Pretty standard Home Depot with a decent selection of different building materials.Today’s trip was for 2x4s and a water valve. Took some time to check out the left over Christmas specials, and came up dry.Convent location and decent service. We will return to this location.

I have found adequate help when needed. I also find the atmosphere more inviting and comfortable than some of the other stores. This Home Depot store is the one I choose to do my shopping at.

Inside the store first strips are all mildew with no option to sit there and get the ones that aren’t in the contractor pack for the same price and then as you can tell by the back of the truck how much would I have in there? There was 4 to 5employees outside, and not one asked to sit there and help us in when we finished, that’s when the Woman employee the one in the wings came outside and was generously helping load up some marble but it’s crazy when you come to Home Depot and nobody sits there in offers help. I did track the young man in the back ground down inside to track down other fur strips that weren’t molded but out side no help the employees there all walked outside as we were already loading the truck, and just walked right past us offered no help at all and then when we finished Dad’s where you see them at the pallet Home Depot really needs to train their guys better on helping customers because this is like every Home Depot problem

Due to a mixup from another store, a product was out of stock here. One of the managers at this South Lakeland Home Depot was extremely helpful on a busy day, and went above and beyond to help me. In the process, I watched other employees interact with her, and it was apparent the employees liked and respected her. Home Depot should be proud to have her as a Manager.

A little hit or miss. When you can find an employee, some are overly helpful and go above and beyond. Others seem annoyed and just want you to get out of their face asap. Can be hard to actually find employees though.Had to return a few days later to return some stuff and apparently the person checking me out had forgotten to ring something up. They tried to get me to take it with me since it wasn't on the receipt but i told them to keep it since apparently their system thought it was still in their stock.I honestly prefer Menard's by far, the selection is much better there, Home Depot is extremely limited in their hardware.

Purchased a microwave that was discontinued and ask for some money off. We were assisted by Gigi, Natasha and Kenny the manager. They gave us a great deal. They were super helpful and made my holiday. Thank you Kenny for the generous discount. Merry Christmas and happy New Year's.

I have been to this location many times. Every time I need assistance with plumbing there is rarely anyone in the department. Furthermore, Chuck, the main associate for this department, is extremely rude and eager to send me somewhere else. He never asks questions to see if he can help. I absolutely hate coming here. It's pointless to even have these associates in the store. You might as well have large computer screens with an AI assistant and YouTube... seriously, better off.

Purchased a refrigerator and stove on Jan 1st. Was told that the fridge was in stock but the stove was back ordered until march. So they scheduled delivery for march 9th. I have been paying on both items since January. Ive received mutiple confirmations on my delivery date, even received one yesterday, now with less than 48 hrs before the delivery, after ive scheduled the removal of the old appliances and made time to be there it has been rescheduled for almost 3 weeks. When i called, i was told my solutions were to either cancel my order or wait as they wont delivery one without the other. On top of that it "should" be there in time but who knows, it may be rescheduled again. I probably will have them both paid off before they even set foot in my home. Customer service seems to have gone the way of the dinosaurs at Home Depot...extinct.

Ordered 9 bamboo roll-up shades. They could only find 8. I waited over an hour while they were being looked for. In the end, they had to reorder the one. Now it's taking around 2 weeks to get something they should have had in stock. Well, I received an email that my order was ready to pickup. After over an hour waiting on them to find my one shade, again, it was nowhere to be found. I requested a refund.I ordered it through Amazon. It was at my door the next afternoon and was $2 less than I paid for the other 8.I went to Home Depot because I was wanting to get the shades immediately.Home Depot never tried to make it up or anything else. Customer service is a thing of the past.

Went to the South FL Ave store. Our Christmas tree died a week before Christmas. Took it back to the store and being so close to Christmas it was slim pickings for the size we had. Shannon who worked in customer service was very helpful and allowed us to pick any tree with a even swap out. I did not get the name of the gentleman who was working the tree section, but he was very nice and helpful too. We were there Sunday, December 17 @ 830am.

I just went back and checked my transaction history. They were all the funds for the order, but they decided to pick three of my items and take them off of my order and cancel that part of it and then they didn’t even tell me.

Awesome place. We ordered water Heater from Palm Bay to pick up from here for a job at Fort Meade. This is cheaper than Palm Bay and the closest one to Ft Meade. Friendly staff.

Lately I have to pass by Lowes and got to Home Depot in order to find what I want in stock. Large store with friendly faces. Lots of masks on people if that's your thing. Never seems too busy, but they don't run many registers...so it can back up to a long line when you go to check out.The Home Depot website has always had a better search result as well.

Not one register open in front of the store. Asked at self checkout and lady said only self check. I told her I would leave the merchandise with her because I don't do self checkout. She thanked me. No concern whatsoever

I'd say overall this location gets a four. Most of the staff here is incredibly helpful. We have had a terrible experience with the customer service employee that works here. She was very rude. However, the other employees were and continue to be exceptionally helpful and knowledgable. Quantity on hand seems to be a challenge. We have gone to the store after checking stock online only to get to the store and they be out of stock. Again, the employees were helpful in trying to locate the items. We have been remodeling our house so we have made numerous visits and orders to the store. Upon one of our orders, half of our product was not delivered. They corrected this issue by delivering the items next day. Overall clean store, helpful staff, and a wide variety of products. Did I mention that they are dog friendly!! I love that I can bring my dogs in with me and they love it too.
