The experience was a great experience. I’ve never been to a place like this the only down is that the people upfront don’t really know much when you call so it was a little scary for my baby, but would I take my babies there again absolutely it was great very affordable when you get there they tell you everything but over the phone. I’m sorry but they know nothing. I wish they would tell more over the phone. They educate the girls, but other than that it’s a great place I would take my two babies there again so I took two of my babies there for check ups and shots and then my one baby for a surgery so that tells you all so yes my experience was a great experience, other than that one little hiccup so a great place I would love to go again thank you for your my experience there to anybody else try TLC it was really good. Thank you so much TLC pets I appreciate your services.

I had to switch vets for my senior dog due to cost. I was referred to TLC PETSNIP, INC by our groomer, and it was the best decision I made for my little guy. They listen, they're affordable, they don't try to up-sale you anything, in and out - no long waits. Just an overall good first experience. When I get another dog - we will only go here.

Took my senior dog today to get a professional opinion on her quality of life. Paid a $20 deposit and made the appointment online for 3:10pm. Earlier in the day, I received a call and spoke with someone from the office who called me to confirm the appointment and to ask me exactly what I wanted to do with the appointment. I explained my situation and wanted an honest, professional opinion of what they thought would be the best possible option. I loaded my 15 year old dog into my car so that she could get assessed. It was a waste of time. I arrived and they sent a vet tech out to be the middle man between the vet and I. My dog stayed in my car with my son for over 30 minutes while messages were conveyed back and forth via the young vet tech. It was rude and extremely unprofessional that the vet never even came out to speak to me herself, and used the vet tech to communicate back and forth. My dog was not assessed and the entire appointment could have just taken place over the phone. Instead of me having to take off of work early, pull my son out of school early and drive 30 minutes to an appointment that was not properly attended to. Also, I was the only one in the building, so it wasn’t an issue of being busy. I’m very disappointed in how this appointment was handled, especially when this is something so delicate for a dog owner who considers their dog a part of their family.

I've been bringing my fur babies for several years and have always found the staff and vet to be very informative regarding the care as well as treatment recieved. Patient and compassionate with both furbabies and the humans they bring in .lolPricing is fair . With this economy we need to save where we can but it is important they get excellent care as well. You recieve that here.They are wonderful with olderPets as well. My Jack is 15 and a lil grumpy at times. He was comfortable throughout his visit and they listened to his needs . That was important as well.

When I made an appointment three weeks ago in March, I just left my appointment today and they tell me that the appointment is going to cost $20 more then what is advertised and what I was already told it would cost me a total of $70 for the puppy package #1. Tried to tell me that they haven’t upgraded their website and that their prices have went up in April. I picked this place Because of the price, Would not have done, so if I knew it was gonna be more for less Services. They refused to honor their price that they originally gave me. I will not be going back here. Poor customer service, highly unsatisfied. Obviously, they are doing this to Everyone Because I have called up there twice And they refused to make things, right.

Years I have been bringing my service dog here to get shots and other treatments. Even with new management they still are unprofessional and don't understand ADA Service Animal laws and requirements. I will no longer use this place because "their policy" beats actual laws. TLC Petsnip needs to educate themselves and their employees on correct procedures and laws. Especially with service animals. If I could rate less than 1 star I would have given this place "0".

They refuse my service because my cat wasn’t up-to-date on his shots. Then when I did bring my cats there they had an appointment and it was a set price and then beware that they do charge extra money for medicine, which is highly expensive you might as well just go on Amazon and Google the medicine that they were going to make you buy and I guarantee you you’ll find it cheaper on Amazon

I can't express how quick and easy my appt. was today. I made my appt. online paid the $20 appt. fee. My dog got his annual shots, a nail trim, and I was also able to get my dogs rabies tag today at the front desk. Every staff member was extremely nice and helpful. I was in and out! TLC is amazing.

Both my dogs were Neutered here and it was awesome. The staff always friendly and with a smile even though there was a long line. They know the process and and do everything fast. No matter for drop-off ro pick up always smiling and they look they really love and care for the babies!

DO NOT GET YOUR ANIMAL SPAYED/NEUTERED here. Had my healthy kitten spayed here. 4 days later she was not eating or drinking or moving. I called TLC to let me know this as well as her stomach being a little red and swollen and asked if she needed to be seen. Was told to give it another day and if she hadn’t improved to call them back because “it sounded like she was just having a reaction to the glue they used” The next day, at 3:20pm her dry incision ruptured and the amount of pus that leaked from her abdomen was scary. Called TLC to let them know and asked if I could bring her in ASAP. Was told “the vet was getting ready to leave for the day” to bring her in at noon the next day. I begged for them to please let me bring her in I could be there in 20 minutes but the vet leaving before closing time was more important then a patient they did a spay on and was having complications. Ended up at the emergency vet and was given antibiotics and took my kitten to TLC the next morning. Marie said my cat had an infection and charged me an additional 75.00 to help my kitten. After being ignore 2 times, 2 different days, a botched surgery, the audacity to charge me again!! My kitten ended up with a drain tube and a much larger incision with stitches. No answer as to what caused it besides Marie pushing blame on us. After asking to speak with someone above Marie, she claimed there was no one above her. She stated she was the director. I’ve since found a few board members and sent them emails and even Facebook messages WITH NO RESPONSE. I even emailed TLC admin and TLC info. I’ve called Terry and left a voicemail and text and again NO RESPONSE!!!! Stay far far away from this place for the sake of your animal and your pocket!!

