until I went to check out.. I walk up there are 2 people in front of me the cashier Ruth being kind of rude to the guy checking out once finished the next person checks out she doesn’t say anything to him then it’s my turn to check out.. I had all the feed bags so the barcode was facing the cashier and would make it easy to scan like I always do.. Well she gets all dramatic and rude about how she can’t reach the barcodes and they are literally right there and she proceeds to reach over the close barcodes to the ones that are further away and complains the whole time about how she can’t reach them and is just being super rude.. She made it seem like everyone checking out was a big inconvenience to her..

The worst customer service ever. My husband needed to ask a question and went up to three associates who were working on a display. He stood there for several minutes trying to get someone's attention. They repeatedly looked at him but did nothing to see if he needed assistance, just kept at what they were doing and chatting amongst themselves. One of them finally looked at him and said "yes?" in a snotty tone, like he was bugging her. We got the answer, then looked around a bit. Found something we wanted to purchase, went to the register and got in line behind another couple. There was no cashier. When we made a comment, the guy in front said no one's around...his wife left in search of someone. We out our purchase down and left. They have a lot of nice items but we will never go I. That store again!

Trying to get a propane tank filled is not really high on their agenda. They request you use a QR posted by the filling station but not all of us have the ability to use that technology! I could not get it to load or connect with my AT&T phone & service. No human ever showed up though I requested inside TWICE.
