4/23/24 My experience with check out girl ran the belt with another customer items up to scanner. I wasn't done putting my items on the belt. I'm disabled on a mobility cart. I told that girl it's the third and last time! So called supervisor came up to me looking to throw me out but discovered part of my payment was made. So she accused me of having a fowl mouth. Three times she did this to me. In conclusion the So called did nothing to remedy the problem. Cashier said to me that I was to slow. HELLO! Came home and emailed the corporate office. If nothing is done I will also put in a complaint to the ASA. DISABILITY LAWS ARE ON MY SIDE. Don't put up with abuse from anyone.

I appreciate the location, great deals with the coupons out of the mailbox but not worth the trip without them simply due to the long Walmart like lines and limited open registers. The staff are friendly but not helpful at all. They will see the line half way through the store and still not open another register.

Manager is rude and disrespectful to me several times bc the card reader wouldn't work ,I use my card all the time and I never get card error . I would say gentleman but he's not . He had a comment for everything I felt he rather me leave then help me. Usually everyone else is friendly.

I never been to this save alot but man worse impression most the stuff was rotten. I was just looking through everything crazy I don't trust this place. The workers aren't doing there job will not be back be aware to buyers there food in this store expired so look at labels before taking anything you don't want to end up with food poisoning. I love save alot I never been to one like this is unacceptable.

The reason for this rating is it’s open 24/7 . I don’t know of any other grocery store in this region that does this. Selection of items is ok at best.

I was just in the store shopping with my 90 year old friend who gott a bag of green grapes. She didn't want a full bag so she took most of them out and put them in another bag of green grapes in the produce area. I. E. She purchased the amount she wanted and took out the rest.When we got to the checkout counter the cashier accused her of eating them before she paid for them.I told the cashier she didn't eat anything before she paid for them. But the the cashier, without any proof apparently outside of a small bag of grapes as evidence Insisted she had.My friend is hard of hearing and thought the cashier was joking. I waited until we got outside to question my friend more. She said she did not eat any of them before she paid for them. I was with her most of the time she was shopping and did not see her eat any either. In fact I'm sure she wouldn't eat anything before she paid for it. Certainly not a half of bag of grapes.The fact that this cashier was accusing a customer of eating grapes before paying for them just because she got a small bag of them is not only insulting, it well could be illegal.It's very unprofessional to be accusing your customers of stealing when they hadn't been, nor without proof.Wondering if we should shop here again.

It was a clean store but limited on things they offered. I was looking for specific items that the Sav-A- Lot store in Plant City has available, I didn't see them in this store.Again, it's a very clean store and was well organized. It was the first time I had been there and I would go to this store again when I'm on that area.

This place is in a bad neiborhood it has bumbs hangin outside to bother you for change or sell you something they probably stole! The store is okay but there prices are high much higher then most of there competition including the small stores! Wow with the exception of one or two items everything was at least a dollar to a $1.50 more across the board I understand it's a 24-hour store but you better really need what you want to get from there! And don't forget to lock your car!

Pretty cheap food, but not many name brands! if your low , on money , it's the place to go ! So , get food for a week , reasonably cheap! That's all folks....HELLO AGAIN FOLKS I WROTE THE TOP OF IT THIS REVIEW A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO NOW I'M GOING TO TELL YOU WHAT HAPPENED TO ME YESTERDAY WHEN I WENT TO SAVE-A-LOT FOR A FEW GROCERIES. I STOPPED AND LOOKED AT ADDRESS YOU KNOW WAS YOU GOING OUT, I SAID TO THE CASHIER THAT CHECK ME OUT THAT'S A NICE DRESS I WANT TO GET IT LATER. SO AS I BROUGHT THE BUGGY BACK UP TO THE STORE AFTER I PUT THE GROCERIES IN THE CAR, MANAGER WAS STANDING OUTSIDE SHE SAID WHAT DID YOU DO WITH THAT DRESS YOU TOOK I SAID WHAT I GUESS THE CASHIER SAID SHE WAS TOOK THAT DRESS I LIKE LOOKING LADY I'M A LOT OF THINGS PUT A THIEF I'M NOT SO I TOOK HER BACK AT THE STORE AND I SHOWED HER WHERE WAS ON THE RACK AND SHE WOULDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZED TO ME A LARGER BLACK LADY. I WAS REALLY UPSET BY THE TIME I GOT HOME ! THAT'S ALL FOLKS MAYBE SOMETHING GOOD WILL HAPPEN NEXT TIME I GO GO

Nice friendly staff. Store very clean. Meat & produce department very clean. Gave 3.5 stars because limited products. Like every where in Lakeland. Parking lot big. Old area is why. Will revisit when in the area.

Few days out the week there closed on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 11pm. Unsure if Save a Lot is still 24/7 grocery, only people I’ve seen were employees going to work and off work. Friendly staff and stocked every time.

Excellent employee's. Especially Linda she is very knowledgeable and helpful and her cheerful personality and her professionalism is off the charts. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!! The prices are decent.

Hey everyone! Ok so Walmart has the bread cheaper and the soda is pretty expensive almost $3 again cheaper at Wal-Mart.. What blows my mind is why don't they have shopping carts for free?! I was holding all my groceries. Just another way to show people if you are broke you don't matter! When I went to check out I wasn't given a bag! Definitely nothing like Publix. But again you gotta have money to be treated with decency. Their were no boxes at the front so I had to carry my items to the car! I give this place a 1 for the price and a 0 for convenience.

We no longer shop at any save a lot locations because none are truly handicap accessible. No electric carts like Harveys or Winn Dixie or Walmart or Publix all of which are close options. With my handicap a electric cart is a absolute must. To bad we been shopping at save a lot locations across the United States for 20 years. A sad end to a fine relationship.

I was very happy to go to that Save A Lot store. It is more clean, very well organized. each department, Lines or Lanes in the store if a customer could not find a good item, YOUR employees were Very friendly, and helpful employees. MUCH BETTER STORE than the store here on Memorial Street in Lakeland FL.

Our only 24- hour grocery store. Copy of an Aldi. Cheap, efficient and good quality so far. As w similar stores, bring a quarter for your cart and remember your reusable bags.

Good friendly people, food well stocked and if you can't find what you are looking for they will stop and help you. Very polite and caring employers. They make you feel like you are special and are some one that they want to comeback and shop. Thank you Save A Lot if they would let me I would give you 100%.