I went today after 10 months and I was very surprised and very satisfied with the new group of professionals working there. It is completely different now, the supervisor and the staff are the most supportive, knowledgeable and caring people this place ever had. It was about time. Thank you so much for this big change!!! 7 days ago I set appointment for my dog that's bleeding when she goes to bathroom. So now they want u set appointment and pay dep first then wait to get it approved. I never miss appt at all. But I call today just to be told there back up. Since I haven't heard from them i book my flight to my daughter wedding. Now im force to take my dog to Vet Hospital on Dundee. I like this place but it's getting to be Inconvenient. I rather pay high price for peace of Mind. So now I'm to have to find new VET.Beware of dep even if $20.

Absolutely amazing service. The wait is long but the service they provide is worth it. The cost is 50% less than anywhere in Orlando and the calm atmosphere and customer service are worth the 90 minute drive once a year. Pepito and Crowley don't even mind the shots.Update: We recently got a new cat a took him here to get neutered. The cost is 50 for a cat compared to 300$ at our vet. The service is also great and friendly and squeaker came home awake and alert. I was hoping he would be a little more tired so he'd take it easy but he us back at 100% less than 24 hours later.And thank you Kim for calling to check on Squeaker!

Last week I took my dog to the vaccination clinic and I had to put $20 on my credit card to hold my appointment and the exam would be FREE. Not the case. They charged me the $20 for the exam which they never came out and told me anything about my dog or an estimate of what the shots would cost. I was very disappointed in this vet! I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone!

I had 2 beautiful cats show up at my home. They are eating my other cats food but won't let you get close to them.I called for information.I was researching different places that will help neuter/ spay farrell/ stray cats. I'm willing to pay a low fee, but I need to bring them in the same day I trap them. I called them and they told me on the phone that at this time, they were not helping the CommunityProgram, but funny they still have their site up for donations to animals in need. Wow, that's almost discouraging people from doing the right thing.Everyone wants you to trap the animals and have them neuter/ spay but no one want to help without making a appointment. Crazy

I can’t say enough about this place I’m a foster cat and kitten mom to SPCA but I’ve taken in several cats that the house we rented from just happened to have them all on our street but whoever lived here before left this beautiful cat and she kept having babies, and during the first hurricane there is no way I could leave them outside, so the first two that I took to you guys Gracie and Jack, they are doing so well no more spraying no more aggression and I just need to get Tyler in. He’s the third brother and I also need to get the two girls in they're also from the same family the mother and Same father and unfortunately we weren't going to take any more cats in but raccoons had started eating their families and unfortunately the mom passed and so did the dad trying to defend their young and all but the two that survived which are two girls Lila and Levi they’re about five or six months old and I put my placement in back in June and I believe August was when I got the first two operated on so I’ll give you guys a call I’m not sure how busy you are but I’d love to get them in as soon as possible and I’m not sure if you’re doing any discounts for people who are on food, stamps or disability I saw it was on your website a little bit ago but I know you were just getting set up so I figured I'd ask, but I can’t say nothing but amazing things about you guys. They were completely healed Happy and back to their normal selves that night when I picked him up that afternoon, you all are amazing and I will be going to you for all our pet health needs. thank you thank you thank you it even better! Oh also any help needed? I’m going into veterinary school and I didn’t know if there was anything that I may be able to do. In the meantime to get more experience in the field while I was going to school. Animals are my life and I know it’s probably not appropriate to put on here but I’m hoping to open a 401(k) 3, one day for all feral cats and kittens and all unwanted cats and kittens, that will be on the same acreage that I live on but anyone will be able to come and volunteer even people that need community service hours because everyone needs a second chance and why not with 😻 Animals are always forgotten about especially the feral ones and I believe we can change that very easily one by one like TLC PET SNIP💜💜😻🐶 ✌️🏽😘

I have used this place more than once over the past 10 years. I called today to find out how much to fix a 5-week-old baby kitten and they told me 105.00 . This is ridiculous, I will never use this place again and I hope no one else does. Seems like they have gotten greedy.

I suggest you seriously look into this particular location. With the amount of farrell cats in Polk County, they currently offer extreme discounts on spay/neutering. The surgery was free, due to the current county mandatory procedure. No one can beat their prices on surgery, exams, shots, microchips, exams, and the ease of drop off and pick up. Staff is very friendly and puts a lot of care into your pet. Especially since our pets aren't just animals, they are a member of our family. Highly recommended. A+
